Good Weekend @ MindSay

Have you ever just sat back and realized that you are truely happy? I had one of those moments this weekend... Actually I have been living one for the past couple of days. Nothing super special has happened it just seems like there is excitement in the air. I guess that has to do with it being spring and graduation (T minus 25 days and counting) and prom is this Saturday and Sundown has started back up... I just realized that I have a really good life and things are going really well right now so I should enjoy it. I lovelovelove the people I work with and I have found some great friends in them. My relationship with the boyfriend is getting a bit better but even when it's lacking I am handeling it better. My bestfriend and I are getting along much better... well for the most part anyway. I think that the main factor of my happiness is the weather honestly... I just LOVE warm weather and it brings out the best in me. This week is going to potentially be even better than this weekend (which was amazing!!!) so that is just another to amp up my mood... Well anyways, I think I am done now. Just wanted to update with some good news for a change =]

This weekend was great.  Friday night the band had a show that went pretty well, and then I got to hang out with some friends I haven't really seen all summer, which was really nice.  Saturday evening I was working here at home, but I had several good conversations with friends in the process, including one person who I hadn't talked to in a very long time.  Last night we had a bonfire on our church's new property.  It was a great opportunity to talk to some people and get to know folks a little better as I prepare to officially start my job this week.  All in all, three nights that I really needed.

This week is all about practicing... I need to finish my multiple percussion piece by the end of the week, because I won't be able to have the entire thing set up once school starts next Monday.  I finally heard back from my accompanist for my marimba piece this morning, but that means that I have to have that completely ready to go so I can practice with her in the first week of school as well... it's going to be a crazy one.

Well, it has been a slightly strange Easter, but a god one none-the-less. My good mate who we all assumed was going to be absent for 2 years as he undertook his mission has returned! Hurrah! Unfortunatly he has returned to have surgery on hir shoulder and will be leaving again once he has recovered, hurroo (Which is of course the opposite of Hurrah). I spent the vast majority of this long-weekend playing games. I have played that many games over the past few days that I can't even catalouge what I have played!

whole weekend, so i had the house to myself.

Friday i got insanely drunk and didnt cry!...Record!
I had a right good time with some old mate's whom i love dearly.
Also... we danced to lots of things.

Saturday i went to Meadowhall with Emma, Soph and Mr Jonny.
He bought me a cookie...well two but i gave it him int end, because
I'm lovely like that. Then after meadowhall me, Soph and Emma
came back to mine joined by Matt. We attempted to watch that
the number 23 film but the copy was of shit quality, So we
watched Zoolander instead.
Then i went to sleep at my grans and we watched this new Johnny
Depp film i bought (I'm try to buy all his films) and we watched
the devil wears prada, good film in my opinion.

Today i was one of my Grans famous sunday dinners which was lovely =]
and my cusins and anutie came round for dinner too, which was nice
as i don't see them as much as i should.
We watched the break up, another good flim.

I watched lots of films this weekend.

babe is on his way to pick me up so i can go home, we might see a movie, depending on what time he gets here...

gotta go home this weekend to pack for my cali trip...i'm so excited to be going to NACURH!!! i've heard it gets pretty crazy, and i have to work on my CHEERS!!! i've only gotten about 2-3 memorized, and we have about 15 or so...hope they get stuck in my head this weekend...

meeta is coming to houston tuesday, where she'll stay at my place...wednesday we have to be at the airport at 7 freakin in the morning...i really hope the weather is good there, cause if not, then i'd have to take extra sweaters...i naturally get cold easily...

man, i still gotta buy a lot of shit...which i will "gladly" do over the weekend...

tuesday is my last day of work for this semester, until i get back for the fall...thus being the reason i am stuck in good ole huntsville, instead of HOUSTON!!! it's all good though...

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS ARE FUKCING CREAZY!!! life is awesome, take advantage of what is offered, even if it seems a little "peer pressured" lmao...raven is awesome...
