On Fire @ MindSay

 

 

So yeserday there was a fire in karori almost on our street so i decided to take some pictures. Im pretty sure everyone got out safe and the house does'nt look too badly damaged, you can see the burning when you walk past on the roof. The annoying thing for the owners is that they had just painted it and stuff.

As I was coming home from picking up dinner, I saw a huge fire in the trailer park down the street from us. My kids have many friends from school that live in that park. We ate dinner and went downstairs to check to see if the fire fighters had gotten it put out. Luckily, they had it almost out by then. I hadn't even thought about people dying in the fire until my husband had said something about it. I am going to watch the news tonight and hope that nobody got hurt. *crosses all crossables that everyone made it out ok* Several mobile homes were burned down. It is so sad and I know it will be talked about a lot at the school tomorrow. We only live about a block from the school and the trailer park is not even the length of a football field away from my front door. Someone please send some snow or rain down to these southern states that are still so very very dry!!!

My work caught fire a few months ago. I was right there getting some shots in with my camera! Check out the fire and smoke! There was a job left to go back to, which can be seen as both good and bad.
