A day in cologne
This weekend I was visiting my friend Tina in Cologne. I haven't seen her for months.
We went to the Dom to see the awesome gargoyles. After that we had brunch in a tiny, sweet bistro near the mainstation.
It was a great weekend and I was really glad to see Tina. And she also was surprised to hear about my daughters pregnancy.
I hope it'll not take another few months to see her again.

Anime Weekend Atlanta Possiblities
Well so far this happens every year I swear. Anime Weekend Atlanta is this weekend. The past year and now I've been like no I'm probably not going to make it.There always seems to be TON and I mean TON of people who want me to go. It really is up in the air still. I got a very very interesting request though that could change a lot of stuff. Boss Jen, my first boss from Gamestop wants me to help her run of the tournaments this year. I get in free so it would be awesome. So I do have a way in. But I don't know if I could stay out that late though. Since the new job is only on weekends, it actually is in the way of this convention. I don't get to do a lot of crazy things and all. Seriously this would be one to do. It's just been wishy washy really.
I end up talking to this girl, probably met her about two months ago at Danny's birthday party. As you may know, I always keep most girls in mind ha ha. we become pretty decent friends, she gets me to play boardgames which I found out I really suck at them. What happened @_@, that and was getting owned at Uno, now I know why I stayed away from that game.
Yeah so I always somehow get this really big percentage of going to AWA, I mean I want to in a way because it's the only time I really seriously cut loose, and get to see what's out there. Most of the time it's like I got so much stuff going on and NO MONEY! Sometimes.... I'm really oblivious I swear.I was asking the girl what was going on at AWA this year, what's the big anime this year? (K-on or Soul Eater) She mentions this ballroom dance. And I remember it, they have it every year, and all this stuff. She was like no pressure to go to that but she wanted to go. None of us ever go to the ball just because it is expensive and you just paid a good bit of money to go to AWA. It did intrigue me though, so I asked her when it started this year. It was always badly planned and as for this year the same as always. It's this Friday first day which is going to be interesting.
I do my usual natural talent, hitting on everything that moves or doesn't move ^_~ lol. I was saying to her I haven't seen her in sometime and I do really want to see her, and she's like same here all cute and all. She's like who wouldn't want to see me, and I was like why aren't guys coming left and right at her. Of course I said I'm weird and a lunatic >8D. She says plenty do but she's not usually interested. So me and my dumb bass self asks her where I am on her list of men ha ha. She goes and says, "Assuming I had a list, you'd be certainly at the top, otherwise I wouldn't be hoping to go to the dance with you."
No freaking way that this just happened @_@. But knowing me I cannot allow myself to let a girl down. Like it was so sudden and it should have been so obvious. I looked at all the conversations we ever had. Me flirting as usual yet there were all these hints. then things started to make sense, like she would always invite me to come out. Only problem I was always working or doing something to where I couldn't make it. So a little persistent but I didn't realize I'm was somewhat playing hard to get. Oh how life can show you so much irony at times ha ha. I don't think it's anything serious to get over, but a girl is interested me here in Georgia, incredibly rare. I was losing a lot of hope, or just felt like I was doing everything wrong.
Now I only have two days to learn to ballroom dance, I use to know how to waltz but that's been so long. I probably forgot how to. Plus I got to find a semi nice looking suit in my closet, I need a bow tie. Sheesh. now that I practically have to go to AWA I might as well see if I can get in there saturday, see what else happens for a little while. As the World Turns.

My Weekend
My weekend was awesome, and it's only halfway done.
So we had this major BBQ on the 3rd, because we had to be different from everyone who was celebrating on the 4th. I had my 3 closest friends come, and it was ~le shit~
We played cheesy board games, and my parents beat my siblings in beer pong. The best sight ever was my mother with a glass of zinfandel in her hand, she does this casual little throw and gets it in the last cup like nothing. And I ate so much. My dad cooked piles of delicious things, and there was macaroni salad, and there was cake, and there was apple pie, and there was onion dip.
And after going to bed at 1 a.m., my dad wakes us all up at 7:00 to go to the beach. We all wanted to go, but we were such zombies this morning. But we go over it, and got to the beach at about 9:00. It was where my dad used to go as a kid. I did beach stuff and got major sunburn on my back. Then my dad decides to make a makeshift volleyball "net" out of garbage cans and drawing lines in the sand. We didn't keep score (But everyone knows me and my dad whooped their asses, they just wont admit it)
Shit I love my family.

So. Talked to an Indian guy for today for like and hour and a half so I could get it fixed.
I have sucked face with Dan like three times since last weekend, and it is awesome.

So. Other than that I have been staying up until like 3 in the morning all weekend.

Anywyas today i went shopping w/blake..so much fun:) got my shorts for badmonton, 3 shirts, a pair of sox, and some vanilla body spray:) One of my shirts has kiss on it
