Cell Phone @ MindSay

Reiteration
Let me reiterate: I'm switching to Cricket as soon as possible.

New reason. I may owe 200 dollars in overage charges.

Fuck Qwest!

i'll feel really bad if Ciara's ears aren't pierced.

so, today when i went walking for the longest time around the beach, i decided to get on the rocks.

cool, right?

i'm a big kid now. it's safe for me.

just so long as i don't fall in. because, you know, i have important shit with me.

camera, ipod, money, Israeli cell phone...money and camera being the most important.

so i was there. thinking maybe the bottoms of my shorts would get a little wet, i stepped up on a rock.

well guess what?

ba. ha. ha. becca falls in.

gets the entire right side of her body soaked, and hits her side on the edge of a rock.

leaving a mark. D:

but, fortunately, my ipod is in my LEFT pocket! go me, i have good planning.

and, unfortunately, my money, my Israeli cell phone, and my camera are all on my right side.

alright. cool. just get out as soon as possible. did that, got on top of the rock.

my camera? looks pretty broken. i turn it on and nothing comes on the screen, but a little red light is on near it. uggghhh.

my money? that's fine don't even worry about it. :D

my cell? not turning on. that's no good.

i'm not exactly sure what i'm going to do about any of this. haha.

but hey. at least my ipod's fine, right?

i'm looking on the bright side of things. ha.

oh, and. i had some oceanic thoughts today as well.

Games and offspring
So I sell my tickets to the Red Sox game tonight because I have too much wedding stuff to get done before the big day on Saturday.  I've had nothing but bad luck in terms of attending good Sox games that they win in, and the weather looked less than stellar anyways.  Well guess what?  The weather cleared up, an amazing pitchers duel, and the Sox walk off in the ninth.  What the hell...

On another note, I was one foot out the door to work this morning when my 16 month old son starts calling :"dad, dad, dad."  I look back and I say "yeah what's up?"  The kid hands me my cell phone.  I swear to god I was speechless.  Not only would that have been the ultimate pain in the ass to have to go back and get my phone, putting off my work schedule all day, but the kid shows some big-time awareness.  16 months old people.  Safe to say he is more than a little bit smarter than his father.  If only the kid knew how to sleep now...

So Sad ...

Oh dear ... I left my phone at work!  Whatever will I do???

I'm almost embarassed to admit ... I believe I'm rather addicted to having it near.  Hope soldiergirl doesn't flip out when I don't reply.  She can always call the house phone ... but will she try?

How will I awaken in the morning?  Oh sure ... I have an alarm clock, but it doesn't have a "snooze" on it.  How ... how  ... uncomfortable!
