Nascar @ MindSay

I'm so cool I'm cold
Shooting indoor skatepark shit is usually one of my least favorite places to shoot pictures.  Seamus' training facility is an exception to that golden rule.

When in Mooresville, NC do a victory donut, or do a donut in the air like Seamus.

Victory donut up the step up to the upper level.

new blogger
Hello everyone, I'm new at this.  The main reason for me to be doing this is it's a way for me to keep in touch with my son and his friends who are away at college.  It's interesting to see how people you' ve known for a while adapt to different colleges.  It would be hard to call them all every week to keep in touch and this seems to be the answer.  I will be writing sometimes maybe about sports.  I am a diehard fqn of UNC, Appalachian State, Atlanta Braves, Oakland A's, Kansas City Chiefs(go figure), Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bulls, Carolina Hurricanes, Tony Stewart, and Jeff Gordon.  The Tarheels, Braves, Chiefs, and Bulls all won the first game I ever watched of each respective sport, so hence they became my favorites.  The same with Richard Petty in NASCAR.  All this over 30 years ago and they are still my favorites.  I learned to like the A's in the early 70's when all the players grew their hair long and grew mustaches just because the league told them they couldn't.  Rebels!!!!!   The Panthers and Hurricanes are favorites because I live In North Carolina, Appalachian State because that is where my son is a student, and what the heck, they do have an awesome football team.  When Richard Petty drove his last race at the Hooters 500 in Atlanta in 1992, Jeff Gordon drove in that race in his first Winston Cup race.  He was already a star driving quarter midgets and in the Busch series and I could see the potential.   By the way, I used to work with NASCAR in a way and I have from that 1992 race a Winston flag that flew over pit road autographed by Petty, Gordon, and 1992 Cup Champion, the late Alan Kulwicki. Tony Stewart shares my last name and he is just a great driver.  I look for him to do great things with his own team starting next year.  As for myself, I'm happily married with a son at Appalachian and a daughter who is a senior at West Forsyth High school In NC wanting to go to UNC-Charlotte.  She is also captain of her high school cheerleading squad.  My wife and I both graduated from the same school as our children which I think is really special.  The whole family is involved at our church, Center Grove Baptist, in different ways and are not ashamed to say that we are Christians.  Anyway, I think this is long enough for the first blog, hope to hear from people!!!

Enough Days

So, i'm putting blog entry in to let you all know, that blog entries will be random, if i feel like writing something.

Today, I worked 1 to 7, with nothing out of the oridanry going on. Just more bitch work. Big deal, waste time while doing things you think are a waste of time. Just to get even with them. So I made a job that should take about 10 minutes, take any hour. lmao  The new COM can kiss my ass!

So, now i am home. I guess tonight NASCAR nationwide series race is gonna be on super late. I mean it doesnt start until 10 pm. Geesh, if only i were not so tired already. Guess I'll be really tired tomorrow. Good thing I'm off, i'll be asleep till noon. Anyway, there's no reason to get up.

Anything else worth mentioning? No so much. Don't even really feel like being online now. Pendant hasn't changed if you care, and there's nothing new to report.

~ Questions anyone?

Nothing Much

After going to bed around 130 am last night. It was up at 645 , and returning to work at 8 am.

Where is just a typical day there. Nothing out of the ordinary tasks and chores happening while there today. Although the 90 degree heat makes work so much worse. I'm tired of summer temps.

I returned home at 430 , where dinner was two cheeseburgers. Then it was to my room , where I got changed, and turned on the TV. I found on the family channel , the harry potter movies. First the prisoner, and now the goblet of fire.

Also tonight is the NASCAR sprint cup series race. So I'll have the live leader board going on my PC, so I can somewhat watch the movies. There's also Olympic coverage on TV too. So to say the least, it's a busy TV night. Tune into what you feel like watching, or having as background noise.  Enjoy!

What's on my mind? Once again, I'm in pendant dilemma world. I took the white jade one off , and tried a gold band ring. Like he wear's in the movie, lord of the rings, but I don't like it. So that was quickly changed. Now I am wearing my stainless steel / 14 K gold wheel / barrel pendant. It's rather unique. Check it out in person if you care to.

Anything else worth mentioning? Nope not really at this time. I have the unfortunately pleasure of having to be back at work in the morning. So, its up to me how late I stay up, but I don't really care as I can sleep in Monday, as I work that afternoon. Then I'm off Tuesday. Yay! Have I mentioned how much I hate 6 day work weeks?!

So, do you care to put your two cents in?
