[Blog #306] --- Neutral --- [Thursday] - Boots FTW! :)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thursday. The day of two lessons, a huge gap - then another lesson.
Angela is seriously being lazy - for the last three lessons now, she's made us sum up entire sections of our textbooks into our "own notes" - nah, she's just doing it because she's after being lazy and looking for any excuse not to fucking teach us.
Photography wasn't as wasted as it usually is - I made an effort to get on with some editing I've been putting off for a while - I managed to edit and polish off around 30 photos I've taken recently. Then at the end of the lesson, Shelly and I were pinning the work we printed out the other day up onto the boards on the wall.
I had £20, so I decided I'd go into town and start some early Christmas shopping.
I fucking love Boots like. I thought the three things I'd got - one for mam, one for dad and one for Shelly (though she doesn't know they were for her :D) - they, in theory, added up to £20 - but I overlooked the sweet little green stickers - THREE FOR TWO MATE. :D
So they only came to £15.
With the remaining £5, I went off to CEX.
I was looking for a game to buy for Shelly - and I settled on a Lilo & Stitch game - which would have been perfect, given if they'd sold me it with a fucking instruction book. So naturally, it wasn't in a state where I could present it as a gift. The disc and box were in fine condition, but without a manual - just no.
It's a good thing I like Lilo & Stitch - so I'm keeping it for myself. And I'm too much of a fucking introvert to tell them I didn't want it if they were selling me it without the book. Gah.
The same happened when I bought a £1.50 game for myself - Summoner, which looks to be an epic RPG. They did have like 7 copies of it - and to have no manuals for any of them? Shelly suggested it could have been one of these forsaken games that don't actually come with one. Hmmmm...
I ate a sandwich from Greedy Joe's - and almost threw it back up when we were walking down Zetland "PISS" Road. Seriously, they need some MAJOR disinfectant crews down there. Sloshing about a bit of cheap detergent isn't good enough. I dread to think how many diseases my red Converse are harbouring at the moment... :/

[Blog #283] --- Neutral --- [Thursday] - HUNK-A BURNING CHUNKS!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the first day in a streak of numerous where I haven't actually felt like slitting my throat for every minute that passed by. Yes, I didn't feel as reasonable as I normally do - but I was better than I have been previously.
English was on for the first time this week. Angela was back, now with a traumatic tale to tell us all involving dogs and hospitals. She has a cast on her arm and it's in a sling. The cast is purple and it stands out a lot. :)
In my break before Photography, I ate a sausage sandwich and listsned to Rammstein on my iPod.
In Photography, Paul wasn't even in college, so we were sat around for ages doing shite all. I managed to freak Hayleigh out by showing her video stills from our many gory video projects - oh, and the trailer. :D
She's yet another person who thinks the vomit down Ash's front is real.
Mmm, yes - we stuck our fingers down her throat. :)
Shelly and I walked into town and she bought Canis Canem Edit from a charity shop. They were selling it for £1.99 - we'd seen it yesterday when we were hunting for music boxes.
I went to CEX and bought myself a new £25 baby. :)
He looked so cute when he was sat on the counter with all his wires and his controller - but the second I tried to carry him out of the shop, I was keeled over sideways under the immense weight of it!
I've decided to name him HUNK - for this very reason.
This is HUNK: my new Xbox. :D
(And there's the two games Shelly persuaded me to buy - Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time, and Fable.)
(Well, she persuaded me to buy games, I chose them myself. :P)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tonight, I've spent a few hours eating KFC, uploading CDs to Hunk's memory - and pouring out my heart to Ash over MSN. I felt I ought to tell her how shit I've been feeling recently.
I always had this inner hatred towards her for being so supportive to total randomers on DeviantArt - but I've realised she goes a little further when it's for me. She really was trying, bless her.
She was worried when I told her about Shelly and I were fighting - but I assured her we'll get through it. :/

[Blog #253] --- Depressed --- [Thursday] - A Healthy Balance of Breaks & Work
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Media Studies seems to be looking more interesting at the moment. We're studying the slasher horror genre, so Sarah had us watching documentaries about it today and making notes. Lots of gory clips and commentary from the directors - so this was fairly entertaining.
In Photography, I sat with Michelle and we both did some work on editing our photos. This icons project is seriously wank. I like the work I did over the break - so I want to get on with that, but noooo...
