Actually, don't. I need the money.
I would ramble on about how much TK Maxx is the biggest pile of wank since the Green Giant got horny, but I'd rather not, cos we'd be here all day, and nobody wants that. I'm pretty sure nobody wanted the Green Giant image they've now got, but you can't have everything.
What I will mention, though, is that working 9-6 with no food isn't fun. Never do it.
It's Christmas in 20 days. Who's excited? Well..me..for a change. I'm not usually excited about Christmas, but this year I'm getting some quite cool stuff, so it's all gleeful. Also, it's the first proper Christmas me and Mena have had together. OK, so we were together last Christmas, but we only got each other t-shirts, and even then we didn't bother wrapping them up, so it's quite nice to know that I have an Esprit bag in the spare room which has pressies in it, lovingly wrapped up by my baby Mena. Yay ^_^
Talking about my baby Mena, she's coming to see me Friday, which I'm highly looking forward to. It's one thing getting a Wii, but it's another thing altogether when you get told, whilst having a bad day at work, that your baby is actually gonna be coming to see you, when earlier on in the day you thought that you'd have to go two weeks without seeing her. It's quite uplifting, and just changes your day completely. So yeah, thank you Mena, you made my day so much better :D
Reet, lesse. Whilst I'm blabbing about all sorts, I'm listening to Project Chaos, which is a remix album made by the folks over at OverClocked Remix. If you've not been there, I suggest you do. The album in question has remixed all the level themes of Sonic 3 & Knuckles, which is quite possibly the best Mega Drive game ever, not to mention the best Sonic game, too. Some tracks are quite dire (Divided from Grace, I'm looking at you...), but others are just brill. I'm listening to Knuckleduster, which is a vocal version of the Marble Garden Zone, and it works very well. Dunno who the guy singing is, though I'm assuming it's the same guy who made the arrangement, but he's talented. Hats off to you, dude.
OK, I think that's pretty much everything. If I've forgotten anything, then..blah. It'll turn up eventually.
Actually, in closing, LStv Season II is coming soon. I've sorted what the theme tune is. I'm ditching Cheat on the Church, by Graveyard BBQ, for Why Do I Keep Counting?, by The Killers. The idea I've had for it seems to work well in my head, but we'll see. Look for it next week sometime, where I'll prolly be giving a reaction to the Wii. If I stop playing it, that is.
T'ra kiddies. Play nice.

Nothing happened this weekend. I packed up the jobsite Friday, put the toolboxes together on the truck, locked them and came home. I didn't stop and pick up groceries . . . I had Tequila and limes, I didn't answer the the messages from friends and I left the computer on. And that's it. Isabel is punishing me for being this way.
I don't like weekends that I don't come home and find "my girl" there. I don't need any advice on going out and looking in different places. I don't think it will matter. I met you didn't I? I am going to be different though. When I'm asked what I "want", or what "my plans are" . . . I am going to take sip of my beer, raise an eyebrow and slyly smile. . . . .
You know too much about me. You know I want my own girl, a familar touch and be able to look forward to the taste of her, her kisses and the touch of her fingertips as she meets me at the door, or comes to find me when she gets "home" . . . leans against me and raises her pretty face to give me a kiss . . . . making love for hours . . . food when we must. . . .
So what should I say when I'm asked? Should I say that I want "someone", not just a date? Should I say I want this to continue, see where it goes? Should I say that I look at you and see what our baby girls will look like and how my heart begins to empty when I have to leave for work?
It's important, not entertainment . . . . I see sweet smiles, hear you giggle and think about what it is like when you are full and satisified . . . so I won't say . . . too much information . . . too soon . . . too . . .
But I do . . . and that's "me" . . . . I am my own, and will not "be" anything less. If you keep me, this is what you get.
G.
P.S. . . . don't stop . . . don't leave . . .
- "Getting ready for bed routine" which you usually do even after we make love IF we did before you had a chance . . . but we do make love once it's done and we're in bed . . .
- "Getting ready for going out routine" which includes make-up and getting dressed for work, or appointments or the evening. . . . if we have plans . . .
- "Getting ready for running around routine" . . . which is little, sometimes no make-up, you decide in the moment what to do with your hair and you find just the right comfy-clothes so we can run around . . . and play when the urge hits us.
- "Getting up and to hell with it routine . . ." which is HOT shower, wet hair, no make up and I'll get kisses and it will get better as the day goes on . . . you want me to take care of you, but not be too obvious about it, and do something dumb that will make you laugh. We stick together on those days, even more than usual.
