are we? we are.

first, i'd like to apoligize for abandoning mindsay for so long. shit happens, and i'm sorry.

now for the real shit: 21st Century Breakdown, the new Green Day album.

since american idiot, i've had some time to cool down and become less freaky-obsessed with the band. i thought it was a phase and i was over it. BUT NO! with the new album coming out soon (SOMETIME IN MAY!!!!) i'm back to being a super freak about them. they are, and i expect always will be, my favorite band and my longest-lived obsession. i've been job searching just so i will for sure have enough to go to their next concert near me. no one i know is nearly as fucking excited as i am. i WILL camp outside any store i know will have it. i've read every piece of media concerning it and i've got high expectations. excitement doesn't even begin to cover this...

Better than "Stiff Upper Lip"?

When I do chores around the house I like to crank up some tunes.  Seems to make it all better.  So today I thought I would see what my sattelite tv/serius radio had to offer.  While scrolling down the list I noticed an all AC/DC channel.  So hey, once a huge fan I thought I would kick it up a few decibals and listen while I worked.

I had it on for a few and they play a song off of the new album and I think it was called "War Machine".  Hey, this song is pretty good.  That gives me hope that it will be a good cd since I thought "Stiff Upper Lip" was a disappointment.  Well, I thought it sucked.  Brian Johnson sounded like he had just finished a carton of smokes before recording and his voice did not seem to be in match with the music.  Meaning that he overpowered the sound.  Now I will need to hear the song again to catch the match of his voice to the music but he did seem to be a little more "Back in Black" sounding than the last album.

But back to the song.  I thought it was real good.  To me it was a short song which left me wanting to hear more and much louder.  And wanting to buy the album when it comes out or if it's out when I go to Walmart tomorrow.

For some reason, though, once I cranked up my surround sound to hear them, my kitteh cats ran into the next room.  What is up with that?

I just logged onto their website and they are wanting $92.00 a ticket for the concert in Nashville.  That is a lot of money.  Now I paid about that for Van Halen so I have to think about this before Saturday when tickets go on sale.  Hmmm.

only six days left........

is anyone else super excited for Metallica's new album, "Death Magnetic"? i listened to the world premire on the radio and it makes me even more impatient in waiting for it.

yesterday, i asked my mom if i could mow the lawn for some money to buy it and she said no, because she's buying it for herself on her lunch break on friday and she didn't want me to get it before her. she's a hardcore metallica fan, by the way.  i told her she might not be able to get one on friday unless she capms out or something, but she said she'd shop around until she found it, so whatever. she's odd. the funny thing is, she works in an office as a receptionist.

The First Shot Always Hurts the Most: Out Now!
Hi there people. I'll keep this short and sweet.

Living Sedative's second album is now available for download via SendSpace. It can be found here: http://www.sendspace.com/file/ggdvg6

I'll be keeping an eye on it daily, so as soon as the file gets taken off of SendSpace (if it does), I can reupload it. This also means that I can keep an eye on how many downloads I'm getting, as I'm now able to do that. So please, spread the link around. It doesn't cost anybody anything to download, except maybe time, and time's always free.

Thanks for your continued support!