And as always, English was relativley shite. I despise the group and the subject matter is just pissing me off currently. Angela better start changing the lesson directions or I'm going to become a terror.
During my beasty break, I wandered into town.
I got myself a £1.99 King Deal from Burger King and sat on the green benches outside while I ate it. I can cope with the mustard, mustard is okay. I can pick out the gherkins - I just fucking despise tomato sauce. I end up wiping it off the bun with my napkin, but only because I'm too nervous and meek to simply say: "Can I have that with no sauce, please?"
I'd aquired some cash so I went to CEX and bought some Gamecube games.
I've decided that I need an equal balance of Gamecube and PS2 games. The 'Cube will always be my favourite, but the way my wishlist is looking, and the price of some of these PS2 games, I'm going to end up with more. I have about 50 'Cube games currently, so I'm going for 'Cube-exclusive titles as well as some others that are available on both - but I'd rather play with 'Cube controls.
So today I got XIII and Spyro: Enter The Dragonfly.
This is insane. I've bought 5 games this week, and THREE of them are SHOOTERS.
The genre I despise with a passion. I'm trying to broaden my gaming horizons, perhaps. Ian's told me that XIII is good - and I read the back cover, it's all cel-shaded comic-strip style graphics - so it looks okay... We'll just have to see if the whole shooting narrative fucks it over.
During the rest of my break, I sat in the LRC and finished off Pokémon Sapphire - beating the Elite Four.
So I've marked it down as BEATEN on my Backloggery. I might go for the full Hoenn Dex. Fuck the National Dex, I can't be chewed.

[Blog #122] --- Content --- [Friday] - Legendary Mood For NO REASON.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've been in an absolute legendary mood today.
No idea why either.
I went into college early on the college bus - sat around on the round tables killing Lisa's battery with Solitaire.
This is annoying me. According to my stats - I've played 700+ games, but only won around 300 of them.
Sigh, if only there was an undo move tool.
Shelly came in at around half 9, followed by Ash about 5 minutes later.
I gave Ash a birthday hug and we went up to fourth floor.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another Photography lesson wasted.
The three of us all agree that we can't work on our sketchbooks during the lessons. It's just not the right atmosphere to do so.
I can work at home or in the LRC - but I can barely work in the classroom.
I gave Ash her presents.
My mam had even gone to the trouble of getting her one, and a card.
Mam got her some funky pyjamas - which I can't imagine her wearing - she'll look mental. :)
I quite like them, but I can't really imagine ANYONE wearing them. :D
I knew that my technique of taping three presents together would annoy Ash.
Lmao, she almost resorted to using her scissors to slice the tape apart - until I stopped her, said she had to do it herself. :)
I got her Elite Beat Agents for the DS. From CEX, but I don't think Ash minds - she buys games from there herself. Nothing wrong with 2nd hand games - as long as they work.
(And as long as the skanky fuckers don't sell you a two-disc game with a disc missing... Cough.)
Along with that, a cuddly Buckbeak teddy and the printed T-shirt I mentioned in an earlier blog.
Ash was amused. I hope I get to see her wear it. It'll look funky.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I was a bit overboard on my junk food intake today.
As well as getting my usual Pepsi and crisps - I got one of those 'I'M-A-PRETTY-PRINCESS' marshmallow eggs, some Highland Toffee and my usual Floggs marshmallow with the jelly inside.
I didn't get a sandwich - so my entire afternoon food intake was like 90% sugar.
No wonder I was hyper off my tits for the next few hours.
It was too windy to eat in town - so we took our stuff back to college and ate on the tables beside construction.
It's quieter there - there's just a lot more chavs roaming about.
Ash and I went halves on some doughnuts.
They're being skanky now too - the last time we got them, we got 6 for £1 - but now it's 5 for £1.
I let Ash have 3, seeing as how she was the birthday girl.
Then she dared me to dip random things in the remains of the chocolate sauce.
Like my toffee and my cheese and onion crisps.
The toffee was alright - but the crisps tasted beyond weird.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ash took command of Shelly's DS again - started playing Gardening Mama.
I don't like it when Ash is proper enthralled in something - you just can't attract her attention.
So I annoyed her instead - shaking her wrists so she couldn't keep the DS still.
