Formal Dresses @ MindSay 
I'm already looking at dresses for Snowball and Prom (eventhough my sexyness can't go with me, I'm still going... And he's totally okay with that). I've found a few dresses that strike my fancy and my theme this year is black and white (simply because I'm sick of wearing bright colored dresses). The dresses I'm looking into are the images I posted on here. The shorter dress with the pink, the dress after that one, and the third picture will probably used for pickings for Snowball dresses. The rest will be for Prom. I honestly can't decide which two I want and this is exactly why I'm posting this on here. I have such loverly friends who don't mind helping me decide which ones look better. I had this awesome retro-looking one in mind, but it came only in black and lime, and lime isn't really my color. But yeah, leave me comments on which ones you guys think look the best.

i wasnt supposed to go into town today, but as fate would have it i ended up finding a formal dress in studi baker in wollongong..lol..first we went to a bridal shop in port kembla, but as you would have guessed all the dresses were either wedding dresses or they looked too much like a bridesmaid dress and considering that factor i didnt think it was fitting for me to buy anything as i was neither going to be a bride or a bridesmaid..but the lady who worked in that shop told us about a shop in wollongong so instead of going to shellharbour next we went to wollongong and the place that she said did not tickle my fancy what so ever. we were just about to leave when i saw the shop studi baker and wanted to have a quick squiz before we left. all of a sudden the clouds parted and teh sun shined with the angels singing. there it was; the very first dress i liked, and now they actually had it in my size so i tried it on and loved it!
im so happy now that i have found a dress! i was even twirlling around in the shop..lol..the dress even passed the twirl test, which is even a greater bonus..lol..
next thursday on the 12th i think it is, i have to go in and get the straps altered as they are too long. they must make them to fit a tall model or someone coz every dress i tried on, the straps were too long..unless i just have small shoulders or something..lol..but oh well..it wont cost me anything to get the dress altered coz it is a "minor adjustment" so bonus!
i went to miranda yesterday with mum. it was good. we got there about 10am and we were just shopping around and looking at formal dresses and just in other shops.
mum dragged me into this one particular shop which i didnt really want to go in as i couldnt see anything that i would like. the sales asssistant though, my gosh! this sales assistant i reckon could have sold a donkey to a man who wanted a horse. she grabbed this dress and i didnt really like it, although it was a nice colour and she shoved me into a change room and said that she doesnt take no for an answer. i tried it on and was like wearing if like 10 minutes because she was telling me all these things and saying how beautiful i looked in it. hahaha! oh the things she came out with! lol
i didnt end up buying the dress, at the bottom of the dress where is like a 20cm length hem and it looked asthough it was a huge crease.
i went to hartz, another formal dress shop and i saw a dress i liked, but it isnt really what i want, it is pretty, but im not sure i want to get it. i dont want to buy anything that im not completely sure of. but i can tell you that i sure am fussy. lol.
when we looked in other shops i brought bits and pieces, but im taking back the dress i brought, not a formal dress, but just a dress.
oh my gosh! we had lunch in some cafe place, and mum and i both had a crepe, it was sooo gross! i swear the chicken in it was plastic or something! ewwww, it was soo gross, i ate like less then 1/4 of it. mum said the chicken was boiled, that's why it tasted different. but i do have to commend them on their iced chocolates! they were nice.
