The 23-year-old Nigerian powered out of the blocks in lane 3 in the final of the men’s 60 metres to win in a world-leading 6.49 seconds, just 0.01 seconds off the eight-year-old national record held by compatriot Deji Aliu (6.48 seconds set at the Indoor World Championships in Maebashi in 1999).
I'm missing you like crazy and it's only been two days. It's weird because it feels so much longer since I have so much time to think about it. When you think about it, there are 24 hours to a day, 60 minutes to an hour and 60 seconds to a minute. That's 86,400 seconds I have to spend every day to think about you. It feels like a lifetime baby. Like I am living a lifetime every single day.

Only 240 minutes left of school. I could have just said 4 hours, but I think 240 minutes sounds like maybe it could be a little over 3 1/2. Besides, 240 minutes you can count down. Although if I really wanted to count down, 14,400 seconds would be the way to go. So there you have it. 14,400 seconds left of my freshman year of high school.
