Paul Pierce...
Some people get paid too much money for doing too little.

The B doesn't stand for basketball.
You can take the boy out the hood.
Pay the boy millions a year.
The hood will still shine.
This is why I'm not a fan of team sports.
Anybody who gets endorsements, sponsorships of any kind, or is on a professional team should have to take etiquette classes.
This is what kids have to look up to.
I can't wait to see what's next.
Players start toting guns in the game?
Halftime shootouts?

Sonics Leave Seattle
I was a bit sad to see that the Seattle Sonics are moving to Oklahoma City (under a different team name with different colors).  I don't know why it was upsetting--I'm not a Sonics fan, and I don't have any attachment to Seattle--but my gut instinct was that this isn't a great idea.  I just hope Seattle gets a new team in there soon.

NBA Experts Fail
I'm questioning the NBA "experts."  Of the ten men that ESPN proclaimed to be NBA "experts," 9 of the 10 chose the Los Angeles Lakers to win the NBA finals.  Only one, Tim Legler, picked the Celtics.  He wasn't completely correct, as he chose the Celtics in 7 games, but he was the only one man enough to pick Boston.
