NUMEROLOGY

I love numerology, I have always used the Pythagorean conversion table for my numbers, but I found that my personal numbers definitions never seem to apply to me, but when I used the Chaldean Conversion table that outcome does. So I have both for you here plus what the numbers mean, for what it is worth,

blessed be.

The updated Pythagorean conversion table uses numbers 1 through 9, each of which is related to certain letters of the alphabet.   An alternate version is the updated Chaldean Conversion Table, which works in a similar way except it is numbered 1 to 8 and the letters associated with each number are different as well.  [There is no number 9 in the Chaldean chart because, to the ancient Chaldeans, 9 was believed to be a sacred number and was kept apart from the rest -- see, e.g., Nines.)  Numerologists use these two methods for calculation with the Chaldean table being the oldest and most accurate.

Fundamental to dealing with Numerology is the so-called “reduction of numbers”.  This means essentially that one takes any number with two or more digits and reduces it to a single digit.  This is done by adding each of the integers in the number to arrive at a total whose integers are then added again, until a single digit is obtained.  For example(s):

            5,040 ® 5 + 0 + 4 + 0 = 9

            5,280 ® 5 + 2 + 8 + 0 = 15 ® 1 + 5 = 6

            872,533 ® 8 + 7 + 2 + 5 + 3 + 3 = 28 ® 2 + 8 = 10 ® 1 + 0 = 1

            314,159,265 ® 3+1+4+1+5+9+2+6+5 = 36 ® 3+6 = 9

A possible exception to the general rule of reducing numbers until a single digit is reached is whenever the total reaches what is called a “Master Number”.  The “Master Numbers” are those with double digits, i.e. 11, 22, 33, 44...  Supposedly, these Master Numbers have a greater significance, and refer to characteristics beyond mundane experiences.  In a manner of speaking, these are the higher octaves, harmonics, of experiences.  But they are also sometimes just potentialities, which are never quite attained -- after which they single digit number which they add to, becomes the dominant factor.

Some of the characteristics of the numbers 1 through 9, as well as some of the “Master Numbers” are shown below, and represent the progressive life cycle of men and women, the total spectrum of experience.  In general:

1 represents aspects of creation and self -- genesis, original, creation, beginning, new, self-determination, will power, independence, initiative, decisions,  leadership, command, courage, pioneer, daring, and the male principle.

2 represents aspects of gestation and union -- loved ones before self, maternal, sympathy, patience, understanding, sensitivity, receptivity, tact, diplomacy,  cooperation, union, partnership, rest, peace, and the female principle.

3 represents aspects of self-expression -- self-expression, self-projection, social ambition, conversation, writing, communication, facility with words, grace, charm, performer, beauty, flirtation, romance, artistic, and entertainer.

4 represents aspects of self-discipline -- practicality, physical work, endurance, concentration, budgeting, order, form, construction, routine, systematic,  industrious, conventionality, reliability, home, patriotism, and ecology.

5 represents aspects of re-creation and is the apex for change in the cycle --  change, adaptability, resourcefulness, variety, versatility, risk, adventure,  travel, surprises, curiosity, recreation, sensual and sexual appetites, new opportunities, speculation, promotion, physical and mental freedom.

6 represents social consciousness -- responsibility to others, adjustments, family, harmony, healing, counseling, teaching, education, truth, justice, domestic, reliability, tenacity, conservative, conscientiousness, and social balance.

7 represents intellectual and spiritual development -- wisdom, knowledge of self, mind, intellect, philosophy, metaphysics, mystery, secrecy, solitude, study, research, science, writing, faith, specialization, refinement, pride, acquisition by attraction, dignity, bridging worlds, and observation.

8 represents material accomplishment -- money, material freedom, business, high finance, control, power, success, achievement, recognition, profit, executive ability, management, authority, fairness, and responsibility.

9 represents selflessness and universal awareness -- fulfillment, completion, universality, understanding, tolerance, compassion, impersonal, generosity, forgiveness, just, humanitarian, universal truths, and benevolence.

11 represents impractical idealism -- visionary, refinement of ideals, intuition, revelation, artistic and inventive genius, avant-garde, androgynous, film, fame, refinement, and fulfilled only when working with a practical partner.

22 represents practical idealism -- practical genius, creator of the future, power on all levels, master of the material, philanthropy, universality, international direction, and service to mankind.

33 represents Christ Consciousness -- universal nurturing, social consciousness raised to a world class, global responsibility, master teacher and healer.

            44 represents a higher octave of 8,

            55 represents a higher octave of 1,

            66 represents a higher octave of 3,

            77 represents a higher octave of 5,

            88 represents a higher octave of 7,

            99 represents a higher octave of 9.

