YOU AND YOUR HIGHER SELF ARE ONE
One last comment regarding another question: "Can what I planned
before incarnation be changed?" The answer is yes. In fact, it has
already occurred. Anyone born before 1985 who is still on the Earth
plane has already experienced changes in the original plan. This
change occurred and continues to occur on the soul level, the level of
your higher self. You in your human incarnation are not fully
conscious of these changes and what they mean. Where would be the fun
and surprise if you already knew what would happen?
You are certainly able to have discussions with your higher self.
Realize that your higher self is the director of your show, and you
are the star. You in your human experience do not have the wealth of
knowledge and wisdom that your higher self has in infinite abundance.
You do have access to knowledge and wisdom, but only on a finite
level. The amount of access, however, may appear infinite when you
access it. You can access it if you choose. Know that any difficulties
in accessing this wealth of information is simply part of your story,
your play.
Remember, you and your higher self are you. You and your higher self
are the components of the infinite God-self you are. The paradox is
that you are an infinite being playing at a game in which you forgot
you were infinite. As the vibrations of the planet have risen, the
vague memory of who you truly are pokes through as the thought: "There
must be something more!" You would not have this thought, you would
not be reading this message, if you were not to know this information.
Do you remember the myths of drinking from the river of forgetfulness?
You have forgotten from whence you came and who you truly are. You
are, my precious ones, infinite. You are, as many of you have heard
repeatedly, an infinite being having a finite human experience. The
difficulty comes when you do not realize to the depths of yourself
what this means. Relax, accept and trust. Then you can truly enjoy the
play. You also will be able to hear the gentle whisperings of your
higher self.
EXERCISES FOR CONNECTING WITH YOUR HIGHER SELF
Now for a few exercises to assist you in connecting with your higher
self. Begin with whichever exercise you feel drawn to.
1. Ask for the release of artificial encodements interfering with or
inhibiting your communication with your higher self. (If you are
familiar with encodement work, you may skip to the second exercise.)
For those unfamiliar with encodements, go into the back of your heart
center. Move deeply into this space until you come to your altar, your
sacred space. Breathe in and out of your heart center. When you are
ready, ask for the encodement technicians to come. They are there for
the asking, whether you feel them or not. Ask if there are any
artificial encodements interfering with or inhibiting your
communication with your higher self. If the answer is yes-and few of
you will hear no-ask what would be the consequences of removing the
artificial encodements. If those consequences are acceptable to you,
then ask that they be removed.
2. Ask if there are damaged or altered natural encodements interfering
with your relationship with your higher self. Ask that they be
repaired. For those new to the encodement process, use the same
process as above, substituting "natural encodements."
3. Ask if there are natural encodements preventing your communication
with your higher self. These natural encodements are not damaged or
altered. They were placed within because of the plan you established
before incarnating. If the answer is yes, ask if their purpose has
been fulfilled. If the purpose is complete, if you have received all
the learning you need to receive, ask if they may be removed. Enter
into your heart center from the front. Go deeply into that space.
While remaining there, enter your heart center from the back. Go to
your altar or sacred space. Allow your consciousness to move together
from the front and back of your heart center until you feel the
connection. If you cannot feel, see or sense this connection, simply
form an intention that it occur. Resting in this energy is a powerful
experience in itself. Remain here as long as you wish. When you are
ready, set your intention to form a clear connection with your higher
self. Allow whatever happens to happen. Know that even if you do not
feel, see, hear or sense anything, something is happening. Trust. Rest
in the energy of this connection.
4. Ask for the healing of your relationship with yourself. Once you
ask, be alert for healing opportunities. These could come through a
book, an individual, an advertisement, a dream or an inspiration. Trust.
5. Ask for the healing of your relationship with your higher self.
Again, be alert for opportunities of healing. Trust.

higher self interacts with you in your incarnation. I understand why
some are concerned about this relationship. I also understand why the
dear one who called is concerned about being a puppet. The concerns
come from a lack of understanding about what your higher self truly is.
