How did I Save My Home from Foreclosure
I have a big story to tell. This is a lesson I have learnt while trying hard to save my home from foreclosure and I successfully did it too! Let me share it with all of you.

The foreclosure house owners should be stubborn in not sacrificing their homes for this purpose unless and otherwise they wish to go out from it. They should try to locate the various alternatives available to retain their houses.

Many of the home owners are not aware of the various options available under these circumstances. When the bank guides them for one solution they believe it and fall into their net. That should not be the case. They should approach the agencies or the government to get rid of it and seek some other alternative.

The option that will be ranked first by the foreclosure house owners is to get refinance for the existing debts they owe. In other words, they can get refinance from a different finance company for the property that is in the brim of foreclosure. If they are the defaulters of others, debts also like loan for a car or credit card, it will be very difficult for them to get refinance due to the bad credit history in their track.

In spite of the above issues, still there are some doors open for them to paste the gap. They have the option to convert their short term loan to the recovery on long term basis where their monthly commitment will be reduced.

Overall, the foreclosure house owners should go with various alternatives to the lenders and convince them for the best alternative to retain their houses. It may not be that easy for getting a solution by one sitting. Regular follow up only will yield the desired result.

Finally, I largely owe my gratitude for saving my dream home from foreclosure to http://my-foreclosures.info as I religiously followed experts’ guidance and tips available on the site helped me tackle the situation at ease. Check it out if you are desperate to save your home from foreclosure. Good luck!

Why me, why do I do it ?

I buy something I like at the time that i am buy it.  Say a necklace, or pendant.  I think it so cool , awsome even.  So, I buy it and take it home, even wearing it the entire time.

Only by the time I arrive home, I've had second thoughts. I don't really like this do I ?  No, I dont.  So why did I buy it.

Then comes the whole thing. To just suck it up and keeping. Knowing full well that it will probally never see the light of day, or do I return it.

Will the people I bought it from be offended that I'm returning it? I hope not. It's just me, It's how I am. I second guess everything till death.

Now I have bought something else, with the intent of liking it enough to keep it.  Although, now that I've been home all of two hours. I want to return it.

Buying Baby Clothes on a Budget
If your spouse is pregnant, this is the best time to start making a list of all the items your new baby will need. On top of the list is, of course, clothes for your baby. Here are some tips on getting good deals on baby clothes.

Tip 1: Hand-me-downs
Babies grow extremely fast and tend to outgrow their clothes in no time. If a close relative or friend has a child only slightly older than yours and has some baby clothes to pass on, go ahead and accept them. In all likelihood, the clothes have only been used a couple of times and will be as good as new. The best part of hand-me-downs? They don't cost a cent.

Tip 2: Unused baby shower gifts
Baby clothes are a common gift given at baby showers. Often, women receive more clothes than their baby will ever use, which are either given away or sold cheap. The best way to spot these baby clothes is to scout around yard sales and look for clothing with the tags still attached.

Tip 3: End of season sales
Buying baby clothes during season-ending sales is a great way to save money on baby clothes, especially if you are partial to branded clothes. The key here is to plan your shopping well in advance. For example, if your spouse is due in summer, you can purchase winter clothes from newborn to 6 months during the previous winter end sale.

Tip 4: Reuse old clothes.
Since your baby is growing really fast, use your creativity and reuse old clothes to make new ones. For example, if your baby has outgrown his or her trousers, cut them to make shorts. Jackets whose sleeves are too short can become waistcoats if you cut the sleeves off.

Looking after young child involves managing a variety of tasks; one of the more pleasurable among these is buying baby clothes. However, shopping for children's clothes requires careful thought. Find out more tips while selecting baby clothes.

Spending money
We went and bought a used truck this weekend. Which means we are gonna have to stop spending money on things that are not necessary or important. Like snack foods and MacDonalds. We have been doing the snacking like crazy since we stopped smoking. Gained a lot of weight in the process and wasted a lot of money. I'm not sure exactly how but we seem to have managed to spend all the money we were thinking we would save when we quit smoking lol. On the bright side it at least isn't going on cigarattes or the taxes on them which have gone up again. Except for the weight gain we are healthier now.

And I discovered a Save a Lot store not too far from here. Their canned goods are much cheaper than at the regular grocery store here. So will be doing some shopping there once a month or so to stock up. That should help some. And I am gonna plant a few things this year. Tomatoes for sure. And a few blueberry vines and raspberry vines. Those probably won't bear this year but next year perhaps will be good. Blueberries are expensive at the store.

I recieved a check  from Inboxdollars  over the weekend which will help. It's  just under 30 bucks so not a huge check. It's enough to get the tags for the new used truck though. At least it is if they haven't changed the cost on that. It was nice to get that  as  I was about broke again too. And I am liking it  a bit better since they changed it a bit. They have  made it easier to  make money with it.  Not sure easier is the right word...simpler maybe.  Anyone wanting to get a  bit of extra spending money once in a while should check it out.

The next  extra money  (after bills) that comes in is going on some mulch and potting soils for all the trees and things I am going to be planting and  transplanting.

Have a great spring folks!  :)
