Damn, boy.
I miss you more frequently every moment. Fortunately, I've been able to get out of the house regularly without much difficulty. I love walking down the street in the sunglasses I found, they make me look so rad. They're huge, and take up over half of my face; they make me feel like a stranger. I can almost hear the thoughts of the people driving by - their thoughts border on two extremes: "Whoa, that chick looks really fly with her hair whipping in the wind, and those large-ass glasses" or "Keep that freakish looking girl away from my babies and my gasoline-guzzling SUV."
My thoughts are filled with a constant: you. I even graffiti-ed your name and all the chaotic pictures I see when I think of you. Needless to say, it's several pages long.
I was sitting on an abandonned bench today, and I saw a bug that reminded me of you. Yes, I'm a freak. The bug's wings were all tattered and torn, and it looked as if it was having trouble breathing. But just like the Little Engine That Could, the bug was making it's way up the bench. I knew that if I had been able to take a closer look, the bug's face would be full of determination to make it's way home. I dunno why, but it filled me with hope. even those with tattered wings can accomplish what they want to with hope. Man, I'm a freak, and I know it.
So, I was walking back home, right? Looking all kewl with my strut, my hair flying in the wind, and my too-big-sunglasses, and this guy on a motorcycle was approaching. Naturally, right before he passed a wasp got stuck in my hair, and I had to dance around all dorky-like because I could feel it's stinger trying to break my skin. I guess I showed that guy a bit of my inner-self. Heh.
I guess this letter is more to myself than anyone else, because it's long, drawn-out, and it gives me something to do. Pretending that people take interest in my daily adventures boosts my confidance...
