Harmonic Box X and Ambient Music (Youtube Video Sample) Please Use Stereo Headphones For Sound Clarity In the video introduction (first 40 seconds) 1 hz harmonic box x entrainment with a carrier frequency of 60 hz is embedded into ambient music. Thereafter harmonic box x 3.5 hz, 2.5 hz, 2 hz, 1.5 hz, 1 hz, .5 hz, .3 hz delta frequencies are embedded into ambient music with a carrier frequency of 136.10 hz. The last 2 minutes of the video consists of harmonic box x entrainment with different ambient music consisting of a carrier frequency of 83 hz. Delta Boost is a unique meditation program for self improvement that offers personal growth by merely listening to mp3's through stereo headphones (use of stereo headphones is recommended for best results). Delta Boost will positively benefit anyone who desires to start meditation, or, if you have already been meditating for years Delta Boost will deepen your meditation experience. Delta Boost will also benefit those who suffer from insomnia and the inability to relax either mentally or physically. Many health problems, among other factors, are connected with not relaxing enough and not getting a rejuvenating night of sleep every night. Without enough deep, rejuvenating sleep we age quicker and become sick more often. If you need a boost to slow down and take a time out, increasing your delta brainwave pattern is definitely an experience you can benefit from. Simply by reclining, putting on your headphones, closing your eyes, and listening to the mp3's in the Delta Boost Delta Sleep and Meditation Mp3 Program you will experience increased delta brainwave activity and the benefits associated with delta brainwaves Delta Boost can be used without headphones, but for optimal results, and for the serious person seeking deep emotional cleansing and rejuvenation, stereo headphones are recommended. Benefits Of Meditation Before we take a look at the technology behind Delta Boost and the benefits of using it, it is best to have a clear understanding of the benefits of meditation. You can then determine if you will gain benefit from using Delta Boost. Here are a few of the many proven benefits of meditation:
In order to reach the point where you experience the benefits of meditation it may take many, many years! This is where Delta Boost can help! Delta Boost and Harmonic Box X Technology
Delta Boost can be used for relaxation, meditation, and even sleep. Delta Boost consists of harmonic box x technology. Harmonic box x consists of a combination of precise tones known as binaural beats and monaural beats. In our Delta Boost mp3's binaural beats and monaural beats (harmonic box x) are inserted into soothing ambient music. The tones within the ambient music help bring the mind to a state of relaxation and meditation so the benefits of meditation can be experienced after listening to the Delta Boost mp3's with stereo headphones. NOTE: For best results it is recommended that you listen to the same Delta Boost track (or, you can combine 2 tracks side by side) once a day every day for 2 weeks (just 1 week may be long enough for some people, or a month others - see our FAQ). While listening to Delta Boost some may experience emotional discomfort as old memories, and the feelings associated with them, are stirred-up in the consciousness. This is your brain eliminating the negative emotions from the memory. After they are removed you will find yourself getting less irritated towards circumstances or towards others. Each level of Delta Boost has the potential to remove unwanted emotional baggage from your consciousness in the same way that deep meditation cleanses the sub conscious and unconscious mind. When unwanted emotional baggage is removed a permanent state of increased peace, health and inner harmony results. It can therefore be clearly seen how valuable Delta Boost is for someone who wants to experience all the benefits of deep meditation. Everyone is at a different stage of growth. If you have been meditating for years and have already experienced many levels of purification you may want to start with a deeper Delta Boost level. To gain the maximum benefit from Delta Boost you may wish to complete all the levels. It is up to you. Understanding The “Delta Brainwave” Delta brainwaves are considered the most relaxing brainwave frequency range. Delta brainwaves are commonly associated with the deepest sleep [stages 3 and 4] and a state of unconscious awareness. Delta brainwaves are the lowest in brainwave frequency: ranging from 0.5 - 4 Hz, but are the highest in amplitude. Delta brainwaves are experienced predominantly in newborn infants, as well as in healthy adults in deep rejuvenating sleep, or in very deep states of meditation. At the delta level the body replenishes its energy, releases anti- aging hormones like human growth hormone (HGH), relieves stress, and boosts the immune system. The delta state rejuvenates your mind, body, and spirit. When your dominant brainwave is delta, your body is