------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I haven't blogged much this week.
I've been so exhausted with all of the exams and revision sessions I've been doing.
I've been coming in and falling asleep most of the time.
With everybody now leaving me, all I do now is download music and sort it out - then put it on iTunes.
So far, I only have 850 songs and 57 videos.
But tomorrow I'm going to add loads more.
The Media Studies exam on Tuesday was piss.
The two 20 mark designing questions were exactly the same as the ones we had in the mock - design a music TV programme, and design a comic front cover.
I did the same two designs.
Typically, it was the best drawing of #1263 I've ever done, and I won't get to keep it.
Those Welsh bastards at the WJEC better appriciate it.
Today I had a Geography exam.
It wasn't so easy, but it wasn't overly difficult.
I have Friday and Monday off - FOUR DAY WEEKEND - and I'm gonna chill like fuck.
I might even end up eating all the ice cubes in the freezer.
It's been so hot recently, but today, I'm wearing a hoody in the house. Mam's wearing a jacket, dad's wearing a jumper - it's so cold.
Mam upset me earlier, so I used BSR again.
I only did 5 cuts, just above my elbow, but they were quite deep.
I downloaded 'That's Not My Name' by The Ting Tings earlier.
It's a really bright and happy indie-pop song, and it cheered me up a bit.
I've tried completing The Impossible Quiz four times in the past 10 minutes.
Every single time, I died on question 107.
107! THERE'S ONLY 110!!!
I watched a video of someone complete it, and I KNOW I can do questions 108, 109 and 110.
It's just 107!
...Alright, "wearing a tie" is a suggested tag today.
I haven't worn a tie in ages.
All through the Geography revision sessions, I've sat at the back with Miraan and done nothing but draw freehand sketches of #1263.
They've all turned out quite good.
I've drawn her in her school uniform from the end of the novel, wearing #1264's huge polo shirt from Rivalry, in her favourite outfit of a white and red shirt and green shorts, and then I drew her bedraggled and distraught after Imprisonment.
I've began to write Decampment - the chapter that comes after Imprisonment.
I need to finish Perseverance, then I'll be able to post it up.
I've gone over chapter 1 of Fire of Glory, and that's ready to be re-posted.
Either today or tomorrow, or even Saturday, maybe Sunday, maybe Monday - I'll go over chapter 2 and I'll post that up as well.

...So, to apologize for the lack of blogs for yesterday and Sunday.
On Sunday, I'd got myself worked up during blogging time.
Blogging time is between the hours of 10 and 12.
Only today, I'm blogging earlier.
I'd gotten myself worried to an extent where I panicked so much I had restricted my breathing. Being an athsmatic, this wasn't good - then I couldn't find my salbuatmol inhaler, thus, I panicked more.
I spent the next hour or so trying to calm myself down.
But having taken too much of the inhaler, I couldn't stop shaking.
My fingers were shaking the most, but my bottom lip was trembling, and my knees jerked on occassion.
Rather an uncomfortable time.
Yesterday, I was too taken up with wallowing in my own misery to start with - then I began re-writing chapter 29 of Fire of Glory, and I got a bit absorbed in it.
Along with that, I was also talking to Vicki.
Talking about the old times.
How I miss them.
How I miss the old days with Vicki.
It was Vicki who introduced me to MindSay, too...
So, I didn't ever get the chance to mention I was due a dental check-up today.
Being a dentaphobic, this wasn't my idea of fun.
As soon as I was in there, sat in the waiting room with dad, I could hear people being drilled in the other surgery rooms.
Having been drilled myself, I know it's not fun.
The noise itself is far worse when it's in your own mouth, of course, but I couldn't stand to hear this awful noise.
My dentist is scary.
She is really small, she stands even shorter than I do - and I'm a short arse at 5"1.
She wears pinstripe trousers, or checquered trousers.
She's got dark skin, dark eyes, and a flat-top haircut.
