Fc @ MindSay
It is quite difficult to spot Chelsea FC products used or worn by people, displayed in sports boutique. But I have been patient and observant with my surroundings and have seen few people wearing them. It came as a shock to me that they have worn the Chelsea FC official kit in public. I have thus far seen four guys wearing the stuff. The first one while I was walking in Morayta, second in Buendia, third in Glorietta. I haven't took photos because they were either far away or just a quick pass. But the fourth one is different. He's a co-trainee in Manila Adventist Medical Center Critical Care Training. We aren't friends but I was dumbfounded when I saw him came during lessons wearing a CFC kit with no. 7 Mutu at the back. I immediately went to get his picture, with permission of course. And here it is:
His name is Kit and he's wearing the Fly Emirates kit. The new one is Samsung Mobile.
It's a Mutu Chelsea kit.
And what's more. I was window shopping at Isetann Recto when I saw a Chelsea ball to my surprise. Of course, here it is.
For now, these are the stuff that I was spotted concerning Chelsea here in the Philippines. I am looking forward to seeing more.
Blue is the color.
'Omelette, eggs. No eggs, no omelettes. It depends on the quality of the eggs. In the supermarket you have eggs, class one, class two, class three,' he said. 'Some are more expensive than others, and some give you better omelettes. When the class one eggs are in Waitrose and you cannot go there, you have a problem.
I am absolutely gutted, shocked, sad that he was sacked or left (whichever British paper you read) and this is the last analogy/adages I'll read or hear from him. I was smiling when I read this one. I think he was saying it's not how many injuries you have but where they occur in the team and the choices available to you once you get down the order in terms of qualities of the players. He wasn't insulting anyone, just suggesting that he doesn't have the best players available. Or maybe it was directed at the club officials with the Class III egg in mind?
Kenyon is truly a price of darkness. After saying all those things he said about Jose last May or even with Ranierri. If they didn't really want him and his style of play, they should have sacked him in the summer. Roman & Jose obviously clashed personalities & philosophies but The Russian had to wait mid-season to do what he inevitably is going to do. How can they blame him for the players bought in with no money to spend? mutual consent, my a**. I guess, no matter who the owner is, Bates or Abramovich, chelsea is still old Chelsea, sacking managers every 3-4 years.
The timing is just off with MU tomorrow. It was way to soon to make a decision. And the next game is very spooky too. Back in Sept. 2000, "Current Cup Holders Chelsea fire their most successful manager ever (5 trophies in 3 seasons), just half a dozen games into the season, after a couple of draws & a dodgy European performance... Next match - 23rd sept - Man Utd at Old Trafford." Ranierri's first game wherein he drew 3-3. And today is...well...I fear we are going to drew to the worst lose.
Since Jose is not in the Premier League anymore,
For the record, "Mourinho's reign at Chelsea of 3 and a bit seasons, took in 182 competitive games (not inc Charity Shields or other pre-season games). 123 wins, 39 draws & only 20 defeats (4 of which were "dead" games where the result was irrelevant).
In the Premier League, Chelsea won an incredible 85 out of 120 (71%), drew 25 and lost only 10 (8.3%). Mourinho's Blues also won 22 domestic cup ties, losing just 2.
Fortress Stamford Bridge: 92 games; 69 victories; 22 draws, 1 defeat (Barca in CL when down to 10 men)
Head-to-head with "other Big Four Managers":
Ferguson - played 10, won 5 drew 4 lost 1
Rafa------- played 16, won 7, drew 4, lost 5
Wenger----played 7, won 3, drew 4 lost 0
Jol----------played 8, won 5, drew 2, lost 1
In Prem League games against them, just 3 defeats and 14 wins in 25 games."
"One loss, two draws and then the sack. Jose even in leaving raises the bar for managerial departures."
But life has to move on. Whatever the reasons for leaving, he will always be special and I'll missed him a lot. love you, Jose. I have already gone through the denial, anger, depression & acceptance grief stages. Thank you for everything you've given to Chelsea and wish you all success in the future. It's sad you'll not be able to get your 100 unbeaten home record with us and I wish you can with your new club. Thank you for the Barca slide, the chin-up instructions and sticking up your fingers with the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger, Rafa Benitez.
"If you get rid of your Head chef (Jose) and replaced him with your Sous chef (Avram), no matter how good the eggs are, we will burn the omelette."
I hope not.
Chin up, chelsea!

| FC United clinch first promotion | ||
They defeated Chadderton 4-0 at Gigg Lane - their 25th win in 33 games - to secure promotion from the North West Counties Second Division. A crowd of 2,788 saw Karl Marginson's team take the lead through Steve Torpey before Robert Nugent headed the second. William Ahern and Rory Patterson completed the scoring for United. The club have not yet won the title but seem certain to do so and Marginson was delighted with the progress his side have made. "When you look back as far as trials day in July it is amazing how far we have come," said Marginson, who had to cut short the celebrations because his grocery round was due to start at 4am the following day. "The planning for next season probably began about four months ago. "We have to enjoy what we have achieved but then look at the next challenge." | ||