These aspects of Numerology can be related to both Astrology and Tarot.  The latter, for example, is fundamental to The Fool’s Journey, wherein the 22 cards of the Major Arcana are matched by the first 22 numbers of Numerology, and both are descriptive of the various paths between the Sephiroth of the Tree of Life.  Astrology is also included, but the idea of comparing Numerology based on 9, and Astrology based on 12 is more of a challenge.  However, in considering the characteristics of the numbers (above) with the “houses” of Astrology, one notes that one can logically assign numbers as follows:

where “5” represents the change from the lower private part of the chart to the upper public aspects.  Other aspects are easily correlated.

The use of Numerology to reveal personal characteristics is accomplished by taking one’s full name at birth (the one recorded on a birth certificate).  Titles such as Dr., Miss, Shah, etceteras, are not used, and neither are Juniors, the second, etceteras.  [People with the same name will attract the same vibrations, but inasmuch as free will is fundamental to the science (or art) of Numerology, different results and circumstances are always possible.]

Typically, three numbers are

“New Energy for the New Year”

December 27, 2007

And here is Djwhal Khul’s latest Spirituality Article:

(Channeling begins)

Djwhal Khul here. Tashi Delek.

Alright.  We are going to begin with New Energy for a new beginning, or New Energy for a New Year.  That will be our second Saturday in the month, in January when we do our monthly tele-seminar.  So the second Saturday in January we’ll have a live class, also put on recording, transcript, etc.  So, many ways to enjoy that if you want the more in-depth version.

Basically the number 2008 as a year corresponds to a 1 and as we begin New Year’s Day, we are going to have 1/1/1 and the power of that 1-1-1 is symbolizing incoming energies of the Holy Trinity so New Year’s Day is extremely powerful.   It’s a time to line up body, mind and spirit or any other thing that you see as a Trinity of Consciousness.  And I would encourage you to start thinking now about “What do I want about 1-1-1, what do I want my New Year’s Day to really reflect?”  And 2008 in general is “New Beginnings”.  And the idea of that particular configuration and all of the other things that are happening now astrologically and energetically, etc., is that we co-create in 2008 based upon Future Awareness.

In other words our new beginnings are made with Future Awareness; where we want to go rather than looking backward and repeating history.  So particularly New Year’s Day is an extremely profound day.

Start setting it up ahead of time and if you get this message afterward, just roll back in time, roll where you are moving backward to midnight, at the very beginning of New Year’s Day and set your intent specifically on where you want to go and what is your specific Holy Trinity that you are manifesting: body-mind-spirit or personality-soul-monad. Perhaps, you are balancing your spirituality with your earth practicality and your eternal spirit.  There is some significance for you specifically in that Holy Trinity in that configuration.

All right then.  Let us focus on the Divine Center of Truth; we work on the Divine Center of Truth and just invoke those words, Divine Center of Truth.  As you feel that energy, it should be in your awareness that that is a place within.  It should pull you in to someplace in your own consciousness or in your own body even.

“Divine Center of Consciousness”

Just saying the words actually invokes it.  Every time that you reinforce that “Divine Center of Consciousness” it will become more accessible to you.  It grows larger.  It becomes more powerful because you are focusing on it.  Also very important to have in the year 2008.

All right everyone.  That is your Spirituality Article for this particular week.  I hope you have enjoyed the short teaching and as always, thank you and my love to you.

Blog post #666: Concerning 777!

Good.  Bad.  Mysterious.  The number 666 and the number 777 are ones Christians, mystics, magicians, and even some Pagans attribute special meaning to.  It is assumed by many that  #666 is all about the Devil and those same folks consider #777 to be the number of God.  No matter what side of the spiritual fence you're on, I'm sure you've wondered what the big deal is over these numbers.  It also begs to be said that most people don't have a clue about the true meaning behind these numbers.  Even those who swear to their God that what they think is true, have not done the research or collected the historical symbolic information about the folklore of these numbers with an un-biased nature.  In this article, I will attempt to try to narrow the meanings down to come up with an educated guess about the hidden meaning and connection between these numbers and propose my own prophetic vision about the psychic vibrations behind July 7, 2007.

First, why is #777 so special?  And why is #666 supposed to be evil?

The following assumptions concern the number seven hundred and seventy seven:

*  The Christian concept of God created the Heavens and the Earth in seven days

*  Any number in the power of three is considered a "trinity" number and trinities are considered holy

*  If 666 is bad, then 777 must be good since it's more than a triple six

What makes the number 666 the supposed evil counterpart of number 777:

*  The number 666 is the identifying Number of the Beast found in the Book of Revelation 13:18 (King James translation): "Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."