She doesn't sound scary by my description - but I think it's the fact that she's a DENTIST that scares me.
I've just finished reading one of Adam's blogs.
He doesn't blog as much as me - but his are a great read.
They never fail to make me smile. - Which is always good.
I'm well into my music organising.
I'm onto the R-S folder now.
I've organised all of my soundtracks into their respecting folders.
But saying that, I have a lot of things I want to download.
There's some songs I'm still to get from Guitar Hero 2, as well as some more Final Fantasy VII soundtrack.
There's also some more songs I want from certain bands and certain albums that I like.
And I'm after getting some of the songs from Rolling Stone's 500 greatest song list, which is on their website here.
One song that was in my downloads folder for AGES, and I hadn't even listened to was Valley Of The Damned, by Dragonforce.
It's so much better than Through The Fire & Shite.
It would be a far better song to play on a Guitar Hero game.
It also reminds me very much so of Fire of Glory.
Yesterday, I was discussing with Emily all of the things that I wouldn't have done, have in my possession, or have thought about, etc - if I hadn't met her.
I've been taken some more thought to it, and I'm ready to make a list.
- Fan fictions and original works which wouldn't exist:
- Fire Of Glory wouldn't exist.
- Nor would the playlist, any of the artwork, all of the in-jokes, or many of the shared experiences Emily and I have gained via creating reenactment videos, recordings and Planerium characters.
- Experiment #1263: The Beginning wouldn't exist.
- #1263 herself wouldn't exist, for she was created, based on Emily herself. None of the secondary characters wouldn't exist either. It's all down to Fire of Glory that Experiment #1167 was created, and it also helped in aiding the development of Experiment #1264's character.
- One Goomba's Adventures In Glitzville wouldn't exist.
- I wrote this before I met Emily, but it was Emily who encouraged me to keep writing it. Fire of Glory also helped to aid the continual of it, due to the similar themes, such as setting and characters.
- The Fox & The Houndour wouldn't exist.
- The whole story stemmed from the idea of having a sibling of a character going missing. I had the idea of an Eevee family playing a major part. Emily and I are both fans of Eevee; and the character I had in mind was both named after her, and built up around her personality.
- Super Mario Bros. VS Planet Earth! wouldn't exist.
- I got my inital idea involving the Mario brothers taking a trip to Canada and bashing it for all they were worth. - Naturally, this idea stemmed from my Canadian friend.
- Black Sheep Of The Flock wouldn't exist
- You could call this story "War & Peace 2". Instead of continuing with War & Peace, I started a new fic. Inspired by my new internet persona at the time; Dixie Stonehall. Her best friend was also based off Emily, sharing her apperance and name, though having a varied personality.
- Fortnight With A Friend wouldn't exist
- The whole idea was stemmed from Emily and myself wondering what we'd do if we got the chance to meet. Naturally, she played a huge part in the brainstorming for this.
- Many of my other fics would have been discontinued if it were not for Emily's reviews and encouragements.
Bands I would not be listening to now:
- Pink Floyd
- Pink Floyd were discovered along with a few new songs when I typed in 'Emily' as a keyword search. I found See Emily Play, and loved it. I then downloaded more of their songs, and grew to love them.
- Thousand Foot Krutch
- A band reccomended to me by Emily. One of the 'three', as I like to call them. The best of the three, I'd say. I only like two of their songs so far, but.
- Red
- Another of the 'three', I also only like two of their songs. Emily reccomended them to me, also.
- Skillet
- The final of the 'three' - I really hate this band, but I have an odd liking for three of their songs. They're nowhere near as good as the two above, however. I often make jokes about them - mainly how terrible their singer is - but. As I say, not for Emily, I'd have not heard of them.
- Dropkick Murphys
- Thompson Twins
- Jonas Brothers
- Three Days Grace
- The Ramones
- All of these, I found whilst doing keyword searches for the FoG playlist. Three Days Grace and Jonas Brothers were found by Emily - the others were found by me.