healing itself and "resetting" its internal clocks so to speak. Delta Brainwaves and Anti-Aging As we get older, decreasing quantities of HGH results in many aging symptoms including loss of muscle tone, increased weight gain, loss of stamina, sagging skin and muscles, wrinkled skin that lacks good tone and texture and flagging memory and many diseases associated with aging. HGH is produced naturally by the pituitary gland in the center of our brain. When we are in deep, dreamless sleep at the delta level the pituitary is stimulated to produce more HGH which is why we feel refreshed and replenished when we get a good nights sleep. The anti-aging properties of deep meditation come from the release of HGH when reaching the delta level during meditation. A healthy lifestyle and diet, and a calm mental and emotional life also stimulate the production of HGH. Lack in any of this is at least one of the reasons for aging, mental imbalances, sickness and disease and so on. The mp3's in the Delta Boost meditation program have been embedded with special frequencies that help bring the mind to a delta brainwave state. By utilizing the brainwave entrainment method of harmonic box x (a combination of binaural beats and monaural beats) we have created very potent mp3's that help bring the body to a deeply relaxed state so you can reach the delta level easier and experience the benefits of delta brainwaves. Epsilon Brainwaves (Below .5 HZ) At the sub delta level there is another band of brainwaves that have been classified as Epsilon brainwaves. Epsilon brainwaves are associated with extraordinary states of consciousness, high states of meditation, ecstatic states of consciousness, high-level inspiration states, spiritual insight, out-of-body experiences, and Yogic states of suspended animation. In our Delta Sleep and Meditation Mp3 Program we reserved tracks 6 and 7 in each level for the epsilon brainwave range of .5 Hz and .3 Hz. (Track 6, which is .5 Hz, is the delta/epsilon overlap.) Benefits Of Boosting Your Delta Brainwaves Release of Anti-Aging hormones - One of the associated benefits of increasing your delta brainwaves is the release of anti-aging hormones...... State of empathy - Delta brainwaves can provide you with the ability to read other peoples emotions and determine their feelings at unconscious levels...... Extreme bliss - Advanced meditation practices and yogic traditions have associated the delta brainwave frequency range with a feeling of all-encompassing bliss...... Advanced healing of body and mind - The delta brainwave rhythm is known to completely rejuvenate, replenish, and heal the entire body and brain. The delta brainwave revives the body after a hard day by rejenerating necessary chemicals while a person is asleep..... Human Growth Hormone (H.G.H.) Release - The delta brainwave is associated with the stimulation of the pituitary gland, which in-turn, is able to release human-growth-hormone — commonly referred to as H.G.H. ..... Connection with unconscious mind - Though the alpha and theta brainwaves are capable of bridging the gap between conscious thoughts and the subconscious mind, the delta brainwave allows us to connect deeper: it allows us to connect with the deepest possible level of our consciousness..... Deepest possible level of mind / body relaxation - Delta brainwaves while a person is conscious or awake, are extremely rare. However, advanced meditators and infants, are 2 groups of people that are able to enjoy the deeply relaxing benefits of the delta brainwave..... Perfect intuition - Ever have a powerful gut-instinct that helped you make a good decision? Or a gut-instinct that you should’ve followed? If we get ourselves too caught up in the upper brainwave patterns of beta, our intuitiveness becomes severely damaged. As you increase your theta brainwaves and your delta brainwaves, your intuition will increase..... Connecting with the spiritual body - Many consider the delta brainwave to bridge the conscious mind with higher planes of reality, the subconscious mind, and / or the unconscious mind....... Paranormal Experiences - People are especially open to O.O.B.E.’s (Out Of Body Experiences), astral travel, connecting with spiritual beings, E.S.P., and other phenomenon in the delta brainwave range..... Boosted immune system - Increasing your delta brainwaves can lead to a boosted immune system due to the fact that delta brainwaves are associated with age-reversal or slowing, the production of healthy hormones, and significantly decreased amounts of stress...... Hello, all. I will be participating in the Healthy Spirit Expo on Saturday, January 10 and Sunday, January 11, 2009 at Vision Quest Metaphysical Bookstore in Scottsdale, Arizona, from 10AM to 5PM each day. This is a semiannual event that features lecturers, artists, musicians (including myself) and all manner of holistic, naturopathic and metaphysical professionals. I will be showcasing “Somnience”, my 8-hour sleep brainwave entrainment CD.
