Busy Week @ MindSay

Today I received a letter that I was not expecting anymore... I had, indeed, tried to register to be on a Christmas market to sell H.'s artwork. Of course, as usual, I had been very late turning the necessary papers back in... So, this letter really came as a surprise...

But it implies many things for this week, as far as work is concerned.

The market will take place on Sunday, all day, and that's the day I usually prepare most of my lessons and go jogging... so I’ll have to do that on other days... that is during the week...

I cannot say that this event is coming at a right time, since I’m supposed to do many extra hours next week, which implies extra preparations too....

But, on the other hand, I’m quite excited about it...

 

Apart from preparing many lessons, I’ll also have to write a list of all the things we have to purchase to decorate the stand to look Christmassy (and do the shopping, as a matter of fact). And that's probably going to take me some time, as I have no idea what I will need, since it will be the first time we'll be in such a situation.... (if you have any advice, that would be great!)

 

I'm full of hopes about that day, I want to see if people are ready to buy H.’s work, and how much they'd be ready to put into it. Moreover, the money would definitely be welcome...

So, anyway, I’ll have to update on that at the end of the week!

 

 

Well, this week is kind of a busy week for me...I had clinical most of the day yesterday to make up for a sick day, and I studied the rest of the night for the most part. Today I've got my regular mental health clinical and then mental health test this evening, followed by dress rehearsal tonight for the concerts this week. Wednesday we've got our last clinical day for long-term care, possibly Aires, then of course the show. Thursday I need to finish up my papers for long-term and of course the concert that night.  Friday I've got my med-surg test, and I go in for and out-patient procedure at the clinic, then it slows down.  I've just got the show Friday and Saturday nights, and a little paper work to do for Tuesday.  This entry was less about me complaining, and more about updating/organizing/remembering everything that I had going on.  Nothing like having everything happen in the same week eh?

Holy Schnikies I haven't written a blog entry in almost a week. That is very unussual for me, I mean I'm ussually good for a YouTube Video or something in between my entries.

I've been busy this week though. I spent it painting my parents garage and working and all that other shit that comes with life.

I wish I had snapped some before and after photos for here about I just didn't think about it at the time.

That garage really needed it. it hadn't been painted in about twelve years. But that's not really the problem. The big big broblem is that ht garage is all moldy and kind of falling apart. But hey, least it has a nice clean coat of white paint on it.

I forgot the sun screen so now I have a painful sun burn on the back of my kneck. Yes, that's right I have a red kneck. Please try not to laugh :)

How was everyone's Easter(if you celebrate it)? It has been a cold and busy week. I was lucky enough to have those around me have time off from their jobs and school.

I really need to change the layout here. I will be thinking of new ideas. :)

I had some pictures for everyone but unfortunately my camera is deciding to not be very friendly. I lost all my pictures I had.
