'Ello, ladies and germs- please ignore my cliche' musical 'ackney accent. I am.

January-month's header.

So, last night I slammed together some digital colors and goofed off with backgrounds until I came up with a companion look for this header. The saying, "T-Rex; Loving him always" was said in passing on an episode of WTF Radio. The background was found at a damask site, like this one.

I'm not going to bore us all with the going-ons of the last month (as I've already done that in real time), though I will bore you yet again with my movie list. Don't worry, it's short. I'll have to watch more movies in Febraury, mostly because of the Oscar/birthday party at the end of the month.

Movies seen in January, 2007:

• Pan's Labyrinth - Beautiful, disturbing, violent/graphic.
• Saw III - I disliked this one. A lot.
• I  Huckabees - I really, really did.

Ok- I'm off to do things I must do to be able to do the things I want to do later.

It was time for a new header image, and by new header image I don't mean the recycling of my all-time favorite (AAP4) or the one with the silly bear.  Brand new.  Never seen before.

I took this picture in eastern Wyoming almost 2 years ago.  I just love it.  The colors are so intense and I love the small trees that almost seem lifeless, but aren't.  The picture feels like a metaphor for my mind somedays.

I have to pee, so I'm going to make this quick. Add this to the List of Weird Things. Nomad will choose finishing a task rather than go to the bathroom.

(It's funny. After having a header for a whole month, you can really see the flaws; where you could improve the piece. It's nice when you can see the good stuff, as well. The trick for me is to remember both when I go to work on the next piece, whatever it may be.)

This month's header:

(I made this one last year, around October. I anticipated using it. It looks a lot better smaller. Not so thrilled with it now. But we're our own worst critics...)
