Flea Market @ MindSay
After getting out of bed around 10 am this morning. I got cleaned up and dressed. Then went over to the Walden super flea. After looking around for a little bit there, I ended up purchasing a carved skull. It's about as big as golf ball and made out of a piece of solid hematite. Cool! It's currently sitting on my night stand next to my bed with other such skulls that I have. There's a total of 10 on the stand right now.
I left there and returned home. Where I was asked by my mother to take her to eastern hills mall. My father's watch stopped and it needed a new battery. I took her to the mall, and we went to the Dakota watch company, that little watch shop in the middle of the mall, where after about 15 mins or so. They replaced the watch battery, water tested it, and we left there.
Upon returning home. I returned to my room, where I turned on today's NASCAR sprint cup race. The life lock 400 and Michigan international speedway. There's where it happened, today after 76 races, Dale Earnhardt Jr returned to victory lane, driving the mountain dew / amp energy number eighty eight to victory lane! This is his first points paying win with his new Hendrick Motorsports team and end a drought of 2 years without a win.
Congratulations to the National guard , amp energy , Hendrick Motorsports, and most of all ... Dale Jr! I hope this is the first of many victory's to come this season.
During the race, I also ate my dinner, which was steak and a baked potato. Of course both are bet with sour cream. Yum.
After the race was over. I turned on my PS2 and played some command & conqur. Then, and what I am watching right now. Is the father's day marothon on spike tv of csi. One of my all time favor shows.
Other things done with watching TV include, cleaning my jewelry. My unfinished ruby pendant is clean as is my stainless necklace. Fun? I love cleaning my jewelry. lmao
So, what else is on my mind? I return to work tomorrow morning, and let's not even go with how much of a joke and insult working there really has become to me. I rather be going to the dentist, and you all know how much fun that place is.
I just hope tomorrow is a nice calm and relaxed day. With nothing out of the ordinary going on, and that it goes by quick.
~ Getting back into this blogging thing
Woke up this morning at 1030 am. This is after going to bed ruffle around 3 am. What was the first thing I did. I went out the kitchen and asked my mother if she wanted to go to the Walden super flea. She said yes. So I returned my room, got changed out of my pj's and off to the super flea we went.
Upon arriving at the super flea, we looked around. Since it was a nice day out, weather wise, most of the vendor's where outside. No finding anything interesting out there, we went inside. Where in a case I saw it. It was a pirate cutlass (this one is identical to it). Sweet! I just had to have it. So I paid the 40 bucks for it and took it home.
Upon arriving back at home. I quickly returned to my room, and took down the sword that I had on my wall. Which really didn't have anything to do with anything. It was just a sword, that I bought years go. I put the new pirate cutlass up in its place. It's still so cool. Hehe. Then it was time for today's dinner. Which was Velveeta mac & cheese, and polish sausage. Yum. After that, I turned on the TV and waited though the pre-race show's for today's NASCAR race. The winner would be Denny Hamlin, car number 11.
Then while chatting with a couple people on here, I watched Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead man's chest. Yes, I've seen it many times now. I still like watching it. There's just something about pirates I've always liked.
Anyway that brings us to right now, and right now I am watching NHRA drag racing. This after refusing an invite to go out to a movie, with "Lady J". Sorry, just don't feel like going all the way out there, and plus I work in the morning. The movie started at 920.
So here I sit, at home, as usual. Right? With way to much on my mind. Mostly negative thoughts. For example, why do I still live here? Do I have to? What would I do if my father died, or my mother? Or worse yet, both at the same time? What will my life amount to? I mean the biggest fear a man should have, is finding out that his life has no purpose or meaning, and I think that's what my life has come to.
Alright, now that I've go that out , off my chest, so to speak. Not like it still wont be on my mind. Anyway, what else is on my mind? Nothing much else really. Do any of you valued readers have any comments, or questions ?

Yuck.
And then when I got to work and started guzzling my eight glasses of water, I noticed that the stuff tastes like what you’d imagine Dick Cheney’s underpants smell like after a long day of drinkin’ and huntin’. So I’m thinking it’s an all southern Indiana thing.
But that was just the beginning of today’s adventures. Apparently was Bring Your Distracting Pet To The Flea Market Day. I spent the morning in an emergency meeting … with a dog. Don’t get me wrong: I love it when people bring their doga. Seriously. I love 'em. It happens pretty frequently, and the dogs seem to fit nicely in our funky redneck environment. In fact, there was a friendly old yellow lab that used to wander aimlessly around the property and visit everyone all day. But he disappeared after a couple weeks. We think he got promoted to the corporate office in Louisville.
