Sender, I also don't believe that everyone hates you. I do believe that's how you feel though.
The thing I've learnt is to be true to yourself above all. If you accept yourself as you are and always try to be true to who you are, then when you form friends, you'll know that they like the real you. And when you find love you'll know it's really YOU they love.
Also, if someone, or even a few people don't seem to like you, it doesn't necessarily mean they're right. We can't please everyone in this life. It's hard when that happens, but you should try to have faith in yourself.
My final point is that I think you're probably genuinely kind and intelligent. It takes someone special to question themselves. Plenty of people never do that. So kudos for looking into yourself, but don't allow that to defeat you.
