So were doing this christmas play for the church right. An amazing race spoof. I get to play the Host Harold T. Angel. I've spent years on stage, so this is no work for me at all but the teens are having a bad time with it. It is a script the we wrote together, so you would think that they would be able to just jump right into it but no.
Most of them show some ablility for acting at some level. Others just like the part that they have. Then the remaining one just doesn't seen to know why he's there.
I remember the good old days with the old gang that we had for making these shows. Everyone love it and did everything that we could to make it happen. When it came time for the Christmas Service, we would have them rolling in laughter, cry with sorrow and in the end saying Amen for our, always at the end, clear picture of the chirstmas story.
We have the script, but I feel that we need alot, and I mean alot, more time before we could bring them the same level that we had in the past.
