Easter Weekend @ MindSay 
Who has ever heard of an Easter Tuesday??
Seriously.
But lucky me, I had Friday off, and Monday and Tuesday. Most boring weekend of my life. :(
And dad has gone away for three weeks to drill holes for dynamite in the mines,
More work for poor old Connie.
Not like I don't do enough anyway.
Like I am on here typing this when I could be doing the washing, or doing the dishes.
Ah well.

So, its the easter weekend. I really don't have much planned. Basically I plan on doing a bunch of stuff that's on my "To Do" list that I made up a few days ago. Mikko was supposed to come in town, but because everything's closed on the days he wanted to go places, he decided to re-schedule until next weekend.
For the last little while, I've been just making copies of CDs I have, for Mikko, because he's been wanting to add some Cradle of Filth to his MP3.
Speaking about mp3s, I don't know if i mentioned this or not, but both of mine are broken..I get a new 4gig within the next couple days for free due to the warrenty, and as for my 16gig..they clamied that i sat on it (which i didnt) so I have to write a letter to the company in order for me to get a new one, even though its under warrenty:|. Meh, oh well...
Tomorrow I'm going to run around town handing in resumes to different places, because I want to actually get a good job as soon as possible. I'm sick of flyers..and I'm not volunteering anymore because I don't really have the time anymore, plus everythings changing around there....

Sorry this has taken so long, my computer has been really messed up and I haven't been able to find the time to update.... but now I am.
So first off major update about my friends mom. She's doing better! I learned everything that happened. When they crashed she put her hands forward, so she shattered both her wrists. She broke part of her kneecap off, and recently had surgery to repair that. They had to remove part of her skull because her brain was so swollen. When they brought her in she went into cardiac arrest, they couldn't shock her because of the fluid in her lungs and they couldn't do it manually either so they told my friends dad and him to come in and say good bye.... amazingly she pulled herself out of it. They did a scan of her back and neck and neither of them are broken so they sat her up! Her face is so swollen that she can't open her eyes and she's intebated so she can't talk but she moves her foot to communicate so she does know there are people around her. Something else has happened recently but I'm not allowed to say what.... please everyone just pray for her. One of my other friend's dad died last weekend. It was very sudden. If you can everyone please pray for her and her family.... I couldn't imagine how rough it is right now. My friend Lyssa turned 18 last weekend. I went to her party.... we did some crazy things! Ha, we got kicked out of a porn shop for being underaged lol that was so funny.... yeah anyways.... I had tons of fun.... that day my sister, Beane, and I all went shopping.... I love shopping I just wish I had the money to do it more often! My friend Nichole got engaged! I'm so excited for her!
I've been watching many movies lately. I watched both of The Rings. They were awsome! The second one is better than the first by far though! The first one is basically outlining what happens each day, but the second one is where she tries to take over the little boys body! I loved it!
I passed my graduation project! OMG my dog pooped on the floor in the middle of my presentation so I was like, "They crave attention.... obviously!" It was so funny. They actually told me how kwel it was that I said that because most people would just die when that happened but I just kept on going.
My mom got a cell phone recently, it's the same exact phone as mine lol so it should be interesting to get them mixed up!
So to kick off our Easter vacation we had a snow storm and got out of school early.... noice. It kind of sucks though because it's supposed to be spring and all it does is snow! Easter was wonderful though. The night before we colored eggs, and then the next morning we searched for plastic ones (which we each got $15 in!) and we looked for our Easter baskets.... we actually got a lot of stuff other than candy in them. We got a journal, razors, toothbrush, tooth paste, sunless tanner (which my sister tried....verry funny), body wash, flossers, ummm.... $15 gift card to Barnes and Nobles.... I think I'm going to get a dream dictionary with it.... I'm sure we got more I just can't remember. I called Catie to wish her a Happy Easter and she was still in Flordia, I called Amanda and she was hanging out with Lucas and the baby, she told me her dad just got home from the hospital from having surgery, I called Will and he was looking for eggs with his little brother, and I called Beane and she was on her way home from New York.
I saw Joseph for the first time since July. He looks so much different! He's quite addorable though! He's now nine months old!
I know how dumb this is going to sound but on Wenesday, during lunch, I said grace. It was my first time, I felt so dumb... but Sam told me I did wonderfully! Sam told me something.... and I was so happy that she could confide in me like that!
Today all I did was moved my room around so that my sister and I are able to share a room. This time we put everything in her room, and my room was so much of a mess it took all day to clean up. I hope this solves a lot of the problems we've both been having.
Happy Easter Everyone! I hope everyone had a good weekend off on Easter weekend! I had a pretty good weekend, except that I didn't get to go home to the Bay, which sucked. I miss North Bay, my family, my bed at home, the silence and serenity of my house, Whiskey, etc. Instead, I went to Guelph to spend the weekend with Ryan and his family. Ryan's parents and his brother Steve came down to Guelph Thursday night. We watched The O.C. and Ryan and I hung out. Friday, we went to Milton and spent the day with Ryan's uncle Ray and aunt Gen. Ryan made a DELICIOUS Easter dinner Friday night, consisting of jerked chicken, grilled veggies, homemade garlic bread, smashed potatoes, and a mandarin orange spinach salad. We also made some cakes. Ryan's dad and Ryan made the first one, but forgot to put eggs in, HAHA! I made the second one! Saturday we went shopping and went and watched Ryan's cousin's hockey game, then had dinner and Ryan and I watched movies all night. Sunday we watched some more movies and did some homework, and then I took the bus back to MAC around 4.
There was finally a new Desperate Housewives on last night. It was good. I went to bed soon after it was over because I have a bit of a head cold. I've been taking chills and sweating, have a stuffed nose, sinus headaches, etc. POOEY!
This week I have 3 essays due, and next week I have a term paper. Not looking forward to any of it. Exams start next week for me as well. Time flies so fast, but just not fast enough! I'm not done school for almost another month, plus we have to move and I have to pack up and bring some stuff home as well. Ryan has to move as well. I hate moving! But it's still exciting!
Ryan and I have started discussing possibly going to New York this summer! We'd go and see the musical Phantom of the Opera, and do some shopping and touring. I've never been anywhere like New York, so that should be really exciting! We'll see if that works out!
I've started doing a bit of working out. Some push-ups and sit-ups, and pilates. I just feel so sluggish all the time and I want to get rid of that. I know I also have to get some cardio in there, but that might have to wait until I get back to the Bay, when I have more time and transportation!
Anyway, back to school stuff :(