Then I tickled her and flicked her nose - up until she decided to turn it off and give me attention. :)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I had a bit of a sugar crash in English.
I couldn't stop coughing.
I was choking up chunks of phelgm too.
Argh - SWINE FLU?!
Even Angela said I looked ill.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This was overidden by my hyper burst in Media Studies.
When I get THAT hyper - all I do is TALK.
I was actually being really productive though - I had the courage to ask all the questions I was too shy to ask before. - And believe me, it was a shitload.
I think I was annoying Lewis too. :)
I tried to calm myself down by eating Mentos - but they made me worse!
I looked at the ingredients and noticed why - the second one on the list was SUGAR. :)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Between my note-taking, I was writing random things with my coloured pens.
I chose a different colour for each sentence and wrote something random about the colour I'd chosen.
[Note, BLACK is written in WHITE - as black on a black background wouldn't show up, now would it? :P]
RED is war, blood and INCORRECT ANSWERS.
PINK things tend to be intimate body parts or female underwear. Mmmm, panties...
DARK BLUE tries to be hardcore, but it fails epically.
LIGHT BLUE is for nothing other than baby boys and their fluffy booties.
BROWN is SHITTY. :)
GREEN is the colour of nature and Arriva buses.
BLACK goes with anything. Especially black.
YELLOW is impossible to read on white paper. LOL.
ORANGE is a happy (yet suicidal, depressing and angry) colour. :)
PURPLE is an evil colour. Only true villains wear purple capes.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This state carried on right up until I got on the bus.
I managed to calm down by playing some Solitaire and listening to Blackmore's Night.
A calming combination. :)
When I got home, I ate noodles and finished off the story on Bully: Scholarship Edition.
Currently at 96% - let's see if we can get the 100% this time.
I'm hoping I can. On top of the two missions I missed out last time - I've found one that's not even listed on the GameFAQs guides!
I found it on a Strategy Wiki page though - so someone's acknowledged its existance...

[Blog #115] --- Depressed --- [Friday] - MURRRRRSHITE.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I really couldn't be arsed waking up this morning.
Thus, I missed the college bus - so dad took me to college.
Photography was a wasted effort.
We got our sketchbook grades back.
Somehow, I've ended up with a lower mark than both Ash and Shelly.
Fucking ridiculous - they're both fucking dyslexics. If you can even READ Ash's handwriting, her analysis is a pile of shite. Shelly's is legible, but it's not an amazing quality either.
Ash's photos aren't brilliant either.
I wouldn't say Shelly's were stunning either.
Apparently, my mark is lower because I haven't included my final piece.
That's because dickhead Grahame told me NOT TO.
Well now I'm determined to beat Ash - my analysis rapes her arse - so once I've stuck in my final piece bitch, my marks will fucking skyrocket. I swear it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We spent most of our two hours in town today.
We didn't want to go back into college.
So we wandered around for longer, lounged around on the benches for longer too.
We spent quite a while in CEX too - Ash was buying DVDs, I was looking at the Wii games and the heavy metal CDs.
The day I find a King Diamond CD on sale in there - I will SQUEAL.
You should have fucking seen me when I found Rammstein's debut album Herzeleid in there.
I proper wet myself in pleasure. :)
I actually had money that day as well. How odd.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Feeling too shit to even bother with anything - Shelly and I didn't go to B block.
We stayed on the 3rd floor of the LRC.
I was so upset today - I showed her my scars from the night before.
I cried for about 20 minutes.
She held me close and cuddled me tightly while I cried on her neck.
Shelly actually takes away a lot of my urges to slit my wrists sometimes.
The day she's not there, I may just do something drastic.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After B block was over - we found Ashleigh sat in the car park on her own - waiting for her taxi.
For the 3rd time this week, I snuck up behind her.
On Monday, I grabbed her and shouted: "WORKING HARD, ASHLEIGH?!"
On Wednesday, I grabbed her and shouted: "TEXTING YOUR MATES ASHLEIGH?! GOT NO FRIENDS TO SIT WITH?!"
Today, I shook her by the shoulders and shouted: "WAITING FOR A TAXI, ASHLEIGH?!"
Once again, she shit herself - jumped a foot in the air. :)
She growled at me, saying I better stop doing that.
Oh rofl, I'm going to do it at every opportunity now. :)