*  666 is believed to literally refer to the Roman Emperor Nero whose name, written in Aramaic and valued at 666 using the Hebrew numerology of Gematria.  Nero was often regarded as a Beast by many.

*  666 is representative of man being created on the sixth day according to the story of Creation in the Bible and making this a trinity number it has been suggested that it is the number of man succumbing to nature as a beast.

*  The fear of the number 666 is called hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia (try saying that six times!) and supersition surrounding the number 666 is the cause for many unfortunate accidents and events in the Western world.

*  In other cultures, such as the Chinese, 666 is considered very lucky and welcomed as a good omen because in their language 666 sounds like "things going smoothly!"

*  666 has been the inspiration for a lot of great heavy metal songs.

*  666 and 777 have been especially lucky numbers for Aleister Crowley, the famous Occultist who often referred to himself as The Beast because the letters of his name in Hebrew sum up 666.  The number 777 is also the title of a book Crowley wrote.

*  666 is NOT officially used by REAL Satanists because to use that number is to be siding with the Christians about the Messiah. Jesus Christ is the true author of the number 666 (in other words, he's the guy who brought it up in the first place) not Lucifer.  Real Satanists do not use 666 to mock God and those posers who use the number to intimidate other people are just fools.

(for more crap on 666 refer to my post from last year: Are You Ready for 666?

The real truths behind the number 777:

*  777 represents luck.  To get these numbers on a slot machine in a casino means money! (duh!)

*  777 comes from the Kabbalistic diagram of the Tree of Life; a mystical concept used to represent the nature of God and Creation. On the Tree of Life there are 10 Sephirot (enumerations that are the ten attributes that God created through which he can manifest in the physical and metaphysical universe) and 22 paths which interconnect the various Sephirot. Following these paths and Sephirot is a mystical concept called the flaming sword which has the Gematria (numerological value applied to each letter in the Hebrew alphabet that, once calculated correctly, can give hidden meaning to each Hebrew word) of 777.  The Hebrew letter zayin has the number 7. Zayin means sword. The number 777 literally means 'sword, sword, sword'.  There are many other words and phrases that equate 777, many of them not very holy.

*  "777 and other Qabalistic writings" is a collection of papers written by Aleister Crowley. It was edited and introduced by Dr. Israel Regardie (founder of the Golden Dawn), and is a reference book based on the Hermetic Qabalah which also forms the basis of the Western Magical tradition that influenced just about every occult movement formed since the 19th century. The title refers to a lightning flash descending down the diagrammatic worlds of the Tree of Life looking like three "7"s.

*  In numerological divination, 777 is:  7+7+7 = 21 and 2+1 = 3.  7 is a number of introspection, planning, invention, and insight.  It is most often related to religion because of that root meaning.  A number that appears as a double or triple, like 777 or 33, is considered a "power" number and the root meaning of the single digit number has been increased.  The number 777 is particularly auspicious because it triples the power of seven, however just like the meanings of Tarot cards, every number has both positive and negative vibrations.  The negative side of the number 777 is pure escapism, introversion, and strict religious tradition.  Since 777 equals a 21 which equals a 3, the number 777 has a foundation in creativity, action, and expression.  The Karmic Challenge of 777 is 21 which is one to successfully obtain knowledge about the world and its people.

*  No where in the Holy Bible is there a mentioning of the number 777 representing God.  The number seven is significant and powerful, but tripling that number doesn't increase the original meaning of seven in the Biblical sense.

My intuitive feelings about 777:

*** Based on the information I've compiled, and on my own intuitive impressions, it seems that the seventh day of the seventh month of the seventh year will be one that many, on the surface, will consider lucky, but in truth the numerlogical vibrations of this number will bring significant challenges and spiritual quests.  People will be either be abandoning or adopting extreme fundamentalist ways of thinking -- the challenge is holding on to tradition while also trying to be open to new ways, a particularly tough balance to achieve for newlyweds who have chosen this day to be their luckiest one but will soon find it a vibration that will bring tough choices and challenges dealing with fidelity.

*** Religion will be a deep factor in the lives of all -- whether or not you believe or practice a religion, the way others believe and think has the potential to free the mind or oppress it.  More "fluffy" thinkers will believe that the number 777 is about angelic forces and that this day will mark a significant milestone in the spiritual salvation of the world.  However, I tend to see it as a much darker indication that religious fundamentalists in the world will continue to wage their wars in the name of God to the point where more and more people will begin to reject religions that ask followers to committ divine vengence and ritual suicide.  The "true" apocolypse will be one that ends the belief systems that many zealots depend on to avoid reality.

