Offender Monitoring System
The 1520 is designed to provide an effective correctional enforcement tool for monitoring home arrest probationer compliance.
The 1520 Base Unit, which is installed in the subject’s premises, continuously monitors the presence or absence of the signal transmitted from the Wrist Transmitter worn by the subject.
If any subject moves out of radio range causing the 1520 not to receive the unique Wrist Transmitter signals for a certain amount of time, it will immediately report the incident to the Monitoring Station. The Monitoring Station may be a law enforcement communications center or a private monitoring facility.

I've been round the mountain and back this last while. Kind of wearing, but I'm baaaack and if I do say so mah-self, feeling much the better. I'm in a very peaceful place readied for what's coming round the bend.
It's funny, but every summer's end I can go into a real slump in my spirit. The first golden leaf, enough to set me off in a quietened and sober way. But not this year.
Autumn has come and brings with it a sense of relief and refreshing. The winds and rains heighten my anticipatory mood, and leave me enlivened.
Even the thoughts of winter bring a calm and sense of mystery and magic. Ever walk out into a woods after a huge snow fall? The snow creaking beneath your boots; life cloaked in a quietening; stilled. The snow glistens even in moonlight, and a sense of awe and fantasy fills the moment.
Well, I don't know if we'll get snow here on southern Vancouver Island this year,and in 26 years of me being here, I've not missed snow but this is a thought that has been bringing a sense of relief and refreshing even youthful exhilaration to me and I embrace it.
I can't help but feel like something wonderful is coming my way. I'll keep you posted.

I often wonder how I base who I fall in love with!! No one I have ever date, have been the same as the one before. Each one has their own personal traits and character that attract me to them. But, I have yet to find 2 that have the any of the same qualities that should be standard.
My next question would be now. How do I get the one that I want now. He is not like the rest and never will be. He does have special traits. He has a great sense of humour, a great smile, beautiful eyes. However I have saw him be many other things that kind. So how can I seem to like someone so much that I can;t ever imagine me stumbling upon?
I am trying to move my life foward and do things that will make my life better. Do what I need to do for me. Just when I think that I am moving ahead, here I amback where I started not being able to give up my stupud addictions to the things I never wanted to begin with.
Fred Phelps and his inbred family made it to Nebraska. Nebraska Army National Guard Spc. William Bailey's funeral was this past Tuesday in Bellevue, NE. Bailey was killed May 25th in Iraq. For those of you who don't know this, Bellevue is technically apart of Omaha. Bellevue is also the home of Ouffit Airforce Base. This would be one of the safest spots for Phelps and his inbred family to protest even if nobody wanted them there.
Now before I go into what happened to Shirly Phelps-Roper, Fred's daughter, let me tell you all about a little law that Nebraska has on their books about the flag. :D
Nebraska’s flag law says: “A person commits the offense of mutilating a flag if such person intentionally casts contempt or ridicule upon a flag by mutilating, defacing, defiling, burning, or trampling upon such flag.”
Shirly Phelps allowed her son Jonah to stomp and tred on the US flag. She was also involved in a situation that could have turned very deadly to her if the police didn't intervean and arrest her:D You see a lot of military folks were at the funeral, not to mention family and friends. And ten to one they all have the same feelings that other military families do in the mid west have about Phelps and his inbred crew........let him come to our boys and girls funerals.............his family will just end up going to their own funerals because they will be hurt. My brother told my folks that if he died in Iraq to make sure Phelps knew when his funeral would be and such just so friends, family, and his military friends can beat the shit out of phelps. My brother wasn't hurt in Iraq thankfully. Phelps and his crew pick funerals in largers towns and cities because he knows that if he goes to smaller towns he will be strung up by his fle size dick and beaten.
Shirely Phelps had to post $150 dollars bond and Sharpy County Police are also debating about charging Child Endargerment and neglect on her for her son Jonah for having him in a potientially violent situation where threats were already made against the Phelps crew by friends and family of Bailey and by military personel.