First and foremost, there is no separation between you and your higher
self. You are one. There is no separation between your toes and you.
You are one. The difficulty in understanding the relationship between
your higher self and yourself is that you think in duality. You have
difficulty comprehending what it means to be one with your higher
self. Even the language "one with higher self" implies that there are
two separate beings. There is only one being, and that one being is you.
Before incarnation you were in your fullness. You knew, experienced,
reveled in your fullness and the unity of your fullness with the
Oneness. You did not need anyone to explain it to you. You lived it
and you knew it. There was no question about duality or being
separate. In fact, being separate could be another name for what some
call hell.
EACH OF YOU PLANNED YOUR INCARNATION
I will speak now about how you planned your incarnations. Due to the
confines of language, I will need to use terms that imply that there
is "time" and there is "separateness." There is not. Even though I
tell you this, you will not truly understand what I am saying. You do
have the intellectual knowledge from your learning, but you do not
know this until you arrive at the very depths of yourself where there
is only the Oneness.
Before there was any concept of time, when you first became aware of
yourself as a part of the Oneness, just as a wave is identified as
part of the wholeness of the ocean, you wanted to have various
experiences. Others such as yourself began to join together to have
these experiences. You began to consult with one another. As you
consulted, you also began to specialize.
Some of you wanted to experience great public power, others wealth and
still others poverty. Some of you became mentors, healers and
warriors. It didn't really matter what you experienced. You presented
challenges to yourself. Groups of you gathered together to make the
challenges more complex. Now with 6.5 billion human souls on your
planet, the complexity is great.
Each of you began to develop an overall plan for your experiences.
Think of it as an outline to a book. You plan a book, what the theme
will be, what each chapter will contain and how the plot will develop.
Your life-and by "life" I mean the journey of your soul-can be likened
to a very large book. Each of your incarnations is a chapter. You did
meticulous planning for each chapter. Others joined you in the
planning and in the execution. You created what your life would be as
well as the roles others were to play in your incarnation. You still
are the creator of your life, but in a different way than you believe.

We who are 'star seeds', or 'star people' have lived in
many realities - in many planetary systems - and in higher realms as other life forms.
So here we are on third dimensional Earth, in bodies many
of us consider 'limited'.
Their connection to the mainstream systems of society -
religious, political, economic doesn't exist as they understand that
these are just systems of a program that is about to change.
Most are creative or prefer creative activities - as they
use the right side (creative side - intuitive - higher vibrational
frequency side) of the brain.
Many prefer to work only in the esoteric fields - healing,
searching for their own truths and their soul mission through studying
systems of higher wisdom - ET research - writing their biographies as
a means of clearing issues and understanding their work here and now.
They await a great awakening - event of some kind.
They know that no one has the date for us to move into
levels of higher frequency but their souls tell them that it is on the
horizon.
They are programmed to find others like themselves now, as
based on similar frequencies and predestined agendas they set up
before they came in. After all, they have done this many times before.
Sometimes these souls are called 'walk-ins' or 'wanderers'.
It is all the same as it really one soul having
multidimensional experiences.
Some starseeds can overcome feelings of longing because
they remember how to manifest realities that help them function in
physical bodies while doing their work - holding their frequency here - at the same time.
Many starseeds feel lost and alone - become depressive and
withdrawal from society feeling that no one understands them.
Some 'leave' early' - illnesses, accidents, suicides - as
the pain of remaining here becomes too great.
Most are hampered by the limitations of a third dimensional
form.
Some souls forget that they came here with specific agendas
so they play in the emotional playground we call 3D Earth.
The need to mate and procreate is not important to them,
though opportunities do arise.

This is because the next evolution bring is the return of the higher frequency - called 'feminine energy's - keeping their frequencies at that higher levels.
Some starseeds trigger their souls memory gradually -
others by an event in 3D that suddenly occurs. It is a gradually process - as we are triggering our DNA to get their.
