~For some reason this song keeps playing in my head whenever I think about Heath Ledger's death. The lead singer of 12 Stones wrote this song in response to his sister's friend suicide. I don't think he tried to commit suicide, but I do believe he was struggling on the inside and he wasn't strong enough anymore and the inner struggle won.~

Esther McKay served in the New South Wales (NSW) Police Force (Australia) for seventeen years, attaining the rank of Detective (technical) Senior Constable. She worked in Forensic Services for fifteen years, specializing in crime-scene examination and vehicle identification. She has a Diploma of Applied Science in Forensic Investigation (NSW Police) and was awarded the National Medal of service in 2001. Esther Mckay retired in 2001 after becoming medically unfit with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Esther Mckay is the president of the Police Post Trauma Support group; and, a strong advocate for improving the mental health conditions for both active and retired law enforcement officials. She is the author of the Australian bestseller Crime Scene.

The New South Wales (NSW) Police Force was established by the Police Regulation Act 1862, which was replaced by the Police Regulation Act 1899. In June 1987, the NSW Police Force (operations) and the NSW Police Department (policy and administrative support) were combined.

Fitness
-Well, I did the PT work out today in rotc. We do all these exersizes and then we all are getting ready for the PFT (physical fitness test) so we are doing the run around the school. Our school is about a mile around. I feel so proud of myself. I fell out but I stayed close behind. >.<

Well I guess before I talk about anything else I shall write about today and my update.
-I had a sausage and cheese thingy from school.
-A dp at lunch and some chicken fingers.
-A peanutbutter and banana sandwich just now (6.06).
-Tonight we will have fajitas and I will have two small ones and a dp.
-I guess I will also have some cobbler cause I cant resist.
-I worked out for about an hour (yay) I ran around the block. Then I came home. It was kinda cold so I was coughing. So yea thats about it. ^_^
