Nick Bollea (aka Nick Hogan, son of Hulk Hogan)
was sentenced to 8 months in jail for reckless driving that left his friend in a coma.
Hogan will also be on probation for 5 years as part of his “no contest” plea.
The charges stem from an accident in August 2007 where Hogan totaled his Toyota Supra after losing control at a reported 100mph and slamming into a palm tree.
With his friend now likely to spend the rest of his life in a nursing home, do you think the sentence is harsh enough?
Or should the post-crash circumstances not play a role in the judge's decision?
