IT'S SO BLOODY COLD.
March is SUPPOSED to be the first month of spring!
It certainly doesn't feel that way.
I'm sat in my bedroom, I've just had a shower - a really warm shower... Ahhh, heavenly bliss, it was.
I get out, put on my robe, and come in here.
NO HEATING, NO RADIATOR.
The coldness smacks against my wet self - and makes me SHIVER.
I had to walk up to school today in HAILSTONES.
With NO COAT.
Fine, it's England - it's only about... 2 degrees?
Fine, in Canada, Iceland, Russia, Scotland - it'll be in the minuses.
From -5 to -20.
But... ARGHHHH...
They're USED to it!
It's NEVER this cold in England!

Eligibility is determined with two questions: First, do you live in one of these 16 states?
Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware, Maryland, Alaska, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana.
Second, do you need the oil? Need is relative, but if you have a family and make less than $40,000, you probably qualify. Citizens Energy, which administers the program, evaluates each application on a case-by-case basis and issues eligible applicants a voucher redeemable for 100 gallons of CITGO heating oil.
It's almost sweet of our communist friends to shove the inequalities and harsh realities of capitalism in our faces with a program that actually helps people pay for an increasingly unwieldy cost of living expense.

Went to work at 730 am. Where it was yet another typical day at TOPS. With nothing out of the ordinary really going on. Erin C, went home, hope she feels better, and Barb C, and Denise R. returned to work from there vacations. It was nice to see them back.
Also, before leaving from work I let Barb S.C. borrow my "Buffy, the vampire slayer" video game for PS2. You'll have to tell me what you and the hubby think of it, after you play it. I think its a pretty cool game. Again, if you need the cheat site, with the walk though guide, let me know.
Upon returning home at 1 PM. I walked in the door. It was my mothers day off from work. They where in the kitchen, do'n shit. So, my father greeted me with "what the hell are you doing home?" to which I replied "umm, works over?" Then went upon my regular tasks, of taking my hoodie of, shoes off, socks off, and retiring to my room. Where I got changed, and turned on the TV. I watched Star trek.
Then around 230 - 3 the guy from Roy's plumbing heating and cooling arrived. For the second day in a row. He was back with a second thermostat. He replaced 1 of 2 yesterday, but didn't have a second one with him, so he had to come back today. Although today he wasn't here that long. Only till around 330 or 4. Although I wasn't really playing attention to the clock.
Then around 430 - 5 he called a cab and went to the Lancaster moose club, where I am sure you can probably find him right now. He probably wont he home till 3 am or 4 , if not later. After he left my mother order chicken wings. Which arrived 20 mins later. Yum !
After dinner, my mother and myself took a ride to the Niagara falls factory outlet mall. There I found a rubber wristband with the Sabres new logo ! woo hoo ! You can check it out if you see me. Other then that, the NASCAR store there, seemed to be closing up. They where cleaning the place out, and looked to be packing everything away. Sadly , this was the last NASCAR shop in the area that I knew of. If you know of another please let me know!?
After that, we returned home. Where I returned to my room, and currently am writing this blog. Really don't know what is on TV. All this crappy college football is interrupting normal TV programing, or else there'd be shows on that I'd want to watch.
What is on my mind that I haven't mentioned? A few things. Moving out, my father, my mother, how much work sucks, and how much I rather be out with a friend having fun. Oh, how much having a drunk as a father has fucked up my life. Ever think of that ? I know I have. Ugh, every little thing seems to be running across my mind as of late. That's why I enjoy the silence of my room, and being alone, so much. If you ever wanted to know. I am all argued out.
Anything else I feel the need to include? Since this has been one of my longer blogs, and more pacific details, feel free to ask question. Although I do not welcome any complaints.

As we all know because of katrina that gas costs went up and for some reason so did natural gas. The Companies said that the higher prices would hold but they lied.
Another increase in January is coming, up to 20 dollars more a month to heat your house.
Even though I am a right winged whatever I have a hate for the gas companies and always have. Why you ask and I know you did? Because they bullshit too much.
So over the years I have picked up ways to sock it to them.

For your home, if your not the lucky people that have all the latest types of weather resistant windows, this is where you loose alot of heat because it basically radiates into your home almost as much as the heater does.
You can get window insulation kits at your local hardware store, but if you really need to save or on a tight budget. You can pick up some plastic painters drop sheets at the local dollar store, some tacks and some packing tape.
Starting from a top corner tack the corner of the plastic to the corner of the window and start working your way around keeping the plastic square to the window. Dont use alot of tacks, just enough to hold the plastic. Once you have the window covered, Trim the plastic along the frame of the window with scissors and then tape the edges down. Put your curtains back up.
You can do this on doorway to rooms you dont use also and if you feel cold air coming from the bottom of your front and back door, a towel there will cut that back.
You will notice a temperture change within minutes.
You can lower the heat now when you sleep and when your gone.
In the new 2 story house we just moved into, I have a very small kerosene heater upststairs that can burn about 15 hours sometimes close to 20 on a gallon of fuel. I light it upstairs at night and the main heater only has to heat the lower floor cutting the heating time by 2/3 easy.
Now tell those nasty gas people to get bent.
