Everybody has them.  Nobody has to like or agree with what you say and they have the right to say so. You in turn have the right to not like or agree with the person who disagreed with you.  See how it goes? It's like a vicious cycle. 

Free speech goes both ways. It isn't an invisible protective force field that protects you from other people's comments, nor is free speech violated because an individual blocks you or refuses to hear what you have to say.  If I heard Rush Limbaugh on the radio and turned to another station, I did not violate Rush's free speech, I simply chose to not listen to what he had to say.

Say what you want and say it how you want, but remember other people have the right to free speech, too. Of course people could be more civil to each other, but in the end, we can't control other people actions. We can only control our own.

It is with a heavy heart that we the undersigned must denounce a traitor in our midst. By reveling in the death of a loyal Traffic Authority cop of the NYPD, corneliusdurden   has dishonored the NYPD, 9/11, the NYFD, George Bush, the War in Iraq, the War in Afghanistan, the Constitution, Rudy Giuiliani, Jesus, the Constitution, and the Super Bowl. 

True patriots must denounce this for what it is, un-American activity that threatens to undermine the fabric of our society.  In order for the state to accumulate power at all levels, we cannot tolerate outbursts like this from bloggers.  We tolerate free speech, but we must be careful how it is used.  We must police ourselves, and we must keep the voices of immoderation and judgement in check.

We, the undersigned, demand that CorneliusDurden retract his opinions, as they are unwholesome and unsubmissive to the rule of law.  They are un-American and harmful to the greater good.  Progress demands cooperation for the betterment of all mankind, and we find these statements in violation of uplifting free speech. Corneliusdurden is the worst voice today because he disregarded the collective will, and we demand that he change his opinions or at least erase his entry.
