Hot Shower @ MindSay

Howdy, howdy all

Well my apartment has running water but still no power but no worries because I am still welcome at my friends place and he hass all the amenities I am lacking. The water was on and we could thankfully flush the toilets but couldnt really shower properly til yesterday. So last night I took a nice, hot QUICK (gotta be considerate of others of course) shower and let me just say that I feel really good. So many people dont have the luxury of even a cold shower or a working toilet so I feel really thankful for my friends and their willingness to share and invite people into their home.

 

Thanks to everyone who wished us all well. I had the opportunity to clean out my refrigerator and EWWWWW gross. I mean I got a bunch of the frozen stuff out before it thawed so that was cool but the fruits and such did not fair so well. Oops was I whining just now...Nope but let me say that if someone wants to talk about how they are fairing in this situation then I would never presume to diminish their suffering. With so many random acts of misfortune we should all be mindful of the fact that some things are beyond our control and I hope that we all remember to think of others (not me necessarily because like I said I am pretty much good news) but Torridgirl and Myclette have been without power since last Thursday and Myclette is still dealing with no water or power and Torridgirl has no power still. If I were them I would be WHINING like a little baby but NEITHER of them is and both are still extending the supplies that they have to neighbors who might have less, how's that for whining...

There are countless folks doing the same and more for their neighbors (hell someone is helping me by HOUSING and FEEDING me right now).

IT'S SO BLOODY COLD.

March is SUPPOSED to be the first month of spring!

 

It certainly doesn't feel that way.

 

I'm sat in my bedroom, I've just had a shower - a really warm shower... Ahhh, heavenly bliss, it was.

I get out, put on my robe, and come in here.

 

NO HEATING, NO RADIATOR.

The coldness smacks against my wet self - and makes me SHIVER.

 

I had to walk up to school today in HAILSTONES.

With NO COAT.

 

Fine, it's England - it's only about... 2 degrees?

Fine, in Canada, Iceland, Russia, Scotland - it'll be in the minuses.

From -5 to -20.

 

But... ARGHHHH...

They're USED to it!

 

It's NEVER this cold in England!

 

HOW I HATE GLOBAL TEMPERATURE CHANGE.

 

Global WARMING?

More like GLOBAL FREEZING.

I was reading a blog this morning and this beautiful person inspired me to write a simple list of what i like and makes me happy .... thank you littlecauldron

Okay... so my week was rather dull, nothing too exciting to update except that I've been talking to Shawn more. <3<3 Which is wonderful. He said he was gonna try to come for a night Friday.

I got paid on Wednesday: $120 after taxes, not too bad for a week. I've been going to the gym fairly routinely until Saturday. I was sooooo sore from my personal trainer Friday that I couldn't get up and go to the gym, so I just went to babysitting. I babysat for the receptionist at my dad's work. Her son is really sweet and polite, I was impressed.

So then I came home and slept. I was just so tired.

I woke up around 8, and got online, started talking to Lindsy, a timeline better explains the night.

9pm- Go get food with Lindsy

10pm- Each take two white incredibles (x)

10:10pm- Go to the store to buy vicks inhaler and something that blinks.

10:40pm- We're rolling, doing random things, helped her with laundry, making out, she pulls my shorts off and starts eating my out.

12:20am- Sydnie comes over for a bit, we all strip down and hit the hot tub for a bit.

1am- Lindsy and I hang around, do more random stuff.

2:30am- Mike and Ryan come over, we buy 4 pills (2 each) and then they gave us one to rail (snort). It was red something, and my first time railing. So I watch Lindsy do hers, then I do one. By this time I am rolling balls like no other, can't stand still, it was nuts. So then I do one, and it was a rush. I waited a while to do my other line, which I ended up splitting in half because it was hella thick. Then Mike and Ryan left.

3:30am- I eat Lindsy out, make her cum, then we decide to go to the hot tub again where it seriously looked like one of those lesbian porns between us. hahahaha - hot.

4am- Take a shower in her dad's bathroom. He has a BIG shower, a regular shower on one end and a detatchable shower head on the other end. Lindsy eats me out, I eat Lindsy out, we tease each other with the shower head, fun. :D Then I folded her laundry and danced around the kitchen until 5am.

5am- We clean up, go upstairs, clean up some more, then get ready to go to bed. I'm totally not tired, but around 6:30 we hopped into bed.

8am- Lindsy has trouble coming down, I still haven't fallen asleep, and she throws up in the toilet.

9:30am- Her sister comes home to do laundry, being bitchy.

11:40am- I still haven't slept, Lindsy has, and my dad calls saying he's gonna go run errands.

1pm- I go home because my pupils have FINALLY gone back to normal size.

My dad and I went to costco after that and bought tons of fruit. I just sort of hung around for the rest of the night. :) It was fun. A good, good, good, good, well deserved weekend. :D

Darn. I've given in. I gave up. I can't take it anymore, and I admit defeat. That's right nasal passages, I commend you for your victory and your mucus membrane that's clouding up my nose. Now I am breathing out of my mouth--something I absolutely hate to do. It designates that I am really sick. I think I am. I only spoke if it were some kind of emergency today, and probably could've slept more than 11 hours if it hadn't been for the smallest possibiltiy that there would've been a 2 hour delay (very slight though, I didn't think so either). So, now my throats being a bigger bother than before, my head's lolling off to the side again (a sign that normally means my head feels very heavy to me), and my sinuses are really acting up a lot now. I can't figure it out. Usually a hot shower or hot tea offers some relief, but now all it gives me is more snot stuck up in my nose. Eh. At least I'm not as weak as Wednesday and Thursday. Now the cough is setting in... a sure sign it will eventually start to stop tomorrow.
I was stuck inside this whole day. I was able to do a lot of reading though, so I'm not that disappointed. Did you know that the chances of females getting orgasms is based on genetics? And that there's a drug out there that will make you stay up longer (temporarily) AND  make you smarter?
