Smilling all the time get you beaten up ,Jimmy, being emo will make you popular.

I've heard  the words , "I Love You", spoken. Yet i am still not sure with the fact that the persons feelings might be true. Everyone they know and love loves me, even the people i've yet to meet. I love them all too and i hope i never get taken away from them. So shall i take a chance for once???  Shall i be happy even tho others may be disapointed in me??? Shall i choose to keep smiling with one while shifting away form another??? Shall i be bold in the face of love even if it causes others grief??? Should any pain i endure be worth so much love???  Whatever the outcome i'll do whatever it takes for me to be happy for once. Even if it breaks me down and i have only a second to bask in happiness.

(no subject)

You Are Bold And Brave
But daring? Not usually?
You tend to like to make calculated risks.
So while you may not be base jumping any time soon...
You are up for whatever's new and (a little) exciting!

Speaking of which, I've done it!  I have done something I haven't done in over 20 years!  Yup, it's true!  I secured reservations for my daughter and I roundtrip to Charleston SC mid June.  We live half a mile from Oakmont Country Club where the US Open will be  ... mid June!  It will be intolerable around here ... NUTTS, even, so we're escaping!  :)  I just HATE spending money this way ... but ... it HAS been a long time, a lifetime almost, and I have worked berry berry hard ... so it's OK.  :D

Chrysanthemum

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Chrysanthemums are a genus (Chrysanthemum and northeastern) of about 30 species of perennial flowering plants in the family Asteraceae, native to AsiaEurope.

The species of Chrysanthemum are herbaceous perennial plants growing to 50-150 cm tall, with deeply lobed leaves and large flowerheads, white, yellow or pink in the wild species.

Chrysanthemum species are used as food plants by the larvae of some Lepidoptera species - see list of Lepidoptera which feed on Chrysanthemum.

Culinary uses

Yellow or white chrysanthemum flowers are boiled to make a sweet drink in some parts of Asia. The resulting beverage is known simply as "chrysanthemum tea". Chrysanthemum tea has many medicinal uses, including an aid in recovery from influenza. In Korea, a rice wine flavored with chrysanthemum flowers is called gukhwaju.

The leaves of several species such as Chrysanthemum coronarium, the Garland chrysanthemum, which is grown commercially in East Asia as a leaf vegetable, known as tung ho, shungiku, or ssukkat.

In China, the greens are often stir-fried simply with garlic and dried chili peppers. The colour of the cooked greens is dark, their texture dense and mucilaginous, and their flavour fragrant and complex.

Insecticidal uses

Pyrethrum (Chrysanthemum [or Tanacetum] cinerariaefolium from biting. When not present in amounts fatal to insects, they still appear to have an ) is economically important as a natural source of insecticide. The flowers are pulverized and the active components called pyrethrins, contained in the seed cases, are extracted and sold in the form of an oleoresin. This is applied as a suspension in water or oil, or as a powder. Pyrethrins attack the nervous systems of all insects, and inhibit female mosquitoesinsect repellent effect. They are harmful to fish, but are far less toxic to mammals and birds than many synthetic insecticides and are non-persistent, being biodegradable and also breaking down easily on exposure to light. They are considered to be amongst the safest insecticides for use around food. (Pyrethroids are synthetic insecticides based on natural pyrethrum, e.g., permethrin.)

You See? Now I Feel Like a Bitch
One thing about the way pot affects me is it doesn't "make" me say things I normally don't think, but it, "makes" me say things I normally want to say, and it "makes" me mean about things I normally try to be nice about. For example, on Sunday morning when I was still kinda drunk/stoned, I was talking to Stuart on an entry from like the day before or something about the whole drug problem thing, and I thought I pissed him off cuz I was a little meaner about it than I normally am. If I did, I'm sorry (like he'll read this anyway- see? there I go again), but that's an example. Another example is the one time my ex and I smoked pot together. It gave me the courage to finally stand up to him...and then he started hitting me...but if you haven't read about that on here yet, I can tell that story some other time. There's also someone else on here who, uh, well, she's a good kid, she just has some beliefs that I believe to be completely unethical and she probably won't even read this because she's mad at me. I tried my damnedest to not tell her that I don't know how she can live with herself or sleep at night, and just now I basically did, which is why I also don't usually respond to my inbox when I'm stoned. The thing is, I know once I'm sober a part of me will feel good that I was able to get these things off my chest. I've stated that these are all beliefs and opinions, and shit, we've all got them, and I'm not blocking anybody so you all have the right to come and deffend yourselves...though i wasn't really talking about anyone except for myself...but yeah. See damn it, this is why I usally don't come on here when I'm high, lol. stupidness.
