Matthew McConaughey's rape case has been thrown out, just in time for the public to find out about it. Apparently Ashley Moye accused the Failure to Launchactor of drugging, raping and trying to kill her. "In legal papers, Moye claimed she and McConaughey were lovers when they were teenagers but they fell out when she dumped him for another guy," claims Female First. "She alleged they met years later while they were both studying Scientology in Hollywood, where he raped her after she refused to marry him."
How dare this deranged woman try to ruin Matt's career by accusing him of being a Scientologist.
