Nye @ MindSay

So new years was loads of fun. I went to a friends house, drank until I got tipsy, smoked some shisha in a hooka, and had tons of fun. We were playing a game and I kissed Travis...then Travis and Alex at the same time. I felt kind of like a whore...but it was part of the game and I didn't want to take another shot instead....because I had already taken enough haha.

 

There are so many details I could tell but I don't feel like typing them all. Let's just say it was the most fun I've had in forever...and I drank more than I ever have...had a NYE kiss...went to bed at 7am...and woke up three hours later, and went to Perkins.

You know what I have just realized (not really more of a week in the making)? Since pluto is not a planet anymore it hase just rendered Many many Bill Nye the science guy and bad information videos useless to the general population.

New Year's Eve was definately better this year than last year. However, that's not to say that it wasn't disappointing. NYE is always a huge pressure just after Christmas I find. You have essentially five days to organise a huge night and someone to be with on that night or you are a huge loser. At least, that is how I found it to be in my young adult life.

This year I resolved to get mighty wasted. Just destroy myself. Because, well, that always equates to a good time for me. And, it would be the first New Year's Day that I didn't have to work. So there.

We went to a place called The Loft. The idea was that if you paid forty bucks you got all you can drink. Hot damn, sounds good to me. What happens? They have only four people serving the bar. It took ages to get even a beer. Bloody hell. We hung aroudn there for a while, then we buggered off and went to this place called Billboards. Woah. Hot chicks galore, but yet they were still so cold. Ah, well. We danced until dawn and then took the free train home.

I love Melbourne!
