Dieting
Some have been wondering about my diet plan, so I'm posting about it.

I'm using the plan from www.arbonne.com of which I joined to receive the discount of 35%.  I generally order about $250 every 4-6 weeks and so the sign up cost of $29 was very reasonable to me.  (better than paying full price)  I'm using the Figure 8 Weight Loss program in it's entirety including protein shakes, fiber shakes, herbal tea, metabolism supplement, energy drink, and between meal dietary chews.  (if you would like more information or would like to order products or sign up, let me know, I'll connect you with my sponsor)

I talk about my weight loss goals to anyone who will listen and tell everyone that I am working hard to lose weight.  I have lost 21.5 lbs at this time and have 37.5 lbs to go.

I allow myself a shopping trip after each 20 lb increment, and after I reach the 40 lb mark, I will make an appt with my dr for a referral for  body fat and hydration tests to determine how much more I should lose.  I'm down 2 sizes and would love to lose 2 more.

Ever Take Any of These?

Making Money Online is great, but I find myself a little fatigued and not as alert as I would like.  The reason for that is I'm usually trying to take care of the online businesses while the kids are sleeping.  This means very little sleep.  On the other hand, when I do sleep my mind is a little clouded.  A friend told me I should try gingko for the mental fatigue.  A blogger left a nice comment on my other blog about Vitamin C and Green Tea.  Someone else suggested a dietary supplement.

 

The dietary supplement that was suggested is for an Energy Boost and increased metabolism.  This is what I want, but I'm not fond of taking meds or any type of mood/mind altering substance.  When I visited the site, it stated it was a dietary supplement.  Unfortunately, I couldn't find the main ingredient listed anywhere.  You can follow the hyperlink and check it out.  I checked on every page, but I could have overlooked it.  After all, I'm feeling a little muddled now. 

 

Have any of you ever taken any of these supplements?  Anyone mind sharing their experiences?  See, I took Vivarin in high school to pull an all nighter for a regents exam (which was unnecessary because I aced it-I was just anxious).  That Vivarin made me super alert and hypersensitive in my sense of smell and hearing.  Every sound made me jump.  I don't want to feel like that ever again.
