Watching the Subway Series, and okay we lost the first two and that hurts, but it's part of the game.

 

Another part of the game = when a batter gets nailed in the shin by a fastball, he gets to yelp in pain, and stand on first base.  Doug Mientkiewicz got hit in the shin.  The umpire had the NERVE to accuse him of turning in to get hit.  I know that people do that.  But if you watch the tape, you can see he's having a human reaction and just trying to move - not necessarily INTO the ball's trajectory.  LoDuca and the Ump swear up and down he did.  Instead of the walk he earned, he ended up popping up to the outfield, and the man who was on third got nowhere.  If the game ends up being a 1-run difference, you can BET that umpire is going to wind up with a few broken body parts/kneecaps.

Today was fun. I was hungry and decided to drag cristina, my friend Jesse, and her friend Tohmas to a pizza shop near our school. My friend Jesse felt bad that I was treating everyone to pizza. But Cristina and I convinced her that she shouldn't feel that way. (Really, I told her to shut up and just eat with us. XD)

So we ended up going. =D

 

When we got there, Jesse noticed that the tv was showing a Mets game. Being a die-hard Mets fan, Jesse makes us stay in the pizza shop until the game ended. They were losing 5 to 1 and they made an awesome comeback on the 9th inning, winning the game. Jesse squealed like a little school-girl. Which is wierd since shes such a tomboy. XD

 

And finally, me and Cristina switched sweaters. Meaning, I stole her hoodie and she took mine. So now, we look like each other. =D Pics tomorrow of how hawt I look if I feel like it. XD *slapped*

Tomorrow is going to be absoultely amazing! I'm recieving my late birthday present, and we're going to New York, to see my New York Mets take on the Atlanta Braves at Shea Stadium! I am so excited! One of my favorite pitchers is pitching, and he used to be on the Braves, and he's pitching against one of his former teammates, and when they played earlier in the season the braves won and now its our turn to stomp them and its going to be SOOOOO intense!  I CAN'T FREAKING WAIT!!!!!!!!!!

LETS GO METS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Baseball time!  You know where to find me tonight, in my New York Mets tshirt, sitting on the couch with my laptop, to watch the game.
