Good Morning and with grace and sunshine we are blessed with another day to let it unfold with good vibes and speak to the universe as it unfolds.

I hope you will take a moment and view the wonderful transformation on my website that is headed in many directions, but as I see it too the top. To reach many people and to help with a gift which is to listen.

I sell on ebay the world is your market place and have been blessed with my childrens items reaching the far corners of this world.

It was with great anticipation to have a guest on my podcast about identity theft and how to take steps on protecting yourself and family.

The 'new babies" in my nursery will be headed to new homes soon, if you have any newborn baby clothes or receiving blankets, that would be a blessing to help on my mission to give woman in shelters or hospitals or nursing homes , to give that smile and comfort back that nurturing brings. If you have a doll that needs tender loving care please take the opportunity and send it my way , it is much appreciated.

I feel so blessed to have had the experience working with people with alzheimers as it prepared me for a new journey my beloved husband and I undertake together. He is 59 years old and has been diagnosed so working from home has given me many benefits to help with our journey.

my oh my

my elna sergers sold for over 500. on ebay. one to a portland woman who has a small clothing business.  and to think I was  almost going to change one to a buy it now for $150.

Now I can get the small stone pagoda I wanted for the front garden and maybe a solar activated bird bath. we really need to get the electricity going in the front yard.

my southern neighbor has been setting flagstone in concrete all over her back yard. no comment. it's always at this time of year that I get impatient to get things into the ground and I have to hold back because we could still have a frost as we did last night.

good old zappos came through again with a pair of justin cowboy boots. round toe, tan with red stitching and they take orthotics so they are as comfy  as my clogs. I have been wearing them all my waking hours since they arrived thursday. oh and purin came and went withouot nary a grogger or a hamantashen. what a change. huh?

quatro

well the replacement TREO arrived today and i got it going but it would not transfer data. after three hours of messing with  files and programs and updates Jim decided that he would roll back the computer to yesterday- wouldn't it be nice if you could do that with real life and replay mistakes to avoid them?- and it worked. I now have a 99% functioning treo ( do hyphen) and all my contacts and appts are on it. and holidates and zagat to go and my checkbook/budget program and I am now finally able to use ONE device rather than funbling around to see which little mechanism is irritatingly calling to me.

I do miss my great ringtones ( hava nagila, dancing in the streets, girls just wanna have fun and diamonds are a girl's best friend) but I am determined to find a way to get at least one john lennon song  for a ringtone.

I finished my tibetan chupa skirt ( brown velvet embossed with oak leaves in the back pleat) so I feel quite good about heading into the weekend and being a slum slug.

The perfect spy (nine hour video version w peter egan) was finaished last night. It was excrutiating to see Pym self destruct and even though we knew the ending from having read the book- it was a damn awful moment. theonly time Ihave seen a film maker to faithful to the novel was Brideshead Revisited.  oh and Sophie's Choice was pretty amazing too. I wonder where Kevion Kline is now.

and watching the conversation betweeen hillary and barack last night in california I would be quite pleased with either one as president but i still want the dream team. why cant we have them both?

Finally, Justice Is Served
Somebody bought Gary Coleman's pants for $400,000!

That type of loot will buy an awful lot of boys medium cargo pants at Old Navy.

Rock on with ya bad self, Arnold Drummond.
Rock on.

ebay is deteriorating

for over ten years I have been a regular user and avid fan of ebay but in the past month I have run into more deadbeats, angry sellers/buyyers and just plain lousy transactions than I had in years. it started when Diplomacy arrived in such a flimsy box that it  had been crushed and it took the seller over a month to send me a refund.

just this month I purchased a tea pot which arrived broken, a treo whose keyboard only half functions, a URL rather than a product (stupid me for not reading the fine print), and a set of 12 plates which came as a ready to mosaic project for a prisoner in occupational therapy.

i guess all good things must end and the days of ebay being a way to get killer deals from other internet nerds is over. so long frank lloyd wright.
