Hear Me
Drowning.
Drowning in my misery.
Singing.
Singing a soft song.
Longing.
Longing for your love.
Wanting.
Wanting you to stay.
Listening.
Listening to my pleas.
Feeling.
Feeling unwanted.
Seeing.
Seeing my tears.
Hear me.
DOES ANYBODY HEAR HER?
She is running
A hundred miles an hour in the wrong direction
She is trying
But the canyon's ever widening
In the depths of her cold heart
So she sets out on another misadventure just to find
She's another two years older
And she's three more steps behind
Does anybody hear her? Can anybody see?
Or does anybody even know she's going down today
Under the shadow of our steeple
With all the lost and lonely people
Searching for the hope that's tucked away in you and me
Does anybody hear her? Can anybody see?
She is yearning
For shelter and affection
That she never found at home
She is searching
For a hero to ride in
To ride in and save the day
And in walks her prince charming
And he knows just what to say
Momentary lapse of reason
And she gives herself away
Does anybody hear her? Can anybody see?
Or does anybody even know she's going down today
Under the shadow of our steeple
With all the lost and lonely people
Searching for the hope that's tucked away in you and me
Does anybody hear her? Can anybody see?
If judgment looms under every steeple
If lofty glances from lofty people
Can't see past her scarlet letter
And we've never even met her
If judgment looms under every steeple
If lofty glances from lofty people
Can't see past her scarlet letter
And we've never even met her
Never even met her
Does anybody hear her? Does anybody see?
Or does anybody even know she's going down today
Under the shadow of our steeple
With all the lost and lonely people
Searching for the hope that's tucked away in you and me
Does anybody hear her? Does anybody see?

He is running a hundred miles an hour in the wrong
She says
Sweet is the sight
Of her room
Window opened by candlelight
How would you know
Cold winter on the shore
Chills the dress she wore
It's on the floor
Still it feels so warm today
And that's why I'm wondering why
You had to tell me
What's going on in your head
What's wrong
Come around to another time when you
Don't have to run
And when she said she wants somebody else
I hope you know that's she doesn't mean you
And when she breaks down and makes a sound
You'll never hear her the way that I do
And when she says she wants someone to love
I hope you know that she doesn't mean you
And when she breaks down and lets you down
I hope you know that she doesn't mean to
Swing into flight
Over hills.
Over her hills, it's twilight
I guess that's right now
While we're here
Tell me why it's so funny
That you're so funny
When you're mad
Always so mad. So mad
And that's why I'm wondering why
You had to tell me
What's going on in your head
What's wrong
Come around to another time when you
Don't have to run
Well, I don't know we're going to
and I don't know what means to me
and you don't know what means to you
And she says she wants somebody else
I hope you know
She doesn't mean you
And when she breaks down and

No
Over now, over now...

No
Over now, over now...
falling for your eyes-by gloria
i send this to you with all my love.
i hope that one day, you will see me as i see you.
in all your glory and cruelty, i truely love that heart of stole.
hear me now, hear my words of faith.
as time has passed so slowly,
i can't wait to lay my eyes on your and fall again.
i send you my love.
i send you my kiss to guide you home to me
i hope that one day, you will see me as i see you.
in all your glory and cruelty, i truely love that heart of stole.

How many roads must a man walk down...
Before you call him a man?
Yes, 'n' how many seas must a white dove sail
Before she sleeps in the sand?
So many paths on this journey to choose from, and I find it increasing hard to decide which way I need to go. There are belief moments when I feel that I should just quit everything and start anew though I know that I will never take the easy way out. My journey has lead me to a mountain with different paths reaching for the heavens, some leading down the slopes, and still others leading around, avoiding the mountain entirely. I know that I must reach for the stars and start the climb, but getting that first foothold on the cliffs is much harder than I had expected. If only someone would throw me a line so that I could pull myself up at least part of the way, but there is no one to lend a hand...
I am alone staring up to the heavens. The snow topped peaks are waiting for me and I cannot move. I am frozen in my tracks though I do not have the slightest idea why that is. Is it the fear of failure that keeps me planted firmly in this spot? No, I have failed spectacularly in the past, and I imagine I will do so yet again. So what is the reason my feet have failed me on this attempt for the summit? I am dumbfounded by my own lack of the answers to the problems that I face...
As I wonder why my life has hit a roadblock at this moment, a cold front in beginning to push through the area. The winds have dramatically increased in the past few minutes, and I can hear the hordes upon their steeds rushing in to rape and pillage the land. There will be nothing left standing as they slaughter all who refuse to submit. Not a grain of wheat or a stalk of corn will be left as they take what they wish, and they wish to have everything. I can hear the beating of the hooves, I can hear the shouts of the commanders, I can hear the cracks of the whips as they charge across the countryside. There is something indescribable about watching this well drill military machine as it lies to waste all that is stretched out before it. Volley after volley, the cannons rain down upon the land. "In coming," I scream as I seek shelter from the storm. And all I can do is to cower in my foxhole and pray for the onslaught to end...
And still I stand before the mountain and I cannot move. I wish that I had a means to communicate my feelings to the outside world, but the words that I need to do so haven't been invented yet. It is ironic that we feel so superior to those that have come before us and yet we have not made any progress up the evolutionary ladder. And maybe that is the problem I face, I have not yet evolved enough to allow for communication with others of my species...
And my mind wonders off in some direction that I do not know. And where it will go I do not know as the winds blow it about like a tumbleweed that roams this vast land. And still it wonders...
This is the Word of the Anticrust...
Praise be ye who Read the Word for ye are Blessed amongst humans...