They soon understand their multidimensional aspects. This
is difficult as we are so complex and understand so little about
reality.
The frustrations levels and the 'need to know now' levels -
run high.
Their eyes have an extremely compelling quality
They have great magnetism and personal charisma
They are very sensitive to electricity and electromagnetic
fields

religious or mystical experience

Dear Ones, as we speak with you, as you enter the midpoint of your
year 2006, there are many energies flowing through your Planet
Earth. Those that you would consider of a positive and of a negative
energy. Please try to release some of this constant judgement on
what is positive and negative in your world.
Re-member times when you initial thought something in your life was
so purely negative only to find out later, in the fullness of your
time, that it turned out to be one of the most positive periods in
your life and changed everything for the better in the long run. We
understand how difficult this can be when you or someone you love is
in pain, what ever the cause.
It is not our intent to make light of your struggles or pain, merely
to assist you in seeing it in a bit different light and to assure
you that everything has a higher purpose, even if you can not
immediately discern what it is. These situations are made even more
challenging for you when you only view them from your Earth bound 3D
perspective and you often cause yourselves even more pain and
anxiety by doing so. If you can put your Human perspective aside for
even a moment and reach into your Heart of Hearts and let your
natural authentic self view the situation for just a moment, you
will gain a much higher perspective on everything around you.
The question then becomes how do you bring this perspective into
your Human world in a practical way which will assist you with your
everyday life? That is the question you always ask us. How do we
make these higher thoughts and ideas useful in our life on Planet
Earth?
The answer is simple and yet still a bit of a challenge at this
stage of your evolution.
You stop thinking and feeling that these are "higher" thoughts
and "ideals". You bring them into your everyday life by "making the
choice" to accept that they are part of your everyday life. Remove
the barrier in your mind and hearts that says "my spirituality is
kept over here and my everyday life is over there somewhere".
We hear you laughing to yourself as you read these words because you
know you do just that, you all do. It has been the dominate pattern
of being on Earth since the beginning. This pattern of separation
between your true authentic self (spirit or soul) and your physical
Human self. The real irony is that you originally designed it that
way to allow yourself to have the Human "experience" to the fullest
extent.
So what has changed? You have!
You have now made the individual and collective "choice" to move on
to your next stage of the Human Experience. Living on Earth in a
Human body of biology, fully infused with the total connection and
understanding of your spiritual nature and power. You have made the
choice to change the rules and boundaries of the game. The choice to
lead a whole new type of "everyday life", one that has never existed
before. You are simply in a transition stage where you can not fully
see or experience the full affects of that choice yet. It is no
wonder that so many are struggling right now.
Imagine playing a board game, like your Checkers, when the rules of
the game changed every five minutes. Do you think you would get
confused, frustrated, angry and ready to pull your hair out and just
throw your hands up and say I can not do this, this is crazy? Of
course you would and rightfully so.
Your whole Human Experience, up to this point, has been built around
a powerful resistance to change of any kind. It served you well in
the past, as a means of survival and protection. It has now become a
barrier to your advancement. That is why we tell you of the need to
make the choice to fully embrace change in every area of your life
and make change your "best friend". It is only through this
conscious choice to fully accept "change" on all levels of your life
that you free yourself from it's grip upon you and the fear and
chaos it can produce. If you accept constant change as a "normal"
part of your life you are freed from the emotional, mental and
physical chains that your "fear of change" produces in your everyday
life.
So you see it all comes down to "choices". Those you can only make
for yourself, regardless of what others choose around you. You say
to your self, "but I am only one". How can this make any difference
to my life when there are so many others in it? Re-member the simple
act of changing yourself has an effect on everything around you, try
it and watch what happens. It will start to work slowly, almost
imperceptibly, then grow and multiply and soon you will see the
unmistakable results of "your choice"!
The most powerful thing there is, is your ability to make a "Choice."
Without it you would be truly powerless.
That is the real meaning of the Planet of "Free Will", it should
really be stated "The Planet of "FREE CHOICE"!