Games I wouldn't own
- Pokémon Mystery Dungeon
- Pokémon XD
- Mario Party DS
- Emily reccomended these three to me, all of which, I now own - and really enjoy playing.
Everything else:
- I wouldn't have started drawing in my black folder. - My black folder contains artwork from #1263: The Beginning and Fire of Glory. As I mentioned, were it not for Emily, these would not exist.
- I wouldn't have some of the wonderful gifts Emily has sent me.
- Relating to above - I would never have tasted Lifesavers.
- My obsession with Canada wouldn't be as extreme.
- I'd be lacking in some of the knowledge I now have - I still might not know what a Zamboni was.
- I wouldn't have made some of my wav mixes - like LFBR and TLSOB.
- I wouldn't have made some of my videos - like the Masterball Glitch or some video blogs.
- I might be lacking a hell of a lot more in self confidence - Emily helped me recover a lot from my former self.
- I'd be missing a lot of important memories.
- Of course... you can't forget... If I'd not met Emily - I'd be missing a very important friend, who I can no longer focus or function without.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I came home today, baked myself a chicken and bacon stuffed crust pizza - and ate it whilst I watched The Weakest Link.
I shouted out all the answers I knew, and I never got one wrong.
I felt rather intelligent, especially when the dimwits on the telly got wrong what I'd shouted out right.
Anyway, I think I've either ate too much pizza, or drank too much Sprite.
Maybe it was the dodgy ice cubes I put in the Sprite?
We buy bags of ice - dad likes to have ice with his cider on his nights in.
But the ice smells like seafood.
I have this really awful feeling that the ice is recycled, having already been used in seafood displays...
Eeewww...
I really hope not.
I fell asleep on the sofa at half 6.
Dad came in and fell asleep on the other sofa.
When I woke up, I turned over - and I rolled into a nice warm patch where I'd been laid.
I have a really high core body temperature - I'm ALWAYS warm.
I'm sat here in a room with no radiator on, in a towel, with wet hair - and I'm still warm.
It's not fair - I'm on a heavy flow period, and I've leaked a little on the front of my jeans when I was asleep.
Oh how the feminine cycle radges me so.
I fell asleep because of my lack of sleep.
For the past week, I've been satying awake until 5-6AM, talking to Emily or playing on my DS.
I'd wake up exactly 8 hours later, either at 1 or 2PM.
Last night, I couldn't sleep.
I laid awake with my DS, listening to some Fire of Glory recordings Emily had done.
Not that she has a boring voice - but when people read to me, I always nod off easier.
When I was little, I listened to stories on cassettes.
I still like to. :)
Ah, the sleep habits of some people. :D
And continuing on from entry 32 - here is the scene from Stand By Me that inspired the section below from chapter 42 of Fire Of Glory.
I only realised today that I'm the one playing the FoG role of Lard Ass.
Tee hee... Oh well. :)
"Okay, you all know the rules. This is a NU-NH contest, no hands or forks allowed - 'kay?"
He took out a whistle. "Oh my mark..."
"Three... Two... One..." He blew it hard, and everyone set off.
SPLAT! LuigiGirl buried her face into the pie below her.
Everyone else did likewise, forgetting all possible table-manners, munching like pigs that’d just finished dieting.
Dixie was the first to finish hers first. "Done!" She called, and a Koopa threw another pie down onto the table in front of her.
"Done!" Andrew called, only seconds after Dixie.
"Done!" LuigiGirl called afterwards, as another pie was set in front of her.
A few moments later, everyone was onto their third pies, their faces covered with thick berry-filling.
"Good, huh?" Dixie asked, in-between mouthfuls.
"Nothin' better!" LuigiGirl exclaimed.
"Done!" Dixie announced, onto her fourth.
Andrew glared at her, plunging his face right into the centre of his pie, almost swallowing the whole contents of the dish in one go. "Done!"
"Done!" LuigiGirl called afterwards.
