Blog #75

Funniest comment from a chav EVER...

My original plan for my HOUR OF NOTHING before college started was to go to the LRC.

I'd either do some sketchbook work, or I'd update unfinished blogs in the ground floor computer suite.

But as per usual, the college is a cunt - there was a big fuck off notice on the door: "LRC OPEN FRIDAYS: 9:30."

Fucking NICE ONE, so I had to sit around for an hour for HALF AN HOUR in the LRC?

Fuck that mate.

So I retreated to the tables and sulked for a while - until Ashleigh and Danny came in.

I sat with them for a while, then we went up to 4th floor when it was the time.

I printed out some more contact sheets of the photos I'd taken on Wednesday.

We only have a week to finish our sketchbooks. Panicking a bit like.

Not as much as I'm panicking about English coursework though...

At least I'm almost finished my Media Studies. Damn, it fucking paid to be ahead of myself earlier in the year. :D

Saying that, I proper wasted today's lesson.

I spent the entire time unplugging Ash's mouse every time she went to the printer.

And when I wasn't doing that, I was plugging my mouse into the back of the Mac and moving the cursor every time she went to click on something. :)

Ash was not amused - but it was quite fun. Tee hee.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We ventured into town afterwards - ate our lunch infront of PRICLESS SHOES.

The sign makes me piss.

Just the word SHOES written in white letters on a red background is hilarious. :)

It was really cold outside today - my arse went numb from the metal bench.

We returned to college, only to find that both B and D block Media Studies was cancelled.

On top of that - I'd gotten a voicemail message from Mary just after my phone had died saying B block English was cancelled too.

I could have went straight home, but we went into the alcove near the vending depot - on the tables you can NEVER get at. I waited with Ash for her taxi. Shelly nicked off her B block lesson and waited with us.

ROFL, there was some chavs from construction sat on the tables opposite us.

It was proper silent, then all we heard was one of them yell:

"OW, DROP YOUR SNICKERS AND I'LL GIVE YOU A BOOST."

Not only was it funny - it was even more funny seeing Ash's face at the mention of Snickers. :D

Security Level: Low (Public / Everybody)

Sorry guys, I've been kinda loaded lately. I was able to accomplish three months of blogging here in MindSay everyday. However, my blog seems to be shooting blanks, since I mainly blogged privately to myself or to the " High security Level" network category.

I will make more attempts to post more to the public for the upcoming second quarter (November 2007, December 2007 and January 2008). I might even bring back the 90's Song of the Day, just to have content.

My agenda has been overwhelmed with priorities that keeps on coming. So here's a "heads up" for everyone:
- Thursday, November 1, 2007: Working ALL DAY, from 5:30am to 5:15pm (Routed to SE Houston in the afternoons). Happy Birthday to "my Damsel!
- Friday, November 2, 2007: Working Around the Clock, that's from 5:30am to 12:30am of Nov. 3rd. I've done it before, and I need the money.
- Saturday, November 3, 2007: I'm going to the Texas Renaissance Festival, but I don't think I can camp out overnight.
- Sunday, November 4, 2007: At 7:30am, Uyoku and I will be going to my church (St. Laurence Catholic Church). Then at 10:00am, we are going to her church. I'm getting good at understanding Spanish. ;)

Forum Moderators, please keep an eye on the forums for me.  You know now to alert me if any problems arise.  Junk any spam you can junk.  And for the obvious reasons that you find reportable posts in a forum you don't moderate, and the moderator of that forum just doesn't know their duties (we know who these dimwits are...), simply report them.

Admins, I need a co-global mod, someone who has at least 2400 forum posts, moderating experience, and knows how to work phpBB.

Other than that....

Here's my problem.  I go to work very early, like at 5:30am.  By the time I get home at around 11:45am or 12:00pm, I eat lunch, and then I get sleepy.  I try to take 20 minute powernaps, but I end up sleeping for 6 hours.  I wake up at night, wide awake, and can't go back to sleep until like 2:00am.  Do I have a sleeping problem?

I know, my ideal sleep schedule, I should sleep at 8:00pm or 9:00pm to get a good night sleep.  But during the afternoons, I can fight off the sleepiness, but that doesn't mean I will always win... ZzzzzZzzzzz

Does anyone here use Nextel / Boost
