Dropkick Murphys @ MindSay

The NBA Finals are well underway. The Celtics (ugh) are up 3-1 in the series.  The Lakers have shown a lack of focus, effort, resolve and toughness.  I've been a Lakers fan since the late 90's.  They've won three championships since I've been a fan so I won't die if they don't win this year.  I'm only dreading them losing because I live near Boston and the resulting celebration would be unavoidable.  Radio, tv, newspaper, magazines basically every form of media will remind me that the Celtics are back. Dynasty, championship number 17 blah blah blah.  I'm sure the Dropkick Murphys will play an obnoxious concert for an obnoxious audience of young men in scally caps, wearing clever "Fuck me I'm Irish" T-shirts.  These class acts will be hollering along to the songs because when listening to a Dropkick Murphys song you can either holler along or plug your ears.  I prefer the latter.  I hate that Boston acts like the Dropkick Murphys are such a great band.  There are other bands Boston.  Its ok to like those other bands I swear.  Boston jocks the Dropkicks like Liverpool jocks the Beatles.  I guess the main glaring difference is that the Beatles were good.

I just flicked through the pages of my blog.

I like the way all the colours and pictures and smileys look together.

 

Although some say I'm black and emo, I like colours.

So I use varying colours in my blog sometimes.

 

I don't have any pictures to put on here today, so I've just used a lot of smileys.

 

 

I've become a forum whore.

I'm addicted to my own forum now.

 

All yesterday, and all this morning, whenever someone posted, I responded straightaway.

There were about four of us on there last night for about five hours.

I stayed awake until 6am talking to them all.

 

I've been out for about an hour, and I've come home to 76 thread alerts.

I have plenty to say then. :)

 

I only learnt this morning that my forum is the most popular in the entire Pokémon genre on FFN - with now 26,000 posts.

I'm happy about that.

 

 

- But depressed about everything else.

 

 

Last night, I was laid on my bed crying.

Daddy was sat on the PC - he didn't say a word to me.

 

He left without speaking to me.

He knew I was crying - I was making a lot of snuffling sounds, it wasn't difficult to tell.

 

 

...Sigh, I want to be a baby again.

 

I've just been at my aunty's.

My cousin has two children, one who is two, and one who's about a month old.

 

...Just seeing daddy holding Millie made me so sad inside.

...Daddy never hugs me anymore.

...I'm too big for him to hold me...

 

...I'm not Daddy's little girl anymore.

...Just thinking about it is making my eyes leak.

 

I cried in the car on the way home, my head pressed to the back of mam's seat.

...She's being horrible to me and all. ...Saying if I don't do stuff aorund the house I'm gonna get hurt or kicked out or something...

 

 

...Sigh, and now I don't have anybody left.

 

I'm leaving school in three weeks.

I won't have Parry anymore.

 

I don't have Emily anymore.

Reiss is ignoring me.

Rathe's disappeared off the face of the Earth...

 

 

...Yeah, now I feel like hurting again.

 

...Meh, I'll go on my forums, see if I can take my mind off things...

Oh, I don't know what I can say about today.

 

 

First lesson, IT - I was in there for only about 15 minutes, then I went to my appointment with Parry. That was alright, I got to get some stuff off my chest.

 

Second lesson, English - We were doing practise exam questions, and she HAD to pick the dodgiest questions ever. Some of them, I looked at and went blank. I pray that the questions in the exam coming up are more reasonable...

 

Third lesson, Science - This was alright, we were just revising for the upcoming exams, so I just read through section B6 in my textbook.

 

Fourth lesson, Maths - This is where I got seriously pissed off. I felt so sick and tired, I just put my head down on the desk, I couldn't understand a single sentence of the work she was explaining to us. I don't know if I fell asleep or not - but as she went bpast my table, she proper screamed at me to wake up.

Naturally, I shit myself, but raised my head, proper glaring like fuck at the silly cow.

Scott stood up for me though - he told her that I was feeling sick - which I was, considering I've had a stomach upset all night.

 

Fifth lesson, Media Studies - The final session down the CLC, I just sat with Stephen, listening to stuff on music sites, because we didn't really have anything planned for our final day on the project, it was just an optional, I decided not to do it.

 

 

 

Anyway.

In the library after school, I sat with Stephen, Jamie, Pips and Miraan - and we just discussed random stuff.

I was partially listening, because I was working on this:

Speaking of #1263, I've been working on the first chapter: Perserverance.

I've wrote #1263:TB in such a manner, the chapters can be read in any order.

So I write them in a weird order.

 

But I'm starting to want to start posting it up to FPC, so I'm going to have to do them in order.

 

Perserverance is one of the hardest chapters to write, though.

Sorry for the delay in the sending of this, I was asked to make a career change which has thrown my schedule upside down...

As many of the long time readers of this know, I generally tend to write this at least a week in advance so usually they are not as timely as they should be. And with this in mind, I would like for all readers of this here fine publication to send a very merry happy belated birthday wish to Æ!!!

And as the business of the day slowly spirals into the abyss of tomorrow, we find at this moment we have relatively little to speak of for we are in the midst of another round of the PoetryChallenge and our thoughts turn to all things pretty and rhythmic, and not of the business world that is dark and nasty and smelly and hey! this desk needs dusted. Why hasn't it been dusted? I guess we'll have to import us a new batch of illegal aliens for the old ones seem to be taking on too many of the characteristics of the native aliens. Maybe this time we should get them green ones and not the grays and maybe the outcome will be far different...

And how would one know if green one was carrying a green card anyhow? We shall not ask questions for the corporation good name may be placed in jeopardy if we start profiling the green ones just because they are green...
