We are so stinkin’ smart! Oh, the arrogance of humanity, that denies its Creator, the One who gives us the very air we breathe.
96% of the universe is made up of an energy and a material about which we know nothing. 74% of the universe is so-called dark energy, 22% is dark matter. That means that we have studied only 4% of what the universe is composed of, and we struggle mightily to understand that.
From the scientists at the Hubble website:
“Scientists have found that an unexplained force is changing our universe, forcing galaxies farther and farther apart, stretching the very fabric of space faster and faster. If unchecked, this mystery force could be the death of the universe, tearing even its atoms apart.”
Don’t you wonder how they could ever “check” this force about which they know…nothing?
This is a picture taken by NASA with the Hubble telescope. They are referring to it as the "Eye of God". I really wanted to share this with people.
If you believe strongly in the efficacy of prayer, I am coming to you to ask that you please stay home and pray that the right people are voted in during the November elections. I challenge all true believers to exhibit their faith and avoid all polling places on election day...but rather stay home and pray with all your heart that the election be guided by the Lord's blessed hand to go to those who should be in charge.

#1 – You actually know a lot less than many atheists and agnostics do about the Bible, Christianity, and church history – but you still call yourself a Christian.
In other news, it seems that NASA is announcing Tuesday whether or not they are going to service the Hubble. It seems likely. And those who enjoy images like this of a nebula acting as an interstellar nusery:
