I had my haircut today, and I think I'm liking it, but I'm not sure yet.  I figured I'd try to take a new picture for my avatar, but I can honestly say the one thing...I do not do well is photograph well.  It didn't help that my 4 year daughter wanted to take the picture either.  She kept taking pictures of my boobs.

Ok, you know that show on Nickelodeon called Avatar: The Last Air Bender?

I just watched an episode with my sis, and my God, my brain was screaming HOLY SHIT! THOUGHT POLICE! HYPNOTISM! CHINESE BIG BROTHER! They actually took people away who even made a mention of the war between the two warring nations. They put them through hypnotism saying "there is no war." The king is merely an icon who doesn't even have control of the war.

To think that this is supposed to be shown to KIDS is amazing. Maybe it's not the proles that the hope lies in, but our next generation....Meh, we're probably all screwed.