Somnience is a unique product that is being purchased and enjoyed by two diverse audiences. First, Somnience is the first sleep CD that lasts 8 hours. It’s also the first CD to contain sound pulses that match your normal 8-hour brainwave pattern to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. Most other sleep CDs on the market are 30-60 minutes long, and the majority of them are salon-type new age music that may help you fall asleep, but after that you’re on your own! Sometimes the CD label instructs you to set your player to repeat the CD over and over all night long. That’s fine and dandy if you don’t mind waking up at 4AM and hearing harps, pianos, guitars and singing whales. Occasionally these same CD contain brainwave pulses, generally delta waves since delta is the deepest stage of sleep. Unfortunately, repeating this type of 60-minute CD all night long is not creating a healthy sleep pattern. In fact, you fall into the deepest delta sleep for only about 1 hour every night – and even that is broken up into 2 separate segments, the first segment during your first hour of sleep and the second during the second hour. After your second hour of sleep, you rarely drop back into a delta pattern. So why would you listen to delta pulses on a CD all night long?
Somnience’s sound pulses match a normal, healthy pattern of brainwaves beginning with alpha waves, present during the relaxed, meditation-like state that sends you to sleep. As you slip deeper and deeper into sleep, you brainwaves slow down to theta of varying frequencies. You are now asleep but are still aware of your surroundings. Your partner moving or sneezing may wake you, but only for a moment. After about 45 minutes you slip into the delta stage, the deepest sleep, where you go completely limp as the muscles and tissues of your body are refreshed and oxygenated. This is stage where you sleep right through a thunderstorm or the dog barking, but it lasts only about 20-30 minutes before you move back up into a theta pattern. Shortly after, you move into REM or dreaming sleep. REM brainwave patterns are very close neighbors to waking alpha waves. This is why you remember your dreams – you are still dreaming moments before you wake up.
This entire series of brainwave patterns represents only your 1½ hours of sleep. The series repeats itself 5-6 times a night, each wave pattern adjusting slightly, with the delta stage disappearing altogether after the second hour. The sound pulses incorporated into Somnience matches this 8-hour pattern of hills and valleys. In addition to helping you fall asleep, Somnience is most effective in helping you fall back asleep when you naturally wake in the middle of the night. Instead of waking and immediately focusing on your job, your bills or your in-laws, you focus on the quiet music filling your bedroom and let the brainwave pulses bring you right back where you belong – fast asleep.
The other audience enjoying Somnience are lovers of ambient music. Ambient music, without melody, beats, words or structure, creates an environment, like wallpaper made of sound. It’s meant to be heard and enjoyed without actively listening. (That’s not entirely true. When I listen to certain ambient artists, I listen intently for every subtle nuance in their work, how sounds are phrased, constructed, deconstructed… but just as often, I have ambient music playing while I’m reading, driving or… writing blogs.)
My music is heavily influenced by some of the masters of the genre - Steve Roach, Brian Eno and Robert Rich. In fact, I had the great honor of studying with Steve Roach at his ranch and studio last year. The experience left me empowered and musically energized.
If you are in Scottsdale on January 10 or 11, please stop by to see me. I will be happy to answer any questions and you can listen to samples of the music. I will be giving away free preview CDs of other works with the purchase of Somnience, but I’ll give you a preview CD just for mentioning this blog. Vision Quest is at 2225 North Scottsdale Road, just south of Oak.
Saturday started a bit slower than Friday. We hung around the house for a bit before heading out to the art museum. It was so great. I was getting filled with creative ideas at every turn. There was an awesome digital moving exhibit called City Glow by Chiho Aoshima. OMG! It was amazing. We got to see a whole heap of art. Myclette, her hubby, and her daughter were all there.
After, we split off into different directions. Her hubby went to the movies, her daughter to grandmom's, and we headed out to get Environgirl and hit up the Chinese buffet. The food there was awesome. I had enough sushi to last me till my next craving haha. After that we all headed to the karaoke bar where we met up with a bunch of other bloggers *that I mentioned before*. Fave and Eve came in a bit later, but not by much. It was so much fun. I sang Fiona Apple's Criminal and Reba McIntyre's Why Haven't I Heard From You. I also made friends with the fantastic DJ Charlie. Such good times!
Alas, it was finally time to go home. The next day I would be heading out to my plane to go home...or so I thought.
Sunday started nice enough. We went to the store and bought some Blue Bell ice cream as well as a new do for me. We headed back to the house for lunch. Cajun style spaghetti cooked by Myclette's husband ... talk about delicious!!! I like to died ha. The ice cream was great, too. I was already packed up, so we headed out to the airport and got there in plenty of time.
They left me at the Delta gate and went home. I had to go in and find that my flight had been delayed. Turns out I would have to sit from 4pm to after 6 to get on my flight. I missed my connecting flight by ONE MINUTE and had to get a new flight rerouting me to Philly instead of Delaware so I could get picked up by my husband who had to work today. I went through 2 lines for 2 more hours of fun getting my flight and hotel situated, getting some food, then having to check in at the hotel with at least 100 other people after we FINALLY got on the shuttle to the hotel. I didn't get to bed till after midnight. *4 hours after we landed in ATL*. This morning everything went fine with the flight. It was packed to the brim.
Hubby and I had a time getting back to our car, but an hour later we were in it heading to the Delaware airport to get my bag which hadn't reached them yet. HOW ANNOYING >__< I had to wait till the flight I would have taken at 3pm to Delaware landed to see if my bag was on it. I got notified at 7:20pm that it was at the terminal and I went to pick it up an hour later. Thank God it came on the plane it was set to be on or I would have been beside myself.
I can't describe the feelings I had last night. I couldn't even speak without my voice being raspy from trying to hold back screams and sobs. I kept my cool mostly, other than a few tears of frustration. All in all Texas was great. I dont want to be on another plane for at least another year.
MY VACATION KICKED ALL MAJOR ASS!
THAT'S RIGHT! I HAD FUN!
Okay. Let's start with June 15th. It was 2:00 in the morning, so for some people it was still June 14th. Anywho!
Day One. June 15th. Wednesday.
We left from the school at 2. My mom dropped me off because I didn't want to leave my car there for a week. We rode to Omaha in a school bus. Yippe..but we each got our own seats. I sat near the back by the boys, and I didn't sleep much, but that was okay. They kept yelling stuff like CBAY! I forgot my underwear. and CBAY! They won't care that I have drugs, right?! It was pretty funny. But yeah, we got to Omaha early, obviously. Our flight got delayed because of some pilot paperwork or something. Then it got delayed again because of a paint chip, and they had to check it out. Kelly and Seth filled out their journals, it was hilarious. The journal entry read kinda like this: I will never fly Delta again. Delta sucks. I could be halfway to Mexico by now...that was fun. Jeff was walking around greeting people. That was fun too. When we finally got on our plane, we were an hour and a half behind, and we were almost positive that we'd miss our connecting flight in Atlanta because that was like, an hour or so time-in-between, or whatever. I sat with Sam, and Melissa and Seth were behind us. About three fourths of the plane was us. We all put our hands up for take off..and we had an awesome flight attendant, Charles, that Seth liked..I slept for almost all of it, except for when they brought us food. Turns out we did miss our connecting flight, but it turned out to be good, because then we had an opportunity for some Wendys or Burger King..I took for some Wendy's, and it was awful food, but we were all so hungry!! We didn't have to wait long by the time we'd eaten. Our flight was interesting. They did fit us all on a different flight to Cancun, but I don't know how, there were 20 of us..but hardly any of us sat by anyone we knew. I sat by a Korean guy and a lady that used to live in Iowa. I talked to her for most of the flight. It was fun. It took us an hour and a half to get through immigration. Tyff and Kendall were in a different line from everyone else, and they got done 45 minutes before everyone else..it took FOREVER!! They provided us 2 vans to get to our hotel. I was with Mrs. H, Kendall, Heather, Mindy, Amber, Sam, Tyff, and Melissa. It was a half hour away, I think. I felt sort of left out because everyone kept going..wow, look at this, or that..and I'd just been there two months ago. Like, we were driving on the same road and everything..but other than that..it was fun. That hotel was the best one. We all got our own bed!! It was cool. Anyways. First we headed to the beach, but it was dirty-ish, and there was a topless girl. The boys stayed over there, but us girls opted for the pool. We didn't stay in long because we were tired, so we went to our rooms. Jeff and Tyler came over though, so those two, and my roomies and I sat on our deck and just talked. Jeff mentioned.."this is the life..this is awesome"..and I agree..just sitting around talking, joking, laughing..it's the best. We were interrupted to go to a convenience store type place to get water and stuff. Everyone got eaten up by bugs on the way-I didn't though. We ate supper at 9. It was Mexican chicken soup, and I don't remember what else. Turns out when they told us the trip covered two meals a day, it didn't include drinks..and yeah, drinks were at least $1.50, so we spent fifty bucks on the trip just for drinks. After supper we went back to our rooms and showered..at 10ish Seth and Tyler came and visited us till 1 in the morning or so, but it was fun. All 4 guys that went were class clowns so they kept us laughing, for sure.
Day Two. June 16th. Thursday
We traveled for 3 hours to the next town, Valladolid. Jeff and the rest of our guys were flirting it up with the microphone before we started..all the girls got crushes on 'em right away. (We were w/2 other groups, one from West Virginia and 1 from Illinois) We watched Nepoleon Dynamite on the way. "We're in Mexico, and we're watching Napoleon Dynamite!" It was funny. Kumeon, our tour guide-he was awesome-brought 3 movies, and they were all movies we'd never heard of, except a remake of Star Wars, but Andrea had hers, it was awesome. We arrived at our hotel..then we went to a water park type place. It wasn't big, and no one was there. It had 2 water slides, and no lifeguards. It was a lot of fun. I went down the slide with Tyff, Andrea, Brit, and Megan in train-style..it was a blast..then we ate and went back to our hotel..and went shopping. I didn't buy anything. I was SO sick of shopping. My legs hurt and I wanted to go back to the hotel, but everyone else was shopping, so I kept shopping, too. We kept waiting on the same people..and it was annoying. But we made it. We had a menu type thing for supper, I had noodle soup, steak, and gross dessert. After supper we went swimming..I kinda didnt want to, but I was already wearing my suit from earlier, so I figured, what the hell..It was fun. The boys were doing belly flops and stuff. Kumeon came out and told us that the pool was closed..and we felt bad because there were about 15 of us so we were really loud, but it was funny. So we went back to our rooms and showered. The guys found a scorpion, I think..and kept it. That day was fun.
Day 3. June17th. Friday.
This day, we went to the Cenote. It's basically a big cave with a big round pool of natural water. It was 300 feet deep, and really cold. But IT WAS A FUCKING BLAST. Omg, it was great..I could have spent the whole day there. My pics that I took there w/my digital camera didn't turn out good cuz it was dark, so that sucks..but it was soo fun. After that we went to the pyramid. We had a tour there, and it was really hot. I started to get really shaky. I was absolutely miserable. You have no idea how hot it was. Iowa will probably never be that hot. Omg, it was awful. And I couldn't understand our tour guide b/c he had such a strong accent. I can't explain to you how awful it was. The tour was an hour and a half, and after that we had the opportunity to climb the pyramid-yeah, after we're so freaking exhausted we can hardly walk..but I did, because it was one of those once in a lifetime things..and I almost died going up. No joke..I felt like I was gonna pass out. Those pyramids are huge. Pictures don't do them justice. I didn't even take a picture of the actual pyramid. They're so huge when you're next to them, just like the St. Louis arch..but still. It was GYNORMOUS. Afterwards, I sat at our meeting place w/the adults that didn't climb it and Sam, lol. We went back to the lobby, where I bought ice cream and got cooled off, then we went somewhere for lunch. It was ten bucks, plus two bucks for a pop, and it definetly was NOT worth it. But we got to swim afterwards..that was ok. Tyler cut his foot and blood was completely covering it. It was pretty gross. Then we hit the bus to travel to Merida. We watched Dodgeball this time, but I slept. We went to Wal Mart, and got a cake for Heather's bday, among other things, ate supper, then Kumeon took us to a club. The club was cool, but I wouldn't go again. I'm glad I went though. It would have been more fun if it would have been American music, but that was part of the experience. We got home late-ish, like 1..and showered..and SLEPT. I was completely dreading the next day.
