Nextel @ MindSay

Sorry guys, I've been kinda loaded lately. I was able to accomplish three months of blogging here in MindSay everyday. However, my blog seems to be shooting blanks, since I mainly blogged privately to myself or to the " High security Level" network category.

I will make more attempts to post more to the public for the upcoming second quarter (November 2007, December 2007 and January 2008). I might even bring back the 90's Song of the Day, just to have content.

My agenda has been overwhelmed with priorities that keeps on coming. So here's a "heads up" for everyone:
- Thursday, November 1, 2007: Working ALL DAY, from 5:30am to 5:15pm (Routed to SE Houston in the afternoons). Happy Birthday to "my Damsel!
- Friday, November 2, 2007: Working Around the Clock, that's from 5:30am to 12:30am of Nov. 3^rd. I've done it before, and I need the money.
- Saturday, November 3, 2007: I'm going to the Texas Renaissance Festival, but I don't think I can camp out overnight.
- Sunday, November 4, 2007: At 7:30am, Uyoku and I will be going to my church (St. Laurence Catholic Church). Then at 10:00am, we are going to her church. I'm getting good at understanding Spanish. ;)

Forum Moderators, please keep an eye on the forums for me.  You know now to alert me if any problems arise.  Junk any spam you can junk.  And for the obvious reasons that you find reportable posts in a forum you don't moderate, and the moderator of that forum just doesn't know their duties (we know who these dimwits are...), simply report them. 

Admins, I need a co-global mod, someone who has at least 2400 forum posts, moderating experience, and knows how to work phpBB.

Other than that....

Here's my problem.  I go to work very early, like at 5:30am.  By the time I get home at around 11:45am or 12:00pm, I eat lunch, and then I get sleepy.  I try to take 20 minute powernaps, but I end up sleeping for 6 hours.  I wake up at night, wide awake, and can't go back to sleep until like 2:00am.  Do I have a sleeping problem?

I know, my ideal sleep schedule, I should sleep at 8:00pm or 9:00pm to get a good night sleep.  But during the afternoons, I can fight off the sleepiness, but that doesn't mean I will always win... ZzzzzZzzzzz

Does anyone here use Nextel / Boost? 

I just saw Requiem for a Dream.  BRILLIANT!  And I give it three thumbs up my veins!!!

here we are again,  today was the day of a buddy's surf invitational and it was pretty sweet.  lots of people showed, had a good run.  heather was supposed to show but chose instead to go shopping and spend the day w/ scott whom she is not boning in theory.  i can see the look of 'bone' in both their faces tho so i dont believe a word of it.  i am the nosy guy of the group and i make it my solemn duty to know the whereabouts and activities of everyone else in the group.  this is an official position.  as it would happen the majority of the group makes it a point to share these very things with me so it's obvious that they too recognize my importance.  all except for heather and scott anyway.  no one need fear tho becuz i will get to the bottom of this little mystery.  there is an attempt underway now to get some of the others blogging here so that i can run my own stripped down version of a gossip column.  then everyone can read about themselves and fight amongst one another via blog.  joke- no one actually argues w/anyone.  all in good fun.  for the record since it will be now painfully obvious that im not completely secure in my masculinity, i am not a gay aspiring gossip columnist and everyone should know that.  nothing wrong w/a hetero man displaying a love of the clearly gay trait of gossip. still, im not sure if it would make things easier or not beacuse of the advent of text messaging.  im pretty sure that verizon, cingular(at+t), sprint(nextel), and tmobile are cash cows becuz of all of us.  in one day a day last year heather clocked over 40 texts in a day (alright it was her birthdy but still)- all from differnt people- and i myself logged over 20.  thats a combined total of over 60 people.  now figure in brandon, amber, scott, amy, sofia, angie, lauren, karin, mike, eric, tom, ed, kelly, the other brandon, aaron, tim, ryan, dames, augustus serpentine lewellyn the 3d, pat, nick, the other mike, taylor, kim, adam, jack, serita, jill, sara, bruce, tara, and giles livingston havencrest-delorean-fumanchu the 1st and u get quite the network of calls, paging, texts and internet communiques burning up the airwaves.  heavy.  why was blogging even invented? im curious.  but ill admit it has a strange pull because i think its kinda dumb and yet here i am doing it.  huh. 

it's time for me to eat now, a practice im very fond of.  i really love to eat.  im gonna have me some beer, some chicken, some rice, some sweet potatoes, and a big bowl of green jell-o.

 

~~update- this was actually an entry that i started on a few days ago but just now got around to putting up.  since that time i have still not figured out whether scott and heather are boning, but i did discover that my buddy bruce is getting married.  scary.

I went to Dover, Delaware for the Nextel Cup Nascar Race last weekend. We stayed in Ocean City Maryland, a little city on the ocean just over the Delaware border. We also visited Chincoteague Island in Virginia. They have an awesome lighthouse there. We also saw wild ponies and other animals. I am also amazed by the power of the ocean!!! I didn't realize how much I love the ocean and it's truly a shame seeing as I am a little more than an hour from Hampton Beach. I need to go more often!!

I'm not much of a Nascar fan but I had a great time at the races. Both the Craftsman Truck Race Friday and the Nextel Cup Race on Sunday were very exciting. I was saddened to have to come home on Tuesday.

 

The hotel room we got was pretty bogus. It was advertised as state of the art, sorry folks, I don't consider dial-up to be state of the art!! I was able to pirate a wireless signal from another. There were numerous other small problems but we really couldn't complain all that much seeing as my neice booked a year ahead and got the room for $44.00 a night!!
