Email...this tells it all!
WHY MEN ARE NEVER DEPRESSED:

Men Are Just Happier People-- What do you expect from such simple creatures? Your last name stays put. The garage is all yours. Wedding plans take care of themselves. Chocolate is just another snack. You can be President. You can never be pregnant. You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park. You can wear NO shirt to a water park. Car mechanics tell you the truth. The world is your urinal.. You never have to drive to another gas station restroom because this one is just too icky. You don't have to stop and think of which way to turn a nut on a bolt. Same work, more pay. Wrinkles add character. Wedding dress $5000. Tux rental-$100. People never stare at your chest when you're talking to them. New shoes don't cut, blister, or mangle your feet. One mood all the time.

Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat. You know stuff about tanks. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase. You can open all your own jars.. You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness. If someone forgets to invite you, he or she can still be your friend.

Your underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough.. You almost never have strap problems in public. You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes. Everything on your face stays its original color. The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades. You only have to shave your face and neck.
You can play with toys all your life. One wallet and one pair of shoes -- one color for all seasons. You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look. You can 'do' your nails with a pocket knife. You have freedom of choice concerning growing a mustache.

You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on December 24 in 25 minutes.

I had a good giggle...this definitely tells it all!

It's thundering.
Two quick photos that I wasn't going to post but I'm going to anyways. Now I have to go take a walk in the rain to get Savannah.

Overcast skies...
I'm trying to copy my cds that are not on my computer into I-tunes right now. It's turning into a lengthy process that I didn't plan on for today. Ah well! I don't mind.

I'm also working on a side project that it taking more time than I want but again it's all part of the process. Again, I don't mind.

Today it looks like it will rain at any moment. I love to walk with an umbrella and it looks as though I may have to when I get Savannah.

How about some pictures?

These were taken at Diamond Caves in Kentucky. It was a spur of the moment stop and I'm glad we did. It was a lot of fun!

A slew of random pictures...
Yup, the subject says it all. Just some pictures that do not fit into any theme really.

In our house we begin to train our ninjas at birth.

I love stripes and I love stockings so this is the perfect combination for me. Courtesy viewing of my legs. ;)

My nephew. :D

A special moment for Josh's Civic. This was on a trip down to Tennessee.

My Josh. This was before his hair was trimmed.

My nephew did NOT want to look at the camera until after a picture was taken.

Let's take a trip!
Or at least a visual one. Here are some pictures from one of trips down to Kentucky.

Our trip started out cold then as we went south it began to storm. A beautiful storm with purple lightning flashed through the sky over Indianapolis.

It's hard describe the medley of feelings that are evoked from watching the shadow of the rain fall down the window. It's a romantic feeling watching the trickles form then the rain begins to beat harder. It was a great stop. It helped that this was our one Waffle House stop too.

The morning was still rising where the Ohio and the Mississippi River mingle and become one. The dew was still drying and the sleepy little town was waking up.

I love how the window tint on the car made a rainbow in the image. This was taken on our way back.

Beautiful bridges covered the large rivers. It was a little daunting because they were so narrow but still fun.

Josh in his element: Driving.

Coming back into Wisconsin as the sun was setting. A fun shot of the Civic's profile.