Blessed Angels of Earth we can not tell you the honour and love we
feel to be in service to you at this stage of your evolution. It
brings us great joy to spend these times with you in this way.
We hold you firmly and gently in our Heart of Hearts and ask you to
do the same for each other.

The mere fact that so many channels have been opened in recent times should tell you that you are in a very special time. Some wish that they too could channel messages, and I tell you that you are receiving information from higher sources all of the time. Providing you are prepared to put aside sufficient time to contact your Higher Self, you will get personal messages directed to you. For example, when you ask for help you can get your guidance from above, and in times to come, it will be a normal feature of your daily life. This is beginning to happen now, and it only requires awareness of your potential to do so to bring it into focus.
Each and every one of you has a link to your Higher Self, and Beings of the higher dimensions. It is part of your natural function as a Human Being and on a soul level, as you are connected to every other life form. There is a continual interplay of energies between you all, and this is how you draw from each other and create your own reality. What you have been doing through higher guidance is acknowledging your ability to create, and place your focus on the changes that you desire. You are co-creators where your reality is concerned, and we have prepared the ground and direct your attention to Ascension. With that, we encourage you to visualize Ascension as already manifest, and with such a positive approach you will be helping to anchor those energies that will bring it about.
There has never been a time when you have had so many sources channeling new information. The difficulty for you is that you cannot always determine which are from the higher dimensions. Our advice to you is to be discerning and be guided by your intuition. Also bear in mind that most messages are influenced in style and language by the channel, unless there is a direct overshadowing. You will almost certainly be drawn to those that you feel comfortable with, and are on a similar vibration to yours. Bear in mind, that messages from a spiritual source are gentle, positive and promote Love and Light.
Some of you are still uncertain as to what your Higher Self really is, so let me tell you in simple terms that it is your Godself. It is that part of you that oversees your life, and is the source of your intuition. It is the totality of you in all aspects of yourself, as you have a number of them that are also experiencing elsewhere. These may not necessarily be on Earth, but could even be in another Universe. You will find that life is so much more than you have ever envisaged, as each soul presses on to gain experience in dimensions that all allow varying degrees of freewill.
As you progress upwards you will find less need to exercise freewill, as there is a coming together of like minds and it forms a Group Consciousness. Furthermore, you will put aside your personal desires and prefer to carry out the Will of God. It may for some be a difficult concept, but even carrying out God’s Will you have freedom of choice; it does not mean that you loose your personal identity. In your coming period before Ascension you will almost certainly have lifted up out of duality. In so doing you will find that your thoughts are focused less on “I” and more on the “We” as you will fully understand that Oneness of All.
Think of The Galactic Federation that is a supreme example of the coming together of those who acknowledge God, and carry out God’s bidding. There are many Councils and Groups of like minds, and many of you will have heard of The White Brotherhood. All of these work on different rays of energy and compliment the whole, and behind them are even greater Beings. Once you put Self aside and aspire to live your life in Love and Light, many Beings will join you and support you in that decision.
Earth is in turmoil at present and learning many lessons that have become necessary to clear the negative energies of the past. This is where Lightworkers are invaluable to us, as they bring through positive energies to help transmute them and prepare the way for greater changes that are to come. Everyone can contribute, and you do not necessarily have to go anywhere particular to do so. In your own space you can maintain a centered and focused view of all that is going on around you, and send it your Loving energy. Visualize the best outcome for all, and you along with millions like you will change the world.
Anyone who has any degree of sensitivity will note how the energies are changing. When you can keep centered, there is a calmness all around you that is uplifting, and for some reason you cannot explain it will make you feel joyful. Dear Ones, you have been grounding the love energies upon Earth, and you can tune into them. They are here to stay and they are growing stronger every day. Nothing can resist such a powerful energy, and it is lifting all up with it. What is not of the Light will soon disappear, as it will have no place in the coming period. Eventually only Truth shall remain, and then you shall know your true Self as the Angelic Being you really are.