Day 4. June 18th. Saturday.
We had breakfast (how we started everyday), and had a bus tour of Merida. My legs killed SO bad from the pyramid, and our hotel was on the 5th floor. We had to get out twice, but other than that, I pretty much slept through it, but a lot of people did. We'd only got about 4 hours of sleep the night before. After that we headed to a mall, where we got normal food!! Burger King, baby! AND I GOT A PINK COYGIRL HAT! I'm wearing it for my senior pics. Yay! i was so excited. That's about all we had time for-eating and getting a hat. But I don't think I would have gotten anyone anything there anyways because it was all stuff you could buy in America. We met someone there who has relatives in Ctown though..isn't that weird? She moved to Mexico from Iowa, and she teaches English there. I thought that was cool. Then we headed to the ruins or something like that. It was another hot, boring tour. But, not only was it hot, there were mosquitoes everywhere. It was another miserable thing. We went to a hotel, not ours, to swim and eat. They formed a volleyball game, Americans vs. Mexicans, it was fun to watch. We were supposed to go back to the ruins to watch a sound and light show, but almost everyone voted not to go. The chaperones talked Kumeon into it cuz no one wanted to go. I was so glad. I would have gotten eaten alive there. We did karaoke on the way back to our hotel. It was hilarious. There was this guy, Adam, and he was awesome..He acted gay..like seriously, he's the gayest acting person I know..and I even have a gay cousin, and he acted more gay than him, but I really don't think he was gay. But damn, could Adam dance..and he was really cute. Anywho, he sang a lot of songs, it was great.Kumeon bought us a pinata, and we were outside for an hour trying to break it. It was fun, but it got old and my legs hurt so bad I wanted to cry. That night was probably one of my favorites, along with the first one. (after our 4 guys met other school's girls, they sorta lost touch with us..hehe) All of the teen's rooms were together, all on the same floor and everything, and we just sat out in the hallway and talked and stuff. LOL, I was sitting in my room w/the door open and all of a sudden I saw something fly by..I was like, wtf..so I went out and I'm like, what just went by my room? And Chad (someone from a different school) goes I'm a flying penguin!! And he was sliding with his blanket down the balcony/hallway or w/e..it was great. It reminded me of college. One of the chaperones from somewhere else ordered pizza..and we sat and talked. It was a great bonding experience. lol. I went back to our room cuz I started to not feel good, but everyone stayed out and talked for a while..
Day 5. June 19th. Sunday.
ONE OF THE BEST DAYS EVER. We rode in the bus from 12:15-7:30 minus an hour for lunch. On my way on the bus, I fell sorta and I got a nasty purple bruise, which is yellow now, and it hurt for a long, long time, it still does, actually.. Lunch was a rip off by the way. We had a free day until noon, so we just layed around our room and stuff. Talked, what have you. A few people went to church, but I didn't b/c we'd seen the church on our tour. I still didn't feel the best off and on, and when I didn't it sucked. We finally got to watch the Notebook..and then we watched the crappy version of Star Wars (I listened to my headphones when they watched that). When we got to our hotel, it was time to eat practically right away. I didn't eat anything. We went shopping afterwards, and I didn't buy anything except water..Then we slept. It was a lazy/fun day..btw-it poured the whole day.
