I am just going to post a small post about the Early Demise of the Easter bunny. See corneliusdurden 's post for an explanation.

We are gathered here in the sight of chocolate, fake grass, and baskets to commemorate the life of a dearly departed and well beloved Children's figure.

He was a great bunny to us all but he, like all of us, had problems. He was an addict. He bothered small children and he scared the hell out of the rest of us. But he was in therapy and he was trying to find the self empowerment to make this world a better place for us all.

In a fight like this, it is inevitable that he would fail in some way. And this is how we found out his predilection for breaking and entering. He was a peeping tom and he would go into houses just to leave candy. Now he had an innocent motive. He loved the look on the faces of children. I understand that he was a lapsed catholic priest, but he was trying so hard to make it all right.

So here we are. He made us happy. He was a candy pusher and a chocolate addict. And he still loved us all enough to leave us plastic baskets, fake grass, cheap toys, and candy that will kill us. How can we not mourn his passing?

It's Easter , a celebration of the turning of the seasons and the impending harvest. A celebration of renewal and fertility. We have our Chocolate Bunnies and our colourful eggs and of course the all important, fruity buns!

Gah. It's been a long time, chicos. DON'T DO DRUGS.

Annnnyway. I'll give you an update, as if you care.

 

Wednesday - Went to a new church, covenant, actually. Everyone was super nice! Holy s'moly! But seriously, I'm considering going there every Wednesday.

 

Thursday - Went to bible study. Holy crap this one chico is amazing. I actually talked to him a bunch and became even more attracted to him.. amazing!

 

AP Bio - Gah. Killer unit test. I know that forsure I got 1 question right.. YES!

 

English - I'm so over going to that class. We never do anything and when we do, it's relatively pointless. Seriously, it's pre-AP. Come on, guys!

 

Geometry - I was actually pretty proud that I finished my homework in class, it wasn't bad at all.

 

Spanish - We read a bit 'o La Catrina.

 

Lunch - Mmm. Cheese pizza sticks and fruit snacks. Yummm.

 

Spanish - Watched the next episode of La Catrina. Holy crap un chico de guapo is well.. guapo! =]

 

APUSH - I redid my test for one freaking point. And it was worth it, sadly. We got a new essay to write.. umm, yay?

 

Honor Study - I just read my book. =] Which I got free in the mail on Wednesday, by the way.

 

Tonight - Going over to a friend's house and watching Blades of Glory. We'll see what I do this weekend.. oh yea... homework.

Since I have nothing spiritual, insightful or very Easterish to write about I figured I'd entertain everyone with some Easterlike pictures of my past, because posting pictures of my past seem to be a big hit, especially when I look goofy.