The dog today, though friendly and cute, really needed a bath. His smell was so pungent, in fact, that someone else in the meeting actually apologized because he thought he must have stepped in dog poop on his way to work. (I selfishly declined to mention that I’d showered in urine this morning.)
But! The Cloud O’ Canine was soon eclipsed by the realization that we had a bird in the office today as well. And it wasn’t just any random pigeon that flew in through an air vent. No! It was a caged bird, which a VENDOR!!! (there's something weird about that) consciously decided to bring into MY office as if this were a good idea.
And the damn thing chirped all day.
#1. This is one of the more random signs that can be found throughout the flea market. Saturday one of the more suspicious vendors approached me with a stack of these and asked if he could have permission to post them through the place. I told him if he thought it would cut down on thievery (which isn't really a problem) to go for it! There are probably 20 of them within eye sight of my office.
#2. We have a water bottling company set up at the flea market. The water is locally found (I guess I can say that) and filtered. They specialize in designing personal labels for local schools, businesses, and churches. This is one of the labels. Climax is apparently a town in Kentucky. Every weekend a middle-aged man comes in and buys a 24-pack of water with this label. Always with this label. He told me he likes to buy it for when his buddies come over. He thinks it's funny. And so do they. Apparently they like to sit around on the deck talking about their- Well. use your imagination. I just wonder why they don't buy a case of Corona.
#3. This is Birthday Cake #1. Will (an assistant manager) and I have the same birthday. We are constantly teased about it. I love the man dearly but he and I clash quite often. He has no business class at all. Someone said it took all day to sneak the cake passed me.
#4. Needless to say it surprised me. It's not often something goes on at the flea market that I don't know about.
#5. I was even more surprised when I got home and saw this strung out across the porch. Friday afternoon my brother called me from school and said he needed 5 yards of blue fabric for an "art project." Psh!! Yeah. Right. He spent Friday night painting it into a banner.
#6. When I walked inside the door I saw Tyla (my best friend) with...
#7. Obscenely large balloons. I've known this girl since we were 12 and every year she's bought me very BIG balloons for my birthday. This one was bigger than my ceiling fan.
#8. Apparently Tyla and Kari had spent two weeks planning a surprise birthday party for me. I made it very hard on them. Tyla had tried stealing my cell phone during psychology class to get numbers of some of my friends she wasn't well acquainted with. She should have known it would be impossible as I spent most of my time texting Josh. Kari tried stealing it when I was in the shower, however she could never seem to find it. They tried MySpace but... I have my friends list hidden. Tyla finally resorted to Facebook and messaged a bunch of friends we graduated with. All in all about 25 people I went to school with showed up. Some of them I hadn't seen since we graduated, nearly two years ago. Which was good because...
#9. Birthday Cake #2 needed to be eaten.
#10. Even my cousin (dad's side), Lori, came. I'm 6 days older than she, so we should be close, right? Uh... No. She lives 10 miles away and I'm to say I'm just now getting to know her. She's different, very skinny, very addicted to energy drinks, but VERY cool.
#11. We spent a few hours playing euchre. I stuck this picture Jeffy in because it's LITERALLY the only clear picture I have of the kid. He hates his picture taken. It really is a goal of mine to catch a good one. I walk around the house with my camera trying to catch him off guard. I have a whole collage of pictures of him... all with something in his face. They range from basketballs, fishing poles, cats, to hats. He's so quick to move. I had to hide my camera to get this one, hence the strange angle.
Anyway... That's all for now. I suppose I'll post more pictures in a few days. My friend's promised to send me more...
Finally decided to get out of bed around 1030 - 11 AM today. After getting dressed my mother and myself went to find a little Irish import shop on main st. in Williamsville. It is closed on Sunday. Then we went to the Super Flea on Walden. There I got a Willis Magahee mcflare 3D stand up. I also bought my mother a sterling silver Celtic cross. After that, we left and went to the Walden Galleria, there my mother got a bag. Then we left and on the way to our next destination, I stopped at Sunoco and got fuel. Then we went to eastern hills mall. After getting nothing there we left and came home.
Upon arriving home. I set up my mcflare model collectible with the rest of my sports stuff. Then ate dinner. Which for me was 3 grill cheese sandwiches.
Right now I am watching the NASCAR nextel cup race on fox. Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is already out with a blown engine. So, needless to say, with my guy out, its not really holding my interest.
What else is on my mind? I want a imported Irish silver thumb ring. My mom already found what she was looking for. Ok, question, they have Irish import shops, why doesn't they have German import shops?
My plans for the rest of the night? Other then the race, I don't know of anything else worth watching. Anyone got any idea's?
~ ugh , what a disappointing day
