As of today I'm working 35 hours a week, up from just 23 hours a week. Almost a full time job! OF course, now I'm working 6 days a week but that's okay cause I really have nothing better to do I suppose. It's not bad shifts either, most in the evening leaving me much of the day to do as I please.

 

I need to learn when to flirt and when not to flirt as well... there's plenty of oppertunities at the station and with summer coming up, plenty nice looking girls to be flirted with. Plenty of friends to be made aswell!

my week in my eyes
Yes it is the end of the week and I will be getting drunk this weekend. Auhhh yeah. I have been working hard all week and we are very short handed. I said goodbye to my little brother wed. He is in North Dakota now playing football for North University. or atless I think thats what it is called. My older brother left to Lasvegas for his birthday and left his baby behind for the first time. I came home for the first time in a week yesterday and found that half a case of shit was gone. I found the rest of my shit and hide it again. I am defently getting some after I spent a hundred dollars on it.  I g2g

Weight Loss

Well I missed it again.  By a half a pound.  Thats right, again, I missed my goal by 8 ounces. 

 

I think I will take some exlax next Friday and maybe that will help me hit my friggin goal next week.  I wanted sooooo bad to get on the scale this morning and see it drop to my goal of this week of 25 pound lost.  Yesterday I was at 24 lbs. lost so far, which was 2 for the week, and I had an excellent workouts all week and ended up yesterday with 15 minutes on the bike and treadmill and 30 on the elliptical.  So I figured that if I did well throughout the rest of the day I should be able to hit the 25 pound mark. 

 

"Not so" said the scale.   "I will only grant you 24.5 lbs. lost if for no other reason than to piss you off."  Smiley 343 the scale.  I WILL beat it this coming week.  I will have to change something, I will ponder that what that will be today, and make it happen next week.  First thing I will do is eat healthy tomorrow.  I have been eating regular on the weekends and up until last week I was drinking some beer.  Last week I had no beer but went to a Super Bowl party, Yay Steelers!, and ate all kinds of stuff.  Today they are predicting a bunch of snow today so last night I bought some shrimp and some wings for today but I have healthy stuff for tomorrow and the rest of the week.

 

This week was pretty good.  More people at work are noticing my weight loss and these are the people I see everyday.  Now I figure when I see my aunt next week, whom I have only seen once since I started working out, she should probably notice a big difference.  If she doesn't, though, it will not matter.  I have much more to lose and I WILL do it.  It is nice wearing the old clothes again (I have a lot of nice Polo attire that has been collecting dust).

 

My goal for the coming week is to lose three pounds.  No thats not true.  I want four.  I want to have lost 28 pounds by the end of next week.  Whew, that is ambitious.  Here I go....