She says that she will see Sharpy County Officials in Federal Court over her arrest:D She thinks because she is a lawyer she is above the laws of the states she protests in, she is going to find out real fast that her case about desicrating the flag for any protestes isn't going to go to federal till she goes through the state process:D Stupid bint. And that the way folks feel about Phelps and his inbreed crew, desicration of the flag by not only religious zealots but illegal ailens, Ms phelps-roper might be made an example of:D
After coming back from Cali, I promptly informed my family that I don't want to hear one farking word about how disfunctional and drama like Randy's family is! True I could probably right a long running Soap Opera just off of the bullshit we went through with Randy's family our first few years of marriage but my brother's drama beats us by far!
I can't go into a lot of detail due to the lawyers, that is right LAWYERS, asking us not too. But here is the skinny.
My brother has 3 lawyers. One for his divorce and two for criminal allegations. I was sent out to keep brother in check and to see if I approved of the civillian lawyers. The Jag lawyer assigned to my brother consented to let me interview him over the phone. All three got high marks from me:D
Skank in Law's lawyer found a loop hole thus how she was able to file her allegations and divorce with out my brother being in country and deployed. Even though it is against Federal law that deployed soldiers can't have any legal papers filed on them. Got to love the farking state of CA. Can we say media will be alerted and massive law suites against the US Marine Corp, the county in CA, and possible the gov't:D
Anyway Skank in Law fuckered up big time. She filed allegations against the command, so now the command is proceding with a hearing just to cover their butts. Thus why we have 2 criminal lawyers. Jag and a civilian one. Both of them are more than happy to work with the divorce lawyer since the civillian criminal lawyer is poker buddies with the divorce lawyer. My brother's carierr in the military is officially over regardless if he is found innocent, and we know he will be found innocent when we already have 2 docs from the Naval Hospital telling NCIS that they think Skank has a mental problem.
Divorce Lawyer is working with us to find Skank's divorce papers from her previous 2 hubby's to use against her in a court of law. Not to mention all 9, yep NINE, DHS cases from NC, WV, and TX. My brother is intell (yes yes I know oximoron when he is a Marine:P) thus he had a two year investigation including friends and family before assigned to his school and job. And if we can't find the papers, the divorce lawyer has a private investigator that he will use. And it looks like my brother has a real good chance of raking the skank over the coals. Going to be a long fight but eventually he thinks he can get my brother full custody of my nephew.
But the state of CA is a FARKING dumbass state! Every lawyer we talked to including the one we are using for the divorce said why bother going for an anullment if skank was still legally married when she married my brother because there is a custody fight and it isn't worth filing criminal federal offense charges against her for bigamy. Thus once everything is done and over with why the county and some lawyers might have lawsuites coming from NE for breaking federal law! Federal Law suppercedes state law folks! So if we can prove she was married when she married my brother then, we will file criminal charges against skank when he gets home.
Divorce lawyer also told my brother to kick the Skank and hte kids out of Base Housing. And if Command had a problem with it tell them to contact him. Since Skank filed the divorce and isn't working why should she be living on Base and off my brother is what the lawyer said:D True my bro will have to pay child support for his boy but that is normal; if the skank can't handle living on her own and getting a job better for my brother to get custody. Plus the lawyer said let Skank run once she gets kicked out of the Base:D One thing the farking state CA does right is puts a restraining order clause into their divorce petitions stating: "Neither party with minor children involved can leave the state of CA till the divorce is over wtih:D" If she runs, we file kidnapping charges on her:D Again better for my brother.
Civillian criminal lawyer and Jag Officer both said that so far there is no proof of any thing Skank is allegigion and what she is saying goes back to 2004 and 2005 nothing from 2006 or 2007. And that is all I can say about that for now:D Oh and Skank in Law didn't even show up for the hearing! I was disappointed! I wanted to see her ass checks pucker when she saw me. Oh well it was just a continus hearing. After my brother filed a complaint with Base Housing about her having other military men at his house the Skank didn't have a babysitter because her lil 20 some boy ho couldn't help her out:D He is fuckered once the criminal and jag lawyers finds out his last name! My brother is pressing military adultry charges on his sorry corpman ass!
