Illegal Immigration @ MindSay
~-Rant-~
We Americans(not all of us, of course), Love to complain about Mexican's coming into the States and taking our welfare, health care, medicare & so on.
we love to talk about ways to get rid of illegal immigration, we bad talk them so much, yet we(big corporations & companies) send our own, out into other countries to make twice as much as most of us can make here in the states.
We take people from East India(just an example), bring them into the U.S. give them all the free health care they need, even let them stay here, do as they please and get tons of help for free.
We have so many of our own people, in fact, we have too many people in the States who need health care, who need financial help, not because they've screwed themselves up, but because the government has, yet we're arguing about illegal immigration and inviting others into our country, while sending our own out.
America Land of the free*
in this land, nothing comes for free, unless you're foreign or rich, hell the rich even get tax-cuts and tax breaks.
and yes, I know not all foreigners get stuff for free and technically nothing is free, but when it comes down to it, a lot more things are.
we can't even drink, smoke, streak, riot, make our own decisions, etc... without the Government and law screwing us over telling us it's illegal... where's the freedom? I lack to see freedom.
even the Freedom of Speech, is slowly fading...
*some restrictions apply
this is the end of my post, but not the end of my posts to come.
I keep this short, because some peoples attention span is very short.
I have nothing against anyone, except the Law and Government.
decisions aren't easy, but making problems of things then turning them into huge issues, is bad.
Love, Blood & Bones,

My man Fred has come up with a Border Security and Immigration Reform Plan.
The plan if it could be implemented, appears to concur totally to the standard Conservative’s vision of immigration and how to deal with illegal immigrants.
The only point I found ambiguous is Fred’s point on improving the legal immigration process. Fred seems to hint legalizing the illegal; however even here I like most of what I read.
(CBS) NEW YORK They were celebrating outside the governor's office Friday as Eliot Spitzer handed a landmark victory to a half-million illegal immigrants.
The state will no longer require proof of citizenship for driver's licenses.
"We're changing our policy with respect to getting more people out of shadows and into the system so people don't hide they're here," Spitzer said.
He said the current restrictions on non-citizens have filled the roads with unlicensed drivers five times more likely to get into accidents.
But the also called it a matter of justice.
"As long as I'm governor we won't pretend they don't exist, cut them off from society," Spitzer said.
But the action triggered a bitter response from some 9/11 family members, who said the governor would be providing identification for potential terrorists.
And a Brooklyn state senator says he'll try to overturn the decision.
"This governor has chosen to give the keys to the city, the keys to the state to terrorism," Golden said.
As for the public, it's clear that people have strong feelings on both sides of the issue.
"I don’t think if you're here illegally you should have the same privileges people who are here legally do," office manager Cliff Hoffman said.
Added legal word processor Bill Slater: "I think illegal people are getting a free ride. I don't think it's fair to other hard-working citizens who do work hard."
Planning consultant John Madden said the move is also a pre-emptive strike against another type of potentially hazardous driver.
"The problem is they're gonna drive anyway," Madden said. "You might as well make them legal drivers with insurance."
The new rules will start to kick in at the end of the year, unless someone finds a way to put a halt to them.
Under the new policy, the Department of Motor Vehicles will accept foreign passports and birth certificates from immigrants as proof of identification. They will no longer need to provide a Social Security card.

Well, I think the other 48 states (I don't count Cali. since they seem to agree with NY) should stop accepting NY driver licenses as usable IDs. They should be accepted nowhere. By anyone. Period.
Oklahoma has passed a State Law that mandates stiffer measures against illegal aliens, meaning seeking and deporting. A Hispanic businessman estimates that 25,000 Mexicans have fled Tulsa, OK alone.
Pro-Latino groups decry the new Law as fostering racial hate. Anti-illegal alien groups disagree, the Law targets people who break the Law regardless of race, religion or creed.
In the WorldNetDaily article where I read this information you can sense the Leftist victimization guilt trip that restaurants and menial jobs will be affected thus hurting the economy of Tulsa.
There is a hint that the Oklahoma Law will be taken to the Judicial System because of claims it oversteps Federal authority, i.e. the (ineffective lame Federal) Federal Law is easier on illegal aliens. What!? It is against the Federal Law for illegal aliens to be in America, just because a State proceeds with stiffer guidelines to enforce the Federal Law does not the State Law is overstepping its boundaries.
As for the economy taking a hit because of an exodus of Mexicans: Is the implication that breaking the law aids economy? Is it the implication that illegal immigrants receiving the privileges of a free public education and government entitlements are an aid to the economy and tax payers of Oklahoma or America for that matter?
Now I am fully aware that the majority of illegal alien Mexicans are hard working people trying to improve their quality of life or the quality of life of family back in Mexico with American money; however with the immigration of honest hard working illegal aliens is also a conduit to illicit felonious drug and gang businesses. That definitely does not help the economy of Oklahoma or America.
I offer no solutions for there are not any easy solutions which are beneficial to the hard working the Mexicans and the American citizens. Mass deportation is not an answer nor is mass amnesty. The former is to expensive enmasse and the latter will permit the criminals to stay in America along with the hard working Mexicans.
In the process of finding a solution it should not be the American citizens that take the hit in taxes or becoming the potential victims of drugs, career criminals or gangs. If a hit should be taken it should err toward the ones already breaking the law, not the law abiding.
Mayor Louis J. Barletta of Hazelton, PA became fed up with illegal immigrants in his city after two illegal aliens fatally shot an American citizen. He was so upset that this could happen from foreigners in America illegally that he encouraged his city of thirty thousand to pass an ordinance making it tough for illegal aliens to live in Hazelton, PA.
The city ordinance was billed as the “Illegal Immigration Relief Act.” Its design was to make it tough for Land Lords to rent to illegal immigrants thus making it tougher for illegal aliens to reside in Hazelton.
CHECK THIS OUT! On Thursday July 26 U.S. District Judge James Munley overturned Hazelton’s “Illegal Immigration Relief Act” on the grounds that a city could not enforce the rule of law that is the charge of State and Federal authorities.
What is that? The law is the law! Munley had to write 206 pages to establish his judicial ruling. And no surprise here: Democratic Party candidate for President Senator Obama praised the Munley ruling.
What is it about a Leftist Judiciary and Leftist Politicians that want to allow the flow of illegal immigrants to the harm of American citizens?
