Nailedimaje Vision Statement

The following is the vision statement of Nailedimaje Productions and is also posted on nailedimaje .

NailedImaje is a different kind of game development team.  We are different in a myriad of ways from the so-called

professionals.  To begin with, as of today, our staff consists of one programmer/composer and one artist.  Our staff works in their

spare time to create games and are unpaid for their efforts.  These, however, are trivial differences and may change.  What will not

change is our vision of what a game should be.

A game should be fun and enjoyable to play - again and again.  So, in NailedImaje products, you will not find flashy, fancy 3D

polygons floating around.  There will be no full-motion video.  No in-game enticements to visit our website.  We will not engage in

any activity that detracts from good, quality gameplay.  On the other hand, you will find in NailedImaje products pleasing 2D

graphics.  There will be a compelling plot.  The music will be tasteful.  There will be innovative, novel, or at least, rarely seen

gameplay mechanics.  We will do our best to incorporate replay value.

Why do we pledge all of these things?

Because we want to make a game we want to play.

Just like the match you strike to incinerate...

If you want to know what I did this evening visit cloudqueen2189 's blog for this evening.  She sums it up for me.

Katryn asked me to write an article for RITRO about the Bible and archaelogical proof to its accuracy.  Still might need to discuss some more things with her.  But I think I should definately attempt it.  I will have fun, learn, and get practice writing!

So I was working on some demon graphics for the RPG... and I should put this on the nailedimaje blog... but no one reads it.  So I'm posting them here...  I did the first image... then Daniel had a problem with it...  Then I fixed the thing... then he nitpicked another...  SO I caved and fixed it... because while he was annoying... he was annoyingly right.  But I got him back when we were composing the battle music lastnight.  He got quite annoyed hehehe!

Then I had to redo the pallette change.  But it turned out cool as well.

So that's my tale for tonight!  Goodnight!