Day 6. June 20th. Monday.
We went to a beach..then we were supposed to go to Xel Ha...It started pouring when we were at the beach..our bags got wet, and everything in them did too. Our towels, our dry clothes, everything. So, we didn't go to Xel Ha..we were given the opportunity to go the next day though. We were given a free day. We found a McDonald's in the shopping strip..we went and looked at the beach..and went back to the hotel and chilled..Went to supper, and shopped again after supper.
Day 7. June 21st. Tuesday.
This was a free day. Almost everyone went to Xel Ha, but Me Tyff Sam Andrea Britt and Adam stayed behind. I got my hair braided w/Tyff Andrea and Britt. It took forever. Three ppl were working on mine, and Brit and Andrea were sharing a person! That's how long/thick/whatever my hair was. One of my ppl was like 8 mos. pregnant and her belly kept hitting me. It was funny, then there was like a 7 y/o girl..she was adorable. Yeah..then we ate at Mickey Dees again, and headed to the beach. It started POURING, and the rain KILLED when we were walking. But the water was awesome. It was really windy so we got some good waves. Brit didn't get in cuz she was being a baby..and she was miserable..We left our key @ the front desk in case Melissa got back before us cuz that's what ur supposed to do if ur roommates split up..and when we went to get it they didn't have it. So we went to try our room, and it was locked, and no one was answering. We were SO pissed that Melissa didnt leave our key for us. A maid let us in...long story short, Melissa didn't have our key either, lol, and we were so pissed. So Cbay and the front desk started fighting, then Kumeon started fighting too-they wanted us to pay for the key, even though we had 7 witnesses that watched us turn it in. Kumeon switched us rooms b/c it wasnt safe since we didnt know who had our key. Then we ate supper, and it was actually good. Then we went shopping, and that was pretty fun. They were hitting on us left and right that night..I wish we'd have had more time to shop that night..Seth and his whatever were holding hands and stuff..she was from freaking W. Virginia. and Kelly and his girl whatever were getting close too, and she had a boyfriend at home..Whatever..Tyler and Jeff were just with all the girls..they didn't get particularly close to just one. We packed after we got home and whatever. Went to bed..
Day 8. June 22. Wednesday.
We drove to the airport, and waited for our first flight. I bought my mom this bowl bead thing she wanted last time, and my dad a harley davidson mug. It was ok. We were bored..We slept most of the time on the flight, I sat by Amber and Melissa in the middle aisle. It was fun. We had a 4 hour layover or w/e till we got on our next plane. We ate at Wendy's..and sat around..played UNO for an hour and a half-just one game! No one would win, but there were 7 of us which could be why. We passed the time. I sat with Sam on that flight, and it was kinda annoying cuz since she was one of my roomies, we were sick of each other. We all put our hands up for take off, then started clapping when the plane was in the air, and when we were done clapping, it jerked to the left..it was funny. Seth was like..we're going down!! And he did the light show for us that we missed, lol. We got in Omaha, finally, on time, and got our luggage. Well, Megan's wasn't there..poor Megan..something about a slip.? and how they thought she was staying in Atlanta or something, I'm not sure..but they're going to send it to her I think. I guess we're just lucky it happened on the way home, not on the way there. Cuz that would have sucked. My walkman or w/e u call it ran out of batteries right away on the way home, so I couldn't sleep. Everyone else was sleeping, for the most part. We got home at 2, and my mom and I stayed up and talked. I last looked at the clock at three.
It felt so good to sleep in my own bed, shower in my own shower. I think showering there made me dirtier.
But Ryan came over and wanted me to go to his gmas w/him. So I did, so I was in the car for another 7 hours yesterday..cuz she lives 3-4 hours away..but I slept all day there. But regardless, I wish I wouldn't have gone. I got home at 10.
It literally took me almost 2 hours to type this up (but I was eating and doing pix too, lol) I work tonight, my first day/night back..I'm sorta excited, I missed it but it would be nice to have had a lazy day. I'm gonna put pix up later.
Love!
