Current Mood: Too busy to worry about anything

Current Desktop: at work it's Van Gogh's swirly A Starry Night. At home it's this light blue plain background. Yeah, I need to change that.

Current Surroundings: Surroundings? There are crickets outside or something

Current Annoyances: M the Femme at work, everyone is annoyed because Bush is in town stopping traffic but being the meanie I am I'm happy because it doesn't affect me cause I walk (happy that it annoys M the Femme). ok, also annoyed at the long process everything can take. Right?

Current Thoughts: Thinking about way too many things, including selling things and saving, and travelling.

FIRSTS:

First Best Friend: A neighbor girl that I knew since infancy, she was 4 days younger than me.

First Crush:  Um, I dunno exactly. I remember there was this boy Tyler in 5th grade.

First Movie: I was told I watched wizard of oz a lot as a kid.

First Lie: I don't remember. I remember lying in 3rd grade about writing weird things on those fortune cards you flip. My mom thought I shouldn't write "You have a crush on..." so & so, so I told her the mean girl wrote it and forced me to take the fortune thingy. Yeah, as if she believed me.

First Music: I remember I had this Disney record with these chimes. It was weird.

LASTS:

Last Drink: Um, last Wednesday I made a homemade drink w/Orange Vodka.

Last Crush: Um, I guess it was new love interest who I haven't heard from. He never really tried anything except a hug. Okaay.

Last Phone Call: From the car garage who said they couldn't keep my car much longer, but I said I already had taken my car out last week.... oh he said.

Have you ever been on TV: Once when I volunteered for this political campaign, my dad and I were apparently shown on tv at the victory dinner. My mom may have been lying though.

Have you ever kissed someone you don't know: Not exactly. It always takes a little bit of getting to know them.

THINGS:

5 things you are good at:  typing fast, eating ice cream, listening (going, uh huh, uh huh, yeah, okay just kiddin'), budgeting, laughing

4 things you did today: I reminded my ex-supervisor that he never did what he was supposed to do from 5 months ago (I kept reminding him too), I almost stole a bagel from a co-worker because it looked like they were for everyone (they left two bags on the table where the food for everyone was set!!), I went to the store to get salmon (yum!) and pre-made meatloaf (yuck, it looked good on the outside, but the inside was yucky), and I got change from the laundromat even though I was going to do my laundry at home. HA HA.

Time ended: 8:05 AM oops now there's an ambulance. I hear that too.

A few day ago I found my old homework. I had to write about my hobby. So... I'm writting it here :D Why? Cuz I have nothing better to do xP

My hobby is listening to music and reading books.
My favourite writer is Margrid Sandoemo who wrote "Saga o Ludziach Lodu" (I don't know what does it mean i n English) and lot of other perfect books. I like lot ot books written by Stephen King. He writes very good horrors and criminals. At the moment my favourite book is "Door to December" written by Dean Koontz.
I listen to punk & punk rock music. My favourite bands are Nirvana, Foo Fighters, The Strokes, The Offspring, P!ATD,  ect.  But I like  Green Day (at first they were called Sweet Children) the most of all.  I've been listening to them  for two years. As you know they are three in the band: BJ Armstrong (vocal and guitar), Mike Dirnt (vocal bass, guitar) and Tre Cool (drumms). Theri first album in 1991 was called 1039/Smoothed out Slappy Hours and the last one in 2004 American Idiot. Now they are recording the new album :D (Yeahh,  because of it we are verry happy,  aren't we? )
I like all of the songs and albums of Green Day but my  favourite lbums are Warning, American Idiot and Internatiolan Superhits. They have topping text of songs, clips and concerts. I like them for everything.
And.... As you can know my favourit members of GD is... Mike of course :P

Don't you hate it how you have a favourite song that you really like and that means something special to you. And then it comes out as a single, and all of a sudden everyone 'loves' it. Take 'Wake me up when September ends' by Green Day for example. I loved that song from the first time i heard it when i first bought the album 'American Idiot'. I'm not sure why I loved it, I just did, everytime i played it or heard it, it reminded me of alot of special things in my life. And then it happened, they released it as a single. Now don't get me wrong, I think its great that it can be shared and liked by more people. But all of a sudden, everyone knows about it and has an opinion on wheather they like it or hate it. It kind of takes the meaning out of the song. People might say 'oh yea that song, i love that song' and they wont even know who its by and they only like it because everyone else seems to like it. It's the same thing how if you like some unknown band and then they become famous and you just feel like telling everyone that you knew them before they were 'cool'. Now I spose I can't really talk to much, because I can't deny that I sometimes do follow the 'fads' of music, but I try not to, most of the time I just try decide what I like depending on the music, not on what everyone else like. However, I do realise that I've listed some of my favourite bands as Simple Plan, Green Day, Good Charlotte, Fall Out Boy etc which are all fairly famous and popular bands atm and so I guess I can understand that some people may call me a hypocrite in complaining about people who follow the music fashion, but oh well. I'm always open to have a listen to any new music and bands people may introduce me to, but thats not saying I'm always going to like them. However I can't say I'm all that open to dance and techno music - to me that stuff just has no meaning and is completely pointless to listen to.

Lately music has played a big part in my life. There are certain songs which I love to listen to when I'm feeling happy or sad that reflect my emotions at the time. I've found it as a great way to escape reality and life when I just need some time off.
I've also found that ever since I began playing the drums my love of music has become even more apparent. Music actually means something to me now, its not just something that plays in the background anymore.