*** The true Anti-Christ will be using the number 777 as his trademark and will most likely proclaim himself to be a Christian!

Whether or not you believe in the hidden meanings of numbers, you can't deny the cultural effect they have on people of all walks of life.  My other, more mundane, prediction for 7-7-07 is that it'll end up being another ordinary day like 6-6-06 was last year!

Here's the astrological forecast for today's vibration:

The enthusiastic Aries Moon forms a first quarter square with the sensitive Cancer Sun, emphasizing the difference between how we feel and what we express. We react emotionally, yet withhold any outward display. A spiritual Sun-Neptune biquintile can be confusing as it encourages us to further detach from the real world. Nevertheless, our imagination is quite rich with metaphysical treasures if only we are willing to explore these hidden realms.

Are you ready for 666?

While volunteering to run a friend's store today, I am surprised that so many mothers are talking about taking their kids out of school tomorrow because it's the sixth day of the sixth month of the sixth year.  Older kids are scaring the younger ones by regarding this as "The Day of the Beast."  Maybe it's all that fuss over the number 666 which is supposed to be the number of the devil in the book of Revelations in the Bible.  Thing is, if you knew anything about numerology, you'd realize that the number 666 is actually a very lucky number, being that it is a triple trinity number -- actually the number 6 is the higher vibration of 3, so, really 666 is the number 3 repeated six times.  Whether it's regarded as part of Christian mythos or not, the number 6 is a number that represents the family, compassion, and domesticity.  I'm surprised Christians don't interpret this number more positively.  Interpreting the number 6 within the Christian creation story, Man was created on the sixth day and the Supreme Being is three persons (Father, Son and Holy Ghost). The number 666 could then be interpreted as a number that represents men trying to take away the power of God, or more positively, men becoming one within God's power.  I guess it all depends on whether or not you want to see 666 as the glass half full or half empty!

No matter what I think, 666 is commonly known as the Number of the Beast in Book of Revelation chapter 13, verses 17-18. "Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number [is] Six hundred threescore [and] six..."  However, according to other translations of the Bible, some maintain that recent discoveries show that 616 could possibly be the correct number of the beast, and not the commonly known 666.

However, if are Jewish, the three 6's of 666 add up to the number 18.  The number 18 is a number for life and considered a holy omen.  Perhaps this beast that's spoken of so hotly could be a "wolf in sheep's clothing?"

Some people regard June 6, 2006 (06/06/06) and June 6, 1906 are the days of the Beast, however there's no proof that these days really have anything to do with the Beast.  To most people in the world it's just another day and just another number.

Some other 666 trivia (ripped from the pages at Wikipedia):

666 is also the value of the kilohertz frequency of the Bodenseesender, a big AM radio station in South Germany, which is receivable at night in all of Europe.

It is also the frequency of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Canberra station.

In the United States, 666 is a brand name of cough syrup.

666 is the port number used by the game Doom (by id Software) when playing against another player via TCP.

In Unix and similar operating systems, a file permission of 666 (which is not uncommon) grants all users read and write permissions on the file.

666 is the sum of all the numbers on a typical roulette wheel.

666 is the numerical value of: "ועתה יגדל-נא כח אדני" ("Ata yigdal na koach Ado-nai"; Now, let the power of my Lord grow) (Numbers 14:17). This was Moshe's prayer invoking Divine Mercy on behalf of the Jewish People.  So if you're Jewish, like I said before, this is a good number!

CSX Transportation currently has a GE AC6000CW with the number 666.

666 is a nickname for Benzene Hexachloride, a powerful insecticide and pediculicide. Its chemical formula is C6H6Cl6.

Apple's first computer, the Apple I, was priced at $666.66.

Organic molecules are based on carbon-12, with 6 Protons, 6 Neutrons and surrounded by 6 Electrons.

So, what do I think is gonna happen tomorrow, you know, being the next Day of the Beast and all?

I'm betting that hordes of evil undead will take over the landscape, therefore ending all wars currently going on as the world's military forces will be needed to combat the zombie outbreak.  Pretty soon we'll be be living in a George A. Romero movie!  In any case...

Have a great Day of the Beast everyone!!!

Numerology Reports Available

I recently purchased software that generates the most comprehensive numerology reports. Similar in concept to Astrology, numerology is based upon your birth date and the letters of your full name. This science has been used since ancient times to peek into an individual's Life Path, Heart's Desire, Inner & Outer Personality, along with many other facets to the human experience. Now that I own this software, after much testing, I'm pleased to offer numerology reports of approximately 20+ pages for an introductory price of $15.00 Canadian.