The contest ran steady for the next several minutes, Dixie leading with nine pies, Andrew on seven, LuigiGirl on six, Mack, Donovan, Edward and Zed on five.
"Take it easy Dixie!" Koopinator warned.
"Done!" LuigiGirl called. "He's right, take it easy, eh?" She said, before yet another pie was set in front of her.
Dixie ignored them both. "Done!" She yelled, before shoving her face into her tenth pie.
A few moments later, she began choking, coughing and spluttering loudly.
She grabbed her glass, and chugged the whole pint of 'water' down in one go.
LuigiGirl raised her head, glancing awkwardly at her partner. "Done!" She called. "Geez, we told ya to-"
Dixie stopped, bringing her head up.
"Oh..." She groaned, clutching her stomach. "Suddenly I... I don't feel so good..."
"Are you okay?" LuigiGirl asked, beginning to slightly panic.
Dixie slowly stood up from her chair, her stomach growling rabidly, like a wild dog.
Andrew pulled his head free from his ninth pie.
"Hey-hey, what's up? Has poor little Dixie got a tummy ache? Pah, you'll never make it as far as me!" He mocked.
"Keep eatin' those pies, Bandwidth! It was great to have you quiet for more than three seconds!" LuigiGirl growled.
"Pah." Andrew said again, sneering at Dixie. "She's a wuss, never will beat the almighty Bandwidth at eating contests!"
"Andrew..." Dixie coughed. "You better shut up... Or I'll-"
Dixie gasped, her eyes rolling backwards in fear.
She opened her mouth to finish her sentence - but a cascading waterfall of purple vomit erupted from her throat, tumbling from her mouth, and drenching Andrew in a purple sticky mess.
Dixie didn't stop, she continued breathing fire for around two minutes - by this time, Andrew had almost drowned in the purple sea, and the floor had somehow flooded too.
Dixie coughed hard, before closing her eyes, and tumbling backwards, landing with a hard thump on the floor.
As I mentioned in post 30 - I downloaded the film Stand By Me today, over Limewire.
Emily and I are working on a novel together, entitled "Fire Of Glory."
It's actually a slight work of fan fiction, and thus, the reason why we posted it on FFN.
You can find it right here.
Two scenes from this film inspired two scenes in Fire Of Glory. The events themselves are indeed familiar - but because it's only fan fiction, we have no need for charges being filed. :)
An event in chapter 91 is inspired by a song by The Click Five, Just The Girl.
An event in chapter 25 is inspired by an episode of Dexter's Labratory.
The whole of chapter 45, I got the idea from watching a clip from Balls Of Steel.
The video above inspired this scene from chapter 38:
Dixie stopped, a look of fear spread over her face.
"Err... LG... What's that?!" She gasped, pointing at her partner's neck.
"What's what?"
"Oh... Crap!" Dixie gasped. "Don't tell me..."
"What?"
Dixie tugged her right arm out of the murky water. Several black, slimy creatures were affixed to her skin.
Dixie screamed, wading furiously towards the bank.
"Leeches!" She yelped, attempting to pull them off.
LuigiGirl's jaw dropped. "First Piranhas, now these little buggers!?" She yelled. "We've gotta get some help!"
"No!" Dixie hissed, holding out her arm for LuigiGirl to grab onto.
"Quick, get out!" She whispered, attempting to tug the blood-sucking creatures from her arms.
LuigiGirl took her hand, being pulled violently out of the water. "Get 'em off!" She cried, in fear.
"Don't panic!" Dixie said, although she was indeed panicking herself. "They'll release their grip if you just relax your arm."
"Relax!?" LuigiGirl asked. "How can I RELAX!?"
"LG...!" Dixie hissed. "Stop yelling!"
"Sorry." LuigiGirl sighed, watching the black parasites squirm along her arm. "It feels disgusting."
"I know..." Dixie winced, tugging the final one from her wrist. Both girls were now covered with red bite marks, most of them bleeding.
