Batteries @ MindSay

well that was exciting
the carbon monoxide detector started beeping, so i opened a window n looked up the user manual online. apparently its batteries needed to be replaced and now its not beeping anymore. i was really scared at first, tho, because what the hell do i do if there's carbon monoxide in my apartment? i mean shit, i have to be up in three hours because i have class at 8:00am and there's no where else for me to go. the first person i thought to call for help was albert n then i was like, "oh yeah, i can't do that." reanna barely gets a signal where she lives and anna couldn't give me a place to crash if i needed one because he lives in ohio. besides that, i'd want a place that i could take puma to, too, and i don't think i could with any of them. (i'd probably have to leave timmy behind, sadly, but does carbon monoxide kill hermit crabs, too?) one of the things i miss about dating cyn and albert, i've come to realize, is that it gave me another place to go, another place to sleep and even call my home if i really needed it.

Back In Business!
My cell phone is gonna get a major boost...I just bought a new battery on Amazon for $3.20!  What a deal.  I guess it helps to have an older phone.  Well, maybe I shouldn't say that.  It's not "old," really but I've had it for about 2 years.  I'm thinking about getting a new phone, but I like the one I have and there's nothing wrong with it.  I could always keep it as a backup, but maybe I'll look into a new one sometime.  But in the meantime, at least I'll have great battery life.

The Working Days resume

Went to work at 730 this morning. Where it was yet another day of the same old shit. There's nothing interesting to report, and nothing worth mentioning. Other then the small fact that they misplaced around 20 people's paychecks it was just a regular day. I walked 16.08 miles while there today.

Left work at 330. Then stopped at the bank on the way home. Arriving home, I got changed, and sat down for dinner. After dinner I retired to my room. Where I watched, Star trek, and it takes a thief.

While watching the show, I gathered all the temp. monitor's, and my thermostat to change there batteries. I do this once a year, before winter begins.

Right now, I am watching the start of the Buffalo Sabres hockey game.

Plans for the rest of the night?  After the game, Miami ink is on , then the late local news.  Then it will be off to bed. Sounds like a fun night. Right ?

What's on my mind? Nothing much really. It's just another day of the same old shit. Other then the stuff I already mentioned.

Anything else I feel the need to include? Nope, not a dam thing.

Well... I left that post up for about 15 minutes. That oughta be long enough for the gov't intelligence spiders to grab it. Maybe they'll send me a Christmas card, now that patriotism is a freekin' religion.

Hey, does anyone know of a source for cheap replacement batteries for UPS backup power suppliers?
