Bawls @ MindSay

Hmmm?:
:] I finally turned in those papers to work at the library.  While I was there I got The Namesake by Jhumpa Lahiri [[the movie for it is out right now, but Spring Hill sucks and it's not going to show at Beacon]] So I thought I'd just read the book instead.  And... I'm in love with the actor in the movie so I think about him while I'm reading the book...

And I got Nietzsche in Turin by Lesley Chamberlain.  Richard told me to read stuff about Nietzsche because he was "one the most brilliant philosophers ever to grace this earth" And I've just been reading random books and watching random movies and he's name always comes up... like in Little Miss Sunshine.

So while my Mom was taking me to work I noticed that we weren't driving the same way... so I knew she was taking me to the DMV.  And well... I almost cried in the car.  I just don't want to take that test.  It scares me. I don't know why.

So my mom just took care of some business and yelled at me while we went to her job. Because I didn't want to take the test.    I got hungry and I went for a walk down Elgin...I think I spelled it wrong. Anyhow I got Chinese's food and then I walked around the health food store right near there. They had a lot of neat stuff... OMFG! I flipped out!!! They have.... BAWLS!!! I love bawls more than my mother... not my grandpa.  More than anything! ANYTHING!!!! <3333 bawls... :]!!!

and I bought stawberries... ^^

Are You Man Enough?
Ever tasted Bawls? Neither had I, until I heard about its immense popularity in the gaming subculture. Therefore, I set out on a quest to track down an elusive bottle of this blue elixir, while trying to avoid the obvious jokes that can be made when dealing with a beverage with a name like this one. As the article in the permalink above will tell you, this beverage can be quite hard to find, and is infused with large amounts of caffeine and guarana, giving a kick that will keep you up until 4 in the morning, like me (too many commas).

Delicious.

Anywho, I was snooping around a Speedway down on the corner early yesterday, and sitting in the refrigerator was a lonesome spot with only two bottles of Bawls. I was so surprised, I had finally found it! This must have been the Holy Grail of all soda beverages! I held it triumphantly as I strode towards the counter and said "These bawls are going to taste great!" and tried to avoid the strange looks people were giving me as I left the store.

But I wasn't going to be disheartened. This was my victory moment, no one was going to upset me. But then I got home and realized something: This bottle may be too pure to open. What if I were to never find this soda again? After all, it's a miracle that this Bawls was sitting in a local gas station anyway. Of course, this was probably nothing more than silly superstition, but at the time I was too excited to care otherwise. I sat the bottle down in the fridge at decided that I would never drink it, lest I release its pure energy unto the world.

That lasted for about fifteen minutes. I dashed into the kitchen and grabbed the bottle, noting how cool and crisp its bumps felt after being chilled. I ripped the cap off the top (cutting my palm in the process) and guzzled for about five seconds. This was the BEST tasting thing ever. If any of you have never tried this drink, go out and do your best to find a bottle. Its divine taste can only be described as a kind of mixture of Mountain Dew and Sprite, although descriptions alone cannot do it justice. I'm off for now, hopefully I'll continue to find Bawls sitting in my fridge for weeks to come. Smiley

Nerdy Woodpersons

Today was generally okay for the most part. My rigged my computer so that the internet automatically opens to mindsay in order to remind myself to update. I was late to cool, as par usual, due to my family, but i got to drive there so I guess it was okay. Mr. "The Our Father" P. threatened to suspend me if i didn't start getting to school on time. Supa was super, we talk about the advertisement paper and we had to dissect this poem called "Richard Cory", which is basically about rich and poor, and how the poor idolize Richard but in the end Richard shoots himself. Oh, is it Joyfulor what? Then PA Pysch I almost had a meltdown luckily, I toughed it out "like a big girl". We had a test, it was mostly on sleep disorders, I missed like two classes so I basically just absorbed the review and purged it after the test by winging it. Lunch was like lunch always is, Patrick ate my meat, heather had Patricks bawls in her mouth, Erica was trying to proclaim her innocence in all this, and Dan was sitting there making fun of my Bawls addiction (I don't have a problem). Then tech, which is boring when I have nothing to do, so I just jumped into one of the DDP groups and worked with them. I basically designed this one kids robotic arms because I was the only one who could understand what he was saying, I feel special, we like connected on a weird nerdy woodshop level. Then Con. Law was good, I am definately going to like that class, I don't like my seat but I am going to like that class a lot. Kiernan asked me if I was going into Politics because I got his "vote". Him asking that got me thinking about doing something like that or law, maybe.

Bell rang. I had to take a quick picture for KPITS for yearbook then I went to cafeteria, where a bunch of people were getting their class rings, I told Kelly I would meet her there. I was standing around with Dan. And Sam and Me get talking and she is trying to get me to let Dan got to the senior prom with Theresa, which basically led to this whole thing. And I thought well if I can't go with Cory, I was going to ask Dan plus I am already uber protective of Dan, so I was like a rampid dog without a leash gaurding my food and arguing with Sam. Then everyone went to Stage Crew, I sat with Dan and we talked it was like it was just the two of us again and I miss that. We sorted out some stuff but no matter what he does, he makes my head all loopy. Then we started making liude comments about wood, then basically everyone else started. Finally We all started Dancing around especially me and Kelly. duh! The people who needed the late bus left at 4:30 (b/c thats when it comes),meaning Dan, and Kelly & me talked about him, and what I should do. God, he is the most confusing S.o.b. I ever met but I still really like him, even when he is an asshole, why does god hate me?? I walked home around 5pm. I really didn't do anythng else of any necessary relavance after that. Now I am going to go to bed, and hope tommorrow is better somehow.

Friday of Fun ahead

Friday is shaping up to be a very nice day. :)

I signed up for a LAN Party over at Cyberlounge. From Midnight Saturday morning to 9 AM, I'm gonna be LAN-ing it up! Free pizza and BAWLS drinks! XDXDXD You heard it here first: OTACON120 loves swallowing BAWLS.

Anyways, Friday seems like it'll be interesting, then. Playing some Unreal Championship 2 all day, then listening to some WTF Radio at 7PM, and then getting a short nap before heading out to some major LAN mayhem. :D

So, yeah. I'm also really happy about the fact that I'll get to listen to WTF Radio for the first time in 2 weeks; missing it these past 2 weeks has really pissed me off and bummed me out. >_< So, this should be good. I heart me some WTF. :)

bawls!!!!!!!!!!...

so for the first time all week, i'm happy. the whole fact that today was yearbook signing added to the happiness that it was the banquet tonight (which was, by the way, awesome). but anyway.

i had my first bawls experience. so did blake. such an experience called for random quotes like, "i am a virgin to bawls" (blake), "brittany, hold my bawls, they rattle when i go over bumps" (garrett) and other such random hilarity. this is what i get for hanging out with gurt and blake, haha. but, dude,

bawls = awesome. best energy drink i have EVER tasted. smells like alcohol too. hahah. my head hurts from so much caffeine. this can't be healthy (but it is in all the wrong ways)... plus, mixing bawls with baja blast is just asking for a heart attack, so much caffeine. I LOVE IT!

but, yes, the banquet was awesome. save for the fact that i almost cried/cried because of lucy/erin/other seniors (coughblakegurtbutdef.notcarlosimeanofcoursecarlos).  and dancing. that was so much fun. plus i love that dress i was wearing. but anyway, i'm going now, i have to be at the clemmons library at 9:30 in the morning. damn spanish.
